The room was ok However the AC unit was extremely loud disrupting our sleep the Refrigerator did not get very cold even after we turned the temperatures to colder.

This was a last-minute reservation. The hotel was conveniently located, was very clean and in good condition, with sparse furniture. Breakfast was adequate. The pancake machine was nice, but the maple syrup was not good. Service was very good. Decent place to stay in a pinch, price is a little high for what you get.

Quick 1 night stay for golf on the east side. Room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The room itself is pretty bare bones. Unfortunately, there are no comfortable chairs to sit in in the room. My husband and I are seniors and we had to stay here because our air conditioner had gone out and this hotel was very close to our house. we tried to make ourselves as comfortable as possible sitting on the bed, but it certainly was not optimum. I would really not recommend this hotel for that reason.

It truly was amazing. Best trip i have ever had, but most importantly the best hotel i have ever stayed in. Everybody was very nice, the room was nice and big, breakfast was amazing, and loved that everything is walking distance and not far from a drive to the airport. Thank you all so much for this amazing stay at Tru by Hilton. I cant wait to come back here again

Dottie and her staff were amazing... Friendly, professional, accommodating. Breakfast was great. Bed was WAY too soft for our old backs so we switched to the Hampton Inn by Hilton.

I prepaid for my stay, I paid for and booked a non smoking standard room but when we arrived they informed us they no longer had standard rooms available so we had to stay in an accessible room for 2 nights!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, both at check in and check out. The continental breakfast they provide made the morning pretty easy for us to get on the road quickly. The only things I didn’t like was that the pool didn’t seem too clean. It was a little murky and greenish, but it was a little windy so maybe that’s not the usual.

I was in town for a baseball tournament and it was close enough to Cactus Yards. The staff was friendly and to be honest what I appreciated is the deposit was $25, not $100 and it was back in my account the same day. I think the hotel deposit racket is a ploy to have more money on the books as it usually takes 5-7 days to drop off. I find it to be an inconvenience to hold your money and this place didn’t do that. The facility was clean, the room was immaculate and the area is upscale and quiet. Great location this is an excellent property.

Had a emergency power outage and had no choice but to try and get a pet friendly room as we had no A/C. SRP gave us a window of 6-8 hour. less than 2 hours later the power came back on. We checked in got the keys then went to eat. Never even when to the rooms (we had 2) trying to get a refund or a credit would be nice. Thank you
