The hotel is beautiful and the front desk and staff were so helpful and polite. The rooms were great and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommended. My only concern was parking. Besides the valet parking that the hotel offers which is $49, there is metered parking next to the hotel and there a lots near by that you can walk to and from which are a little less than valet parking. I wish there was a designated lot for self parking but all in all this hotel was amazing and I will be back

We did a Family trip to Denver. We only stayed one night and we chose to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Denver Because it was central to our destination as well as the activities we had planned. Hotel had great accommodations And was perfect other than the pool being too cold To enjoy. (Joy) The lady at the front desk was absolutely awesome and helpful.

The service was excellent. The billing was confusing. The only problem was the fan would not go off on the ventilation system and it took a little while to figure out which wall switches worked, which lights. I think they need better software for that.

We arrived 45 minutes early and were told we had to pay a $15 fee to check in early. We did so, as we were tired from traveling and just wanted to get to the room. We were given a room that hadn't been touched by housekeeping (towels on floor, bed unmade). Fortunately, the front desk was accommodating and gave us a different room. We found out the next morning that they refunded us the $15 and they offered to give us free breakfast in the restaurant (we declined as we were on our way to the airport). What started off sour was rectified, so we were happy. The new room was clean and spacious with great views of Denver. Shower took a while to get warm, but the water pressure was good!

Great location and clean. Only reason for a lower star was we thought it was ridiculous that we needed to pay $15 for early check-in(we were 45 minutes early) though the room appeared to be ready. Nothing against the staff, but corporate seems greedy.

Great place for downtown- grocery store across the street and walkable to places to eat and go out. The room cleaning is as requested but the staff was great and you can request new towels if you don’t want the room cleaned.

This was a trip to Denver my son and I had planned to attend some baseball games at the nearby Coors field. We were a very quick walk to the park and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and very helpful during our entire stay. If I come back to Denver, I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was nice and clean and quiet. A bit overpriced at close to $300 night. Had to change roams after checking in. Door would not close securely. Could open without the key. Next room was fine, until the morning. Had to physically hold the coffee maker so it would brew. Plenty of walkable food options nearby. We were in town for a concert at Ball arena.

Perfect location! Walked to a Rockies game. Great restaurants around. The staff were all friendly. We were able to check in early for an extra $15 so that allowed us to get out to the vity earlier.

We had a nice 3 night stay for visiting family and attending a baseball game. For baseball this is excellent choice, very close to Coors Field and an easy walk. Room was clean, nice bed and bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was clean, the location was terrific, we got around without a car. The staff were all wonderful—we talked with staff at all hours and they were equally kind and funny. The attached restaurant is also terrific! A great long weekend.

Beautiful place. Plumbing issues. My toilet growled for 5 minutes after each flush. Housekeeping “cleaned” my room during my stay, they really only made the bed and added towels.

For the amount I paid it could have been a lot cleaner. The walls had stuff on them, chair stained. Water in lobby never filled. I paid for the location and won’t be staying here again.

Really great location. We wanted to be close to Coors Field and this was perfect. Also very close to Union Station where we caught the train to the airport. Very convenient. Staff was friendly. Clean, nice room. A couple of small maintenance things (bath faucet was unattached and fell off as well as a cover plate on the shower door. Also, the blinds were stuck so we couldn’t put them up.) But overall, really nice place.

This was a beautiful property! Super clean, very modern! I'd highly recommend downloading and using the Hilton Honors app to check in ahead of time and then use the digital key. It's super convenient. The place is in the Denver Union Station area of downtown, and a lot of the dining options seem to shut down early and didn't seem very walkable, but there is a restaurant and bar in the lobby. It seemed like a pretty cool place.

Great place to stay in downtown Denver! It’s conveniently located near Union Station. Lots of places to get to by walking and public transit. The property is very nice and exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was very spacious. Front desk staff were very helpful. I arrived late and needed to use a delivery service. They have a table designated for that in the lobby. It was very easy to get dinner delivered at midnight which is not always possible.

The only negative about the property was the eyesore that was right outside of the entrance of the hotel. The location was great, and may be my new favorite hotel to stay at in downtown Denver, it's just so close to everything.
