Not in a good location. Across the street from a school where the band practiced all day. Dogs barking roosters crowing constantly. Nothing within walking distance

STAFF WAS GREAT. VERY VERY HELPFUL. HELPED US WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND WE HAD A GOOD STAY OVER ALL. BUT IF IM BEING HONEST ABOUT THE HOTEL ITS SELF ITS PRETTY DATED. THE SHOWER HEAD WAS RUSTY. DRAWERS WERE CROOKED. ALL THE KITCHEN STUFF WAS RUSTED AND UNCLEAN. BUT THE WORST WAS PROBABLY THE AC WASNT REALLY COOLING DOWN THE WAY ONE WOULD WANT WHEN SLEEPING AT A HOTEL ROOM. I WOUDNT STAY HERE AGAIN FOR THAT REASON ALONE.

The staff was super friendly, however we ended up paying $250 the night in San Andres. The bathroom floor was not done properly and it will get sticky, they o my give you one key card and it’s impossible to leave the room if you are traveling with a friend, and this hotel is really far away from the main area. For this price you can definitely stay somewhere else.

Check in is strange, they walk you to your room & show you that the linens, towels are not stained (tell you that if you stain them there will be an additional costs) show you that the AC & TV are in working condition. Tell you that if anything breaks you will be responsible. Then during check out they come inspect your room. Breakfast was good. **This property is not beach front. They will let you check out late :)

Very dirty and outdated hotel. Hotel staff was very rude. Our room was very dirty. Our bathroom was like 10 years old with mold and rusty shower head. Broken TV. Pool was closed at 7pm. Very limited breakfast only until 9.30am

Horrible experience all around.

All is ok, except that daily cleaning service DOES NOT INCLUDE KITCHEN. YOU MUST AS A GUEST TO LEAVE THE KITCHEN IMPECCABLE OTHERWISE YOU WILL GET CHARGED A PENALTY FEE. In all hotels all around the world, I have never been instructed to wash kitchen. MUST BE INCLUDED WITH OVERALL CLEANING, MAKES NO SENSE.

a little bit far from beach but place is great.

Great staff, helpful. Multilingual. Have lots of suggestions for you if you inquire about yours, and things to do around the island. Super clean rooms, rooftop pool with overview of the surroundings. Rent a buggy and go to la Piscinita. Eat at the local restaurant which is a minute or two. Eat at Atipico food and drinks. The best spot for delicious dinner.

The property was close to a popular area so we did not have issues renting transportation and book activities. The rooms are clean and is cleaned everyday. The pool was clean and the view is amazing. Staff on the phone needs more customers service but in person they are more friendly. Breakfasts was good considering what's on the streets. Air conditioning is not on unless you are in the room and use your keycard. Great way of saving energy. Overall the hotel experience is great! Yes!!! I would stay here again!

Very nice staff and space. Great breakfast each morning. A little far from the beach but still walkable. Had several things not work perfectly. My biggest complaint would be the terrible WiFi. Only accessible in the lobby. Need a booster or more boxes

Azure staff amazing!!! Breakfast delicious. Helped us navigate in the island at all hours of the day. Luz is amazing, super helpful.

Property doesn't have any hot water, they clean the rooms every other day, toilet paper you're allowed only one roll every two days, it shows yo be right by the beach, beach is 5 blocks away needs a lot of upgrades, very very disappointed....... Eduardo Cruz

This hotel is not finished. There is building work going on. Exposed riser cupboards with electric wiring showing. Drilling and banging going on and The side of the hotel is a disgrace. The view from our room was disgusting.

The hotel was still under construction with workers walking and making some finishing workings on the installation.
I thing the hotel has a great future potential.
Good option for the price and for the island standards.

I wasn’t going to write a review because this hotel was just so meh, but after our last night there I felt compelled to write a review. As another person said, yes our view was of an abandoned lot with some junked out cars, dogs barked all night and roosters ensured we were up at 5. The shower didn’t work at all so simply rotated between cold and scalding hot no matter where the dial was set, breakfast sucked, I could go on...All this is to be expected to some degree when staying in a place like this, I get it and I take it in stride. One thing really put me over the edge with this place, and that was when we lost our room key the final night of our stay. I don’t speak Spanish, but know a little bit and was told what I thought was at $15.000 cop fee to replace the key. I said whatever, then get dinged with a bill for $50.000 cop (almost $20 USD) - for a plastic key that literally any other hotel in the world would replace for free. I found this to be completely ridiculous and combined with our pretty weak experience otherwise I would absolutely stay away, especially at the extremely high nightly rates they charge. If I can deter even one person from staying here I’ll be happy.

Rooms were very nice, pool was beautiful. The breakfast unfortunately was not good, cereal was stale and not much else to choose from. Overall service was good and the place clean.
