The hotel is nothing special but you really can’t beat the location. We were a bit surprised to learn that all of the standard king rooms are on the first floor with views of the parking lot. We ended up upgrading to a queen suite which is the only room type that looks inward towards the pool. Still nothing special, but I guess you have to pay for a suite (about double the price) to not get stuck looking at the parking lot. Overall, it was a comfortable stay but probably not worth the price (or the surprise need to upgrade to have even a decent room).

We came to see the arches. I think this was the nicest hotel in the area. At least the nicest I saw. We only stayed 1 night but it was everything I hoped for. Thanks!!

Check out was 11 but they starter cleaning my room at 945 when I was at breakfast? So I couldn’t use my room anymore.

Room not ready when we arrived after check-in time, but they did comp our dinner. Dinner was fair but service was not great and dinner wasn’t the best. The room was pretty, but the water in the shower wouldn’t get hot.

They only had 2 elevators. One by the front desk which was operational the other in the middle of the complex which was NOT operational. Had to carry suitcases up 3 flights of stairs.
Pool was outstanding.

Super nice, modern hotel. Beautiful pool area with great access from first level suites. Loved the rooms. Stayed in both a suite and regular room and both were really nice. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Nice staff, clean room, quiet, comfortable bed, nice shower and bathroom. Huge room with all new everything.
Nicest room we stayed in on our trip.
Shower could've had hotter water, (Even after defeating the 'anti-scald' protector)
Overall, fantastic

IT was great staying at this hotel. My wife and myself stayed here on our 3-day trip to MOAB to see both Canyon lands and Arches. This was a great place to stay that provided easy access to downtown, food and shopping. MOAB was a great experience, and this made it even better. thanks

We enjoyed our stay at Hoodoo. It is a pet-friendly hotel that takes the stress of boarding away. The property is very clean and decorated well. The pool area is beautiful. The spa was very relaxing. We also enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. The hotel has a restaurant and a food truck across the street.

This Hotel is a great option to stay in Moab. Comfortable and clean. My only complaint is about the gym which is way under than basic.

Nicest hotel in town. Right across the street from the food trailer park. Great restaurant, nice pool. Family loved it.

We were traveling and arriving late in the evening. Getting thru to the actual hotel was quite difficult. When I finally reached the hotel the employee was unfriendly and dismissive. Upon arrival the only desk person was terrible.

This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel , great location. I don’t want to nit pick but there were a few things that annoyed me ….
The restaurant service was veryyyyyy slow and not attentive. I asked several times for my water to be refilled and i wanted dessert but they did not come and ask. There was no coffee available in the lobby which is a big deal breaker for me. I always find it strange when i book a double queen room , which technically can accommodate 4 people, and the in room coffee option gives you 2 tiny “coffee mate” ( not even real creamers) . The only coffee available was in the restaurant and took forever (again!) and i had to pay $7 for 2 coffees. That left me with a bad taste in the mornings…… also there was one small elevator that went to the basement for the laundry. It was not operating properly , they had a sign saying to press the floor button multiple times to open the door !! As someone who is pretty claustrophobic this was not cool !!!!! And there was no stair access from the basement either which seems like a safety issue in case of an emergency ?? The elevator situation was confusing in every way too, as the “regular elevator” also had an option for the basement but that was only for the spa, no access to the laundry. TOO CONFUSING !!!?? We wasted a lot of time getting lost in the hotel.
That being said it really was a beautiful location , and even had a nice ballroom , i could see it being a great place for a wedding venue.

Beautiful property in excellent location. Erica at the front desk was very kind and helpful and had a fantastic attitude. We absolutely loved the hotel and stayed for an extra night making this a 3 night stay. We highly recommend it.

You won’t believe you are in the Moab desert…great upscale hotel, friendly staff, good food and great bar.

Maybe the nicest hotel in Moab. Beautiful large rooms and extremely nice bathrooms. Excellent service, welcoming and accommodating. We were here end of July, the pool was completely empty in the mornings, busy but not crowded in the afternoons and evenings.
Water fountains and ice machines on every floor and a short walk to stores/restaurants and food trucks.

Such a same as this is a beautiful property with a great pool. BUT the bathroom doors have no locks and are on tracks that provide zero privacy. Maybe fine for a couple or solo traveler but for a family having a non locking bathroom door is a deal killer. Also, shower grout had mold and mildew.

Best Hotel Moab. Get a balcony facing pool very relaxing
