This is a really nice, elegant, modern hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great. But I didn’t sleep a wink bc of the noise upstairs from me - some party or something. It didn’t stop all night. And you can hear everything in the hallway. My aunt slept on a different floor and slept very well. They need better sound proofing!

Had to request coffee machine 2x and then it only had decaffeinated. Toilet was clogged. TV worked the first night but not in the am. Room phone did not work. Initially misdirected to parking.

Clean property. Used to offer complementary coffee service and a Nespresso machine in the room. Now has no in room coffee options. We requested one or the other and were told no. Have to go to lobby if you want coffee. Seems amenities are being cut. Somewhat pricy to be cutting amenities that are offered in most hotels.

One of our two rooms was very noisy after 5 pm until 11 pm. Restaurant was above us and it sounded like moving furniture. We needed quiet afyer a hospital visit.

We were in town at the last minute and booked with The Blake Hotel based on other reviews. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the room and hotel overall. The staff was polite and very helpful from the front desk to the parking attendants. We dined at the Siena located within the hotel and found the food and staff exceptional. We look forward to booking with The Blake Hotel again.

One night stay. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, lots of towels, a kitchenette, but no wineglasses. The view was the parking lot, no big deal. The worst things I can say are that the room was expensive, they charged $33 + tax to park my car in the lot beneath my window, and in the morning around 8am it sounded like they were rearranging the furniture in the room above me. I needed to get up anyway, but I had no choice. They don’t provide small containers of shampoo, etc., being eco-conscious, but the shampoo container on the wall of the shower was empty. It’s a perfectly acceptable place to stay and sleep until 8am but for the price of the room the parking should have been complementary.

I did not like the fact that the restaurant/bar was not open Sunday or Monday night. It was hard navigating restaurants after coming in late. It would be nice if there was some food option, even if limited.

Room was spacious and staff was courteous and efficient. Location was excellent for walking around downtown . The air conditioning was horrible as room had only a cooling unit by the window with no central distribution system. It was 80 degrees all night and difficult to sleep. Room was expensive yet they charge you for everything, such as bottled water, parking and breakfast.

The lobby and bar/restaurant have a very appealing look, very nicely decorated as are the hallways. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.I would say that the bathroom lighting is inadequate for putting on makeup, way too dark in there. Also there was no desk light either which was needed. Floor was a bit sticky which made me wonder what was used to clean it. Other than that, very nice hotel.

The hotel is very nice and clean but the fact that they don’t offer breakfast and that there is no coffee machine in the rooms is a BIG LACK.

The Blake Hotel was VERY clean and the staff were all very kind and welcoming! Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. The only criticism I would have is that the hotel restaurant and rooftop lounge was not open on Sunday. This left us having to Doordash 2 meals. It would be great to have a small menu of light meals (premade sandwiches, salads, etc) to have on site. Dinner at the restaurant Saturday night was very good. The bed was a little too firm for a side sleeper, but overall we would consider staying at The Blake Hotel again.
