Beautiful room with amazing view of the Burj Khalifa. Pool is lovely and fantastic views. Immaculate hotel that also smells divine. Fabulous breakfast and amazing service throughout our stay. So nice being attached to the mall as well.

All was perfect the only problem was the noise, as there were no sound proofing between the rooms, specially if there are a connecting door between them. The same for the noise from the street as the windows also not that good for sound proofing.

Everything was great only onething surprised me that they use filtered tap water as a complementary water .it shouldn’t be so expensive to provide at least average quality bottled water for one or two bottles a day . I should thnx them for everything else 🙏👍🍀💜

Our second stay at Address Dubai Mall and again, surpassed our expectations! Coming from a disappointing stay at Address Beach Resort 3 days prior, they redeemed the company’s reputation and raised the bar standards even further! From very accommodating and courteous receptionists, Mounaim and Jackie, to club lounge staff, Virginie, Ahmed, and Hamza, all led by Mr. Rai, our stay was exceptional! As visitors to such a beautiful country, it’s very comforting to know that your hotel staff are very authentic, and to summarize, always looking for ways to go beyond client expectations. We travel quite a bit across Europe and America and have to admit, your hotel sits at the top of our list! We can’t emphasize enough how much we love our stays at Address Dubai Mall and look forward to our next visit. Again, thank you Mounaim, Jackie, Virginie, Ahmed, Hamza, and especially Mr. Rai! See you all again very soon!

It was a great experience in the new Address Dubai Mall. It has been long time I've been to Dubai and stays in Address Dubai Mall. I've requested a car for transportation from the airport to the hotel, When I arrived the car was ready with the driver, and it took me there. I booked Deluxe Burj Khalifa and Fountain View Room, the room was ready in the 23th floor, Room #2302, it was neat, clean & comfortable. Check-out was very easy. Always Address Dubai Mall is my fav. place to stay during my visit to Dubai!

We had an amazing stay at Address Dubai Mall. We booked an Executive Suite but upgraded to the Ambassador suite on arrival which was incredible - huge with fantastic views of the Burj Khalifa and fountain show from the balcony. We stayed with our two teens and having the hotel directly connected to the Mall was very handy. We had access to the Club lounge which had complimentary food and drink all day. Breakfast was delicious and could be eaten inside or out on the terrace. Very quick and simple to get a taxi from airport to hotel, and the hotel called us a taxi when we were leaving. Pool area was great with good towel and drinks service. Perfect hotel for us and would definitely like to return soon!

Everything was excellent except that when I booked this through hotels.com, I got a 20% off one time on any meal at the hotel but the hotel staff had no clue about it. Although they were kind enough to honour it, this is something they should know because it was quite a hassle. One more complaint, it’s extremely difficult to get taxis from this hotel which should be sorted out for a hotel or this quality.

It is a beautiful hotel. The price is pretty high. With such high prices you want everything to be perfect. Our bathroom had a lot of issues and we had to call maintenance a lot. Amenities are pretty basic but overall views from hotel are great

The Address hotel has the best location and the view. Room was big with lots of windows and best view of the Burj and the downtown. The decor of the lobby and the room was nice contemporary. I love the scent of the air freshener all over the lobby. Staff is courteous. The restaurant was good for breakfast and the dinner by the infinity pool and the view of the burj. The hotel is connected to the Dubai mall which is very convenient I would highly recommend Address by Dubai mall ( previously called address fountain view)

Overall excellent hotel. Conveniently located near Dubai mall and actually connected to the mall through china town. Building is nice and clean. I paid extra to get “fountain views” but ended up on the 16 floor (bottom floor in this hotel) where you can’t actually see the fountains so be careful

Address Dubai Mall is a great hotel, just steps from Dubai Mall. The exit from the hotel is right outside the mall's Chinatown district. The bell service at the entrance was exellent and the check-in was efficient and fast. We stayed in an executive suite which was the size of an apartment and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The balcony also gave a great view of the fountain show. The buffet breakfast had a good selection to suit most tastes and the pastries were outstanding. Also all of the staff were professional, helpful and kind without exception. I would stay again.

The view from the room to the Burj Khalifa is beautiful What I didn't like was the cleaning room personal getting in my room at 9 PM to Clean the room when we where sleeping and happens twice the rest. Very good excelent restaurant Nazca very good food and view

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The location was superb, just steps away from the main attraction, with a staff that was both friendly and helpful . The hotel's exceptional cleanliness, style, and spaciousness added to the overall experience. The service was top-notch, and the food was delicious, albeit a bit pricey. However, the stunning views more than made up for it. The well-equipped and cozy room also contributed to a comfortable stay. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with my visit and look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future.

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Everything is pristine, classy, well designed and very carefully taken care of. The staff is incredible - starting with Amins hospitality at checkin and with Askar’s kind greeting at the breakfast every morning, this stay was nothing short of incredible. Aziz was kind enough to help us with our luggage without us even asking - this is the epitome of hospitality.

Had a very nice stay at AFW. The hotel is located perfectly downtown with directly access to Dubai Mall. The breakfast was very good, the rooms are nice and the hotel appears new and clean. Only minus was I didn’t get the 20% discount on one foodorder as a Hotel.com VIP member.
