Hotel was beautiful but was unhappy with the service checking in. Was not told about charges upfront that showed up on my bill. Very disappointed that I was not given the chance to make a decision about whether I wanted to accept the charges. Was told after the fact at checkout about the charges.

Arley was front desk at this hotel and our welcome was done terribly by her not friendly at all and no customer service. Rest of the hotel was okay. She was so rude to check us in and made our check in process 4-5 hours long. I won’t be coming to this hotel again if that’s how they welcome their guest

Absolutely loved Garza Blanca! The service was excellent!! Fidencio really made our stay at the pool, he was so nice and very attentive with pool service. Those are the types of things that make your vacation. The staff is excellent. The room was beautiful! They really put thought into the design and details. The food and drinks were great! And check out the gift shop at the resort, it’s amazing! They also have custom hats, they’re beautiful! I would highly recommend and will be going back!

Overall really good stay - employees, rooms and that rooftop Italian restaurants were all awesome and the pools are fantastic. WIFI speed a big negative and we had to complain to get the premium provided and the Japanese restaurant was a bit sub-par - rest was really 5 stars!

I liked the view of the ocean. I was disappointed by the lack of evening entertainment programs for both adults and children. An all-inclusive resort by default must have these programs onsite. I also disliked the diving choices and the limited lunch menu. The resort positions itself as a family friendly places. However, there is little offered for both children and parents. After dinner, people just have to go back to their rooms and straight to bed. The resort doesn't offer anything interesting but charges high prices as if it has a great variety of services, activities, and programs.

Well this was our first time in Cabo, we did go to Cancun last summer so I have somewhat of a comparison to be made. However, I still enjoyed my time but a few things that I wish was better. For one, for the price to stay at Garza blanco there is absolutely zero entertainment. To go right along with that I pay thousands of dollars to stay here and the bars close at 8pm ? Are we toddlers booking these trips ? For the most part the staff was pretty friendly but I did encounter a few rude ones. Another big con for us, as I previously stated this was not our first all inclusive trip but this was the first one where you get a tab after any drink/food you order even if it’s a canned soda. It just strips the whole “all inclusive” feel from the trip. On top of that, everything is about a dollar here you order food they want a tip, you get a drink they want a tip, you ask for towels they want a tip. Tipping is fine don’t get me wrong but it’s way out of hand in my opinion. I guess they aren’t aware of the thousands of dollars it cost to even stay at the resort. Nonetheless, I had a good time just wish staff was a little more friendly, they need to have more entertainment, bars and drinks need to be more accessible after 8/9pm, and the servers need to be less persistent about a tip every single time you order something. Last thing, the food was actually pretty good in my opinion. To improve they need to have more options for lunch because there is practically none besides the food truc

This resort was beyond what I had expected. Me and my husband went here for our one year wedding anniversary and all I can say is WOW. Stunning resort, super clean, the staff is so nice. The moment you think you can’t meet anyone nicer, you do. They go above and beyond for each guest and you truly feel so relaxed and rejuvenated being here. And the food? Oh my god it was so freaking good. I am still dreaming about the Japanese cheesecake at Hiroshi restaurant. Just the vibes of this place was so great. I am so happy I chose to come to Garza Blanca! We will definitely be back!

Resort was beautiful, we loved the pools, beach service, and the food was amazing. Unfortunately we were unable to fully use the turndown service amenity due to the maids that stole my liquid Rare beauty blush(costs $30) and my boyfriends ray bands(costs $200). The sun glasses were stolen out of the sunglass case which was in his backpack. We then called front desk to let them know it must have been turndown service but they let us know they’re staff would never steal and offered to come help us look for our missing items. We turned that offer down because we checked all our bags and all over the room before we even called to complain. It was very frustrating because the response to our issue was very poor. We then had to turn our do not disturb sign on for the rest of the trip due to lack of trust in the staff. We will not be returning.

Garza Blanca is a beautiful resort. The aesthetics of the resort definitely made us feel luxurious. The staff were all pleasant, friendly and hard working. With that being said service could be slow at times. The food could definitely use a few modifications such as more variety and authentic flavors. Our top recommendations for restaurants were Hiroshi, Noi, Bocados and our favorite lunch spot was the food truck on the beach. Blanca blue was unremarkable for both breakfast and dinner. The all inclusive alcohol was standard, not watered down at all. The adults only rooftop was a nice get away from the family scene, however I wish there were more to do up there for adults such as live DJ, dance competitions, dancing parties and etc, even a couple of adult only on resort nightclubs would have been nice. Be careful with their resort presentations, while they can offer great discounts on excursions, hours ran way over the allotted time which caused us to miss some activities that we had planned for the day. Also when planning excursions we were responsible for our transportation to and from our transportation, versus other all inclusive resorts being able to transport guest to and from excursions. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Garza hotel and hope to return in the future.

This is the most boring with zero customer service resort I have ever stayed at. The staff except for the bell boys has the worst attitude. You don’t get your room until 4pm no matter what. There is zero entertainment at nights. It’s very boring. Kids are screaming none stop. The bar closes at 11pm and even if you want water they don’t give it to you. They have items on the menu that you have to pay for even if you are All Inclusive. Don’t waste your money by staying here go elsewhere. It is NOT worth 1k a night!
