This property rocks. Great location, modern clean new building with all the amenities. Comes with a great breakfast in the food court on the first level. Definitely staying here the next time in Athens

Included breakfast is superior. Dangerous step down sleep area to rest of room. No night light. Only night stand on one side. Scent of restaurant too strong such that permeates room on 4th floor.

Really cool concept revolving around an amazing food market on the first floor. It's also in a great location near Plaka for food, shopping and drinks.

I recieved a room upgrade and complimentary wine with my vip access. Staff was lovely, rooms were clean and spacious and the restaurant and market at the bottom were our favourite. Great food and vibe! Rooftop was the cherry on top - we didn’t feel like we had to leave.

Attentive staff especially at the front desk. The ground floor has a great market and restaurant. Rooms are modern, clean, and very nicely designed. Will stay again.

The restaurant is great. The hotel, though, is only so-so. The beds were rickety and the AC wasn’t very strong.

This is a fantastic hotel with excellent service and hospitality, convenient location and an overall lovely stay.

Cute hotel but the room was located above a very busy restaurant and facing a crowded street so it was very noisy.

I would not have stayed there had I known the room was going to be so bare bones and have zero view. The hallways seem tired and the carpet needs replacing. Very nice staff though. I don’t really get the downstairs market place.

Very nice hotel. Has a roof top deck where we had a cocktail with a view of the Parthenon lit up at night. Beautiful.
Included breakfast is amazing. They just say have anything on the menu you want and as much as you want.
The restaurant/cafe is very good and seems to be busy at night with locals as well as tourists. Had a nice late dinner here.

From check in to out, Ergon House was superb! We stayed at the property three nights before our cruise. I was truly sorry to leave. It was homey, modern, close to everything and the food exceptional! Lots of details and care were well noticed and appreciated as many hotels miss. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel to any Athens visitor.

The staff is super welcoming and very helpful. The room was fine in all respects except that it is hard for a person on one side of the King bed to walk around the bed. He/she has to slide over to the other side to get off the bed. This is because of the tight space at one end and on the shorter side. Also there were no cupboards. The water pressure was great in the bathroom.
The breakfast was super good. The location is excellent.

Perfect location, AMAZINGLY pleasant staff, clean, would definitely stay again!

Good location, amazing breakfast. Cleaning was also nice. The only thing is even though I book a room with two single beds, I was given a room with a double bed. because they don't have good management this is unacceptable. Otherwise everything was nice

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful! We received a bottle of wine during our stay and the breakfast choices were amazing! Breakfast staff could be a little more friendly! Our room was clean and comfortable and the shower head had great pressure and was a perfect temperature! The downstairs restaurant and shop were excellent! We did not rent a car, and all of the historical landmarks were within walking distance.

I am not happy that the staff told me there was going to be a strike and very much implied we would be stuck in Athens but failed to relay to me that just because there is a strike doesn’t mean your flight will be cancelled. As a result I paid for 3 tickets, AGAIN, so that I could ensure our departure and left a day early. I lost out on the money I paid for the extra day booked at this hotel as well as I had to pay extra to stay at a new destination; on top of the extra expense I incurred paying for airfare twice for 3 people.

A lovely hotel with a good atmosphere and excellent service. Excellent breakfast. The rooms are small without windows that open and this is something that is a bit disturbing that there is no good air in the room.

The location is excellent- however it’s a very unusual hotel in that the beds are elevated onto a platform space that requires stepping up to get to bed, then getting into a very low bed - not recommended for elderly or physically compromised people. The best feature is the rooftop space , but we couldn’t sleep there . The staff were friendly, but not particularly engaging.

The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of most attractions and shopping. The staff were excellent and really helpful. The complimentary breakfast was awesome as well.

I picked Ergon House because I was travelling solo and wanted a place I’d feel comfortable hanging out and dining alone whilst in Athens. The hotel prides itself as a foodie hotel, and I was welcomed with a snack bag from their market upon check in. Breakfast was included in the package, and you can pick a la carte from an extensive menu. Situated in the heart of Plaka, the location is superb. Only downside is that the roof top isn’t open in winter and there’s no view of the acropolis. The big minus for me was the noise - the rooms aren’t sound proof and I could hear noise down the hall and doors slamming all through the night. Otherwise the rooms are small, but sufficient and homey. Well designed modern rooms. The boutique hotel has 24/7 reception, and almost everyone was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately they had an AC issue on my last night - my room was 26C. The lady working reception that evening was frustrated with my complaints, but ultimately moved me to another room to get my night’s rest. All in, I’m happy with the hotel, though it’d cater more to younger folks and solo/couples.

The complimentary breakfast was second to none!! It was a gourmet experience every morning and I was sad to leave it behind!! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The property is within walking distance to shopping, the Acropolis, the Olympic Stadium and garden. There are tons of food options just outside the front door, although you'd regret not eating at Ergon House, it's incredible!

Restaurant downstairs is for complimentary use of guests and food is plentiful and tasty. If you are over 65, avoid rooms with platform beds.
