Our stay was brief, but it was a great environment, the room was clean and comfy in addition, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was nice and check out a breeze. The only downside was housekeeping continuing to knock on the door starting at around 10am and two additional times after being told we would be checking out at noon. With that conversation and the sign placed on the door, the constant interruption was annoying.

The complimentary breakfast was really non existent. I went into the kitchen/serving area 4 different times and each time there was no hot food. I observed 1 employee working the area. The room was well designed and the furniture was comfortable and functional but the bathroom really needed a thorough cleaning; more than running a Swiffer over the floor. The towels were well worn and needed to be replaced.

We weren’t allowed an early check in, had to wait till the exact check in time. There were only 2 large towels in the bathroom and when we asked for towels in the morning we had to wait till almost 10am. We asked for towels many time in till we finally got some downstairs. Then there was NOT enough hot water in the morning to shower.

Hotel was lovely, staff were very nice. We did however have a room full of people above us who were partying until 3am. The hotel staff did call then for us at 1am but it did not stop and then we had to complain again and they sent security at 3am. It tainted our stay but not really the hotels fault.

The front desk clerk at the check-in counter exhibited a lack of courtesy when I attempted to pay the deposit using my Chime credit card. She informed me that this was a hotel policy, but I have made numerous stays at this establishment without encountering any issues. If a hotel has a policy, it should be clearly communicated to customers or posted in a visible location. It is unreasonable to restrict the payment method for a deposit, regardless of whether it is a Chime card or another credit card. The card belongs to me, and it would decline if the funds were not available. It is perplexing why hotel chains can dictate the payment methods for deposits. I also tried to pay cash but she wouldn’t take that either.

The Front desk staff was super lovely - very nice and welcoming after a long day of work. The location has a Coffee Bean in the parking lot, and close to lots of quick service restaurants and shopping Room was spacious and clean Breakfast was just okay - but it's a nice option for a quick bite on your way out

I’ve stayed here twice, the first time the service was not so great, the front staff was not helpful. However this time we were able to get into a room a little earlier than expected and that was very much appreciated and greeted as we came and went. We appreciated that as well.

Overall the room, lobby, and service was great! Breakfast, or the lack of timeliness, could have used some improvements. It was college move-in weekend and by the time the protein was replenished, most of the families were done eating. When asking the staff, the patience and answers were short and brash.

The property was nice . The staff was great. We needed more towels then there was and a fresh blanket and it was provided with no hassle. However, minor issue of the bed springs in pull out is pretty uncomfortable as soon as you climb in you will feel them. The ice machine didn’t work on 2nd floor and conditioner was empty. These were minor to us compared to the safety and quality. We were comfortable but did use our air mattress for our 2 kiddos. Would stay there again. The kindness of staff made up for the little things:)

Only stayed one night . On one week road trip and needed good nights rest. It was totally what we needed. Comfortable , clean, saw a movie, did not use pool( it’s small and basic). Breakfast was fine too. Simple and had enough options. I had pancakes from a machine; they were actually tasty. Some people had oatmeal, yogurt with nuts and dried cranberries. Had sausage, tater tots, pretty good coffee too.

I did not like because the bed sheet was dirty and and stained. Flight was delayed when I got to the door. No one was in the front desk. Had to wait for a while picked up the phone. A lady came out and then she help me. There’s no security. Nothing around for safety. It is a little scary when you travel at night around the area. You don’t know what to expect. Overall, the hotel is not that bad. They have all the necessities. except that it looked dirty when I walked into the room. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Horrible Security. There were no curtains in the room and we were facing the parking lot. The area felt very ghetto. We called and told them we were canceling our stay and they told us they would give our money back for the second day but we never reviewed any refund. Wouldn’t suggest anyone to stay here.

A family with children this place made it very easy for us to stay and the room was very clean. The front desk staff was so friendly and polite when I approached the fro y desk at 2:30 am. Very satisfied and happy to have booked this hotel accidentally.

This was the best stay in the area! Excellent condition, super clean, so many dining and shopping options close by. It’s a few minutes from the mall and not too far from both San Bernardino and Ontario airports. The staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly, attentive, and accommodating. I will stay here again for sure. Previous to this, I left an Airbnb that was in downtown Riverside because of construction everywhere, very unclean, and unsafe neighborhood. I’m so glad I chose this Holiday Inn Express. It is sooooo much better than downtown Riverside!!!

Room was nice and clean. I like that they have a great breakfast for the guests. My curling iron broke, so I was able to go to Target across the street to buy a new one. A Restaurant is within walking distance and the freeways are close by.
