This was a great place for us. They actually still have smoking rooms available and since we smoke that is a BIG PLUS!!! Its private, quite,comfortable and affordable. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

The room was very clean but some of the furnishings were worn and in need of replacement. Overall it’s a great place to stay the night and the bed was fairly comfortable. The mini fridge was a plus to keep our drinks cold for the next day

Our room was okay for what we paid. The fridge was turned off and there was some trash left under it. The easy chair was worn. There was not a desk which my husband would have liked to have. The bed was fairly comfortable. They do not serve any type of breakfast. The vending machines are in a space between the office building and the building housing the rooms. It was fairly quiet.

What a great place to stay! After over a week of staying at various “upscale” chain hotels I was lucky enough to discover this place. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve enjoyed in ages, and the price is ridiculously low. It is a single story hotel, so for once I wasn’t woken up by people waking up above me. I ended up spending most of a week there, and it was the best rest I’ve had the entire trip. Well maintained and spotlessly clean.

My room was very clean and comfortable. I had all the amenities I needed. The hotel clerk was very friendly and accommodating. The only negatives of this place are noise of the air conditioner and the slow drainage in the bathtub.

Love staying here they are VERY accommodating to my schedule. Have stayed multiple times and only had one small shower issue, and they had a plumber there and it fixed in no time. Owners are always very pleasant. Rooms are updated and clean.

Cute place to stay. Good price, clean rooms, customer services was alittle weird but I imagine it was just the language barrier. There was only two towels in the room and my kids room smelled constantly like weed. I imagine it was the neighbors but they overall a good experience we will stay again.

Motel’s not bad for the price. We left for a few hours during the day and motel staff went in our room and turned off the air conditioner on a 93 degree day. After being outside all day I didn’t want too return to a hot room.

Rooms are small but not too bad and they were clean. Excellent shower and water pressure. Beds are not very comfortable but they were ok. It’s a cheap basic room and that’s what we were after. I would stay here again.

The inn was located just off I-40, easy in and out, and very clean. it is in a good place to get to the school quickly to see grandson’s baseball games and graduation, as well as easy to find several dining options. I felt safe staying there, and the owner was kind.

Close to the freeway and a Sonic drive in. Never understood a single word spoken by the manager/desk clerk. Pet fee was not mentioned at any time during the reservation process ☹️

For the very affordable deals this hotel offers, the rooms match the price. The rooms aren't the greatest, but your also not paying top dollar so be realistic. The rooms are OK but as far as hotel amenities, there are none. In short, its an ok place to stay for short money.

The entrance to this hotel was a little tricky to get in and out of. It was a very steep dirt bank that I hope they fix. Other than that, it was very nice and safe.

Been here 3 times and while not the most stylish, it is great value. Always clean. Great shower. Iron and board, microwave and fridge, plus nice TV. Price is excellent. I will continue to stay here when visiting in Shawnee!

I didn’t stay there. When I tapped on the comfort inn icon, colonial inn came up and I didn’t notice it was the wrong one. So I lost my $74 rewards which I am obviously not happy about.

Did not see bed bugs but saw multiple roaches and the staff there were harassing my girlfriend and would come banging on my door. The young front desk woman was very kind and professional and very respectful though.

Rooms very outdated. Beds were very uncomfortable. To check I you have to ring a bell just to get into lobby. Do not recommend

Fair, could have been better! sink has no stopper in it-faucet handles are hard to turn especially the cold one-could not get it to turn off! Commode was dirty around base! (sure glad I had some Lysol) Faucets in bath were about as bad as sink! Did not work well! Bathroom door needs adjusting- sticks- then can hardly open it!
