She is truly an outstanding leader, always ready to assist and meet the needs of every guest with warmth and care. Great hotel and staffs were so nice. From the first floor at the reception and the rooftop restaurant, every staff was very supportive and gave so much love and help to the guests. Especially Ruby at the reception is amazing! She helped me get around in Vietnam during my stay, even after I checked out! If ever going back to Hanoi, I will definitely stay at this hotel to meet this great receptionist and concierge to know Hanoi more.

Although it was just a one-night layover before we headed home..our family stay was very comfortable. Ruby at front desk provided my family and I with a nice size family suite for our stay. The hotel is also located in a prime location so getting last min shopping and finding a restaurant was no problem at all.
