Great little apartment in the centre just slightly outside the planty. The apartment was immaculate and very modern with a comfortable bed and large TV. The views are currently of a building site but that did not distract from our stay. Well equipt, my only request would be to leave additional towels/toilet paper and kitchen towel. One towel each for our entire stay wasn't sufficient

I loved the apartment. It had a kitchenette which made it easy for dining in. The place was clean and when I finally got in touch with the property, they responded in a timely matter. However, I felt very mislead because I chose this place because under amenities, it said there was laundry/laundry service - that was not true, it said you can schedule in-room massage, not true and that bothered me because I mainly wanted to do laundry onsite since we had been traveling for a few weeks and get a massage If that had been cleared from the beginning or not stated in the description, I would had been fine. Other rhan that, the apartment is a center location where you can walk to many attractions nearby. The Pizza downstairs was amazing!

Such a beautiful apartment, very clean and comfy. Prime location everything is within 10 minutes walking distance. Communication was very clear and fast had no issues at all would definitely recommend using this apartment if you are visiting krakow. 10/10

Shower was broken which caused water to squirt out and different angles, some sockets didn’t work and others were hanging off the wall. TV in the room didn’t work, had a second TV placed in the room also didn’t work

The room itself was overly good. The cooking utensils were not clean so I would not of used them. The bathroom door was broken meaning we could not lock the door and also the balcony door was faulty. Also a few of the lights didn’t work. Apart from that it was a lovely comfy room.

The property is located a short walk from the main square. Had seen reviews regarding getting access to the property and how poor the communication was,but I booked through Expedia and the communication was excellent,I booked the taxi service for the airport transfer which was great and on the day of arrival I received a message with all the arrival details and codes to gain access to the building and to the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious,clean and we'll equipped. Would definitely recommend.

The location is well situation 5 mins walk to Old Town, tram stops and shoppings. People who stayed there and all staff were friendly and approachable.

Really disappointed to arrive and find we had 2 different rooms to the ones we had booked! Asked the lady we had spoken to earlier and she told us the requested rooms had been trashed by previous occupants and she had to move us last minute, however didn’t tell us in the earlier phone call - waited until we asked! Cleanliness was not at all up to standard, marks in toilet bowl and lots of dirt in corners of the rooms. Balcony door was not able to open and handle was close to falling off! Not at all soundproof as advertised, noises from rooms next door, opposite and above us and from the street were definitely very noticeable! Shower head had two missing nozzles so water literally just poured out. However bed was very comfortable and location was perfect!

The property was great. Just a little away from the main square but out of the hustle and bustle. Plenty of good shops around and restaurants with, amazing food. A special thanks to Magdalena. Her comunication was great and nothing was a problem, even when our flight was cancled. She arranged a taxi to the airport for us at pretty short notice. Its very well priced there. Day trips are brillient. Tours to the Tatra mountains and thermal spa was nice. Lots of snow on the mountain tops still. A little earlier in the year and i think there would be plenty of snow, lower down too. Auschwitz and Birkenau, has to bee seen! You could not had believe just, what went on there.

Great hotel for location. very noisy at night into early hours , Saturday night until 5.30am very loud with drunk people. Not suitable if you want a good nights sleep or have children

All good, flexible, communicative and helpful in case of issues. Great location 10mins walk from the old town square, shops and restaurants around, modern design apartments. Has all it needs, only missing thing is a frying pan

On arrival bed was broken, so then had to go to another room. Then the staff were very rude. There was never anyone at reception despite the fact it says there would be. Also there is NO luggage storage although the AD says there is. This hotel is an absolute shambles and I would say to not stay there. Also they will give you a single duvet for a double room, when you ask for another duvet they’ll charge you extra for it, such a rip off!

Apartment was not as expected. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom which was not clean as well. Neither were the bedsheets. Mattress was too hard to sleep and the blanket was too small for 2 people. Pillows were also the worst I've slept on. It looked like that the apartment hasn't been used for sometime and there was some kind of abundance regarding the cleaning and the maintenance of the facility. Door handling and shower holder were damaged as well but restored after I contacted the reception. Overall it wasn't what I was expecting for.

Nice, spacious and clean apartments. Newly refubished/built. However in one of the apartments, the bathroom had an disgusting odour throughout the stay. Bearable but not pleasant. On the positive side you get almost a complete kitchen, with microwave, oven, stove, cutlery, coffee machine. The aparthotel is unmanned, so don't expect an receptionist. Location is okay, as Uber is not expensive at all in Kraków. A small store and a pizza restaurant in the building

Pros: Great location, trendy accommodation, clean and well equipped, modern, spacious. Apartment that I stayed in was very good. Cons: Poor Communication, Email doesn't specify the digital entrance sequence. Most guests were stuck at the door not knowing to press the key sign first then the code. Staff emailed me the wrong key safe number, only to get a message to say it wasn't updated. Finally after 30 minutes of trying to get in security guard finally got the right code, upon entrance into the room, it was the wrong one. I paid extra on Hotels.com for a 'nature' room & I got the pink room. Staff tried to resolve this the next day but still did not deliver because I was late to get back to the apartment due to traffic. Something beyond my control. Very disappointed by the lack of accountability shown by PI on this occasion. Could have been a 5 ***** but will give it a 3.

The room had everything you need and is very clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful with all my questions and even booked our transfers to and from the airport. Krakow town centre is only roughly a 10 minute walk.

Check in was late. There is no receptionist at all in this property just a really miserable and rude security guard in the evening.. we had 3 rooms booked.1 tv didn't work,dirty coffe machine but overall it was a nice apartment. On the plus side krakow is great and the salt mine is a must visit as long as you don't mind lots of stairs.

Great base. Apartments were clean and the decor was excellent. Microwave, dishwasher & hob. There is an ironing board and iron and a not forgetting a hairdryer. Highly recommend

Rooms are beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. There is a little place over the road called Mr Pancake which is fab pizza desert and drinks in one place.
