I loved this hotel it was amazing since we walked in the attenton was 24/7 they came in and fixed the room twice a day and made sure we were welcomed and were confortable , was very clean and the breakfast had many options and everything was delicious i 100 percent reccomend and i would come back.

What a fabulous hotel. Exceptional service from check in , cleaning, food and bar service. Front desk staff extremely obliging and knowledgeable. Went out of their way to assist you and make you feel special.

H10 in Casa de Plata, Seville, was a great hotel to stay in. The hotel is situated in a good location although taxis can’t get to the front of the hotel so you do need to take a short walk for taxi access. But generally the location is fantastic; it is very close to the ‘mushrooms’ or Setas de Seville and has good walking access to all key areas. Our favourite things about staying here were the overall decor and ambience of the hotel. It is exceptionally designed and the interiors are fantastic, grand and inkeeping with the local area. The rooms have a more modern twist and are playful but grand with a real luxury feel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Alejandro checked us in and talked us through local areas, over a welcome cava! Staff were available to help with reservation recommendations and bookings too! The rooftop pool area was a real touch! It was so nice to have a space to escape too however it was quite busy during our stay so it felt a bit of an effort to ‘bag a lounger/comfortable seat and whilst the pool was nice it was more of a plunge pool so don’t expect to swim.

First time traveling to Seville and pick an amazing hotel w 5 star service and facilities centrally located in the heart. We walked everywhere we wanted to go for our three nights , staff were so friendly , greeted w a cold glass of Cava upon arrival , roof top pool and bar service was very nice and the breakfast buffet was delicious . Gracias

Don’t think twice about staying here! This is a beautiful hotel in an ideal location with spacious, well-appointed rooms. The staff is attentive, thoughtful, and courteous throughout. It offers a wonderful breakfast buffet in an indoor and outdoor setting that we enjoyed daily. You can easily and safely walk to the Cathedral, Real Alcazar, La Giralda, great shopping, restaurants, Archivo de Indias, Las Setas, and most other prominent monuments in Sevilla. The only area that’s lacking is the rooftop bar/pool. It needs a decorative refresh to be more inviting and in line with the hotel’s other areas that are crisp, fresh, inviting, and comfortable. Overall, though, I would absolutely stay here again. We could not have been happier with our hotel choice :)

We had a fantastic stay here! Staff are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on the area - they had some great recommendations for dinner and activities and were always happy to help. The pool and excellent air conditioning were a massive bonus with the summer heat. The area is also fantastic - pretty much everything is within a short walking distance.

Excellent place to stay, staff were so welcoming and friendly, couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was excellent, rooftop bar and pool were great to have in the warm temps. Location of the hotel was first class, walkable to everywhere. When not if I come back to Seville H10 will be my first place I’ll look. Loved every minute of it, thank you.

Loved this hotel. Stayed for only one day, but wish it was more. The staff was very helpful and made every effort to make us feel welcome. The room was super clean and spacious. If I come back to Sevilla, this is definitely the place to stay.

Stayed during my family vacation in three hotels. Without a doubt this hotel was the best. The hotel has an amazing but small rooftop pool. The view is phenomenal, but the crown jewel of this hotel was the staff and the people of Seville.

Fabulously appointed reception area and lobby bar, perfect for relaxing. The room was well presented, the bed was firm with strong sides. The roof top pool is small but cold and welcoming after walking the streets of Sevilla. The shower pressure was great. Air conditioning was okay but boosted by a ceiling fan. Its location was awesome with so many things to easily see within walking distance. The staff provided some amazing restaurant recommendations and guided us to local gems rather. I’d happily stay here again when in Sevilla.

This was a beautiful hotel, the facilities and the room were absolutely charming. The location is walkable distance to many if not all local attractions. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. My stay at this hotel had been a highlight a If my trip for sure!

Great hotel - clean, modern with lovely rooftop and pool. Location is perfect for exploring and reception helped at check-in to recommend restaurants. Only slight negative was that the room had a slight drainage smell and building works which started at 7am were occurring next to our room - probably linked. We did mention this at during a check-up call. Would definitely stay here again as the pros heavily outweighed the cons.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with a lot of detail . The focus is truly on creating a great experience for the guest! The breakfast was extraordinary. The staff was incredibly helpful and personable. They really made the effort to get to know their guests. I will definitely be seeking more of the H 10 hotels for my travels ! Wonderful !!

Placed in the pedestrian only area, this gem is a little difficult to find. However, it is well worth the effort. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are very well appointed and clean. The staff are super helpful but not in a sales way. They genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time in Seville. Unlike many hotels, the WiFi works very well and was easy to connect. The hotel is very close to everything of interest to us. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property. Beautifully furnished and decorated. A word of art. Centrally located but can’t get there easily by cab. Homeless sleeping out front. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Beautiful room with all features and functions needed. Incredible bar and roof top area, courtyard and lobby.

Loved the friendly staff at reception who were on hand always with a smile and helped us book restaurants and activities! The rooms were clean, modern, quiet and all we needed for our 3 night stay. The rooftop bar, lounges and pool were great to go back to after a long day exploring the city ! Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants to choose from outside the hotel. We walked to the main attractions admiring the streets and atmosphere. We took a boat ride, and would also recommend a flamenco show and the cooking class from the food market( bookable in advance) Thank H10 for a memorable stay in your stunning city of Seville!

This hotel was absolutely exceptional!! Everything about it was great, from the breakfast restaurant to the service to the cleanliness to the room, even to the decor!! The pool on the rooftop was absolutely lovely on a very hot day, and the location of this hotel could not be better!!!
