Customer Service was excellent, I stayed 5 days with my granddaughters. My Son lives 5mins from Hotel, so this is my 2nd stay. My daughter in law booked our 1st stay. It was enjoyable as well. We did have dinner at the hotel during my 1stay, and our meals were delicious. This will definitely be my go to hotel when visiting Michigan.

Liked everything only there for 1 night

This is a great hotel and not my first time staying here. I rated a little lower then 5 star because there appears to be a lot of water in the lobby and elevator as I checked in, (not from floor washing, from some major spill) and there was a lot of noise from a couple that went through some trouble and one of them may have been intoxicated. This should not be a reflection of the hotel overall, but I barely slept because of the above issue and therefore cannot give it a 5 star this time.

We stayed here for a small getaway/to be closer to a destination the next day. The pool is fairly small, but clean and quiet. We had dinner at the restaurant attached to the hotel and it was amazing!

The place is 5 stars. Probably one of the best hotels for its price point that I’ve stayed at!

I really enjoyed my stay. The restaurant food selections had variety and the entree’s I ordered were excellent! The hotel was clean and neat. The only drawback was not having a microwave in the room. The complex only offers a community microwave located in the lobby inside their store. Overall I would recommend this location to others.

Our stay at the Cambria Hotel Detroit was great. This was the second time trying here and not times were excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar are also very good. Rooms are large and super comfortable. Great place to stay when in the Almont, Imlay City area.

Beautiful hotel. Highly recommend! Verona restaurant was amazing as well! Only thing I didn't like is not having a smart tv or being able to cast things to the tv. Thats minor though. I would stay at this hotel all the time 😇

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Lobby is not separate from bar/restaurant area, which I fid not care for, as it can get quite loud. Also there were not one but two fire alarms the night we stayed (10:30 pm) which ended up being caused by someone smoking or vaping in restroom. However, it was not handled well by hotel management and all guests evacuated in a panic into the lobby in pajamas,etc., while a bunch of other people were partying in the bar area. Only one hotel staff member was working at the desk and she was assisting someone checking in. Extremely unprofessional and many families with children were visibly shaken. Also, restaurant on-site is an upscale Italian restaurant with no kid-friendly options. We ended up getting door dash delivered. Many close restaurant/shopping options nearby.

First time a a Cambria choice hotel. Very clean, super comfortable. The Verona restaurant was the best. Highlights of the weekend. The awesome service at the restaurant awesome food.

Megan (Hotel GM) and her team were amazing. Everything about the place was great.

Overall great experience

Beautiful and exceptionally clean facility. All staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Warm pool and pool area were also a bonus on these cold days! Wonderful dinner at Verona too.

I thought the staff could have been a bit more trained in service and hospitality. Often times they never smiled, made me feel like they were doing me a favor and didn't have solutions. I'd come back but I hope you will take this feedback to improve service halothane for your future customers.

This property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Excellent service and the place was beyond perfect. The beds, pillows and linens were superb. Will definitely stay here again

The room was very nice and clean. I love the vinyl floors in a hotel room and no bed skirts, blinds instead of curtains. Less things in the room to hold germs and/or bodily fluids. I would definitely stay again.

Great place. Amazing food. The service was great. The rooms have dimmable lights. The bathroom light switch in my room was broken, but I alerted the desk and let them know to look at it after I'm gone.

Stayed overnight for a wedding. Didn't spend a ton of time here but my husband and I (and other family members) really enjoyed our stay

Stayed for business. The hotel is new, stylish, and modern, with a great open-concept Italian restaurant attached to the lobby. Enjoyed food and drinks there, as well as the service. Check-in process was quick after long travel, and found my room to be very comfortable. Espresso machine in the room is a huge plus, although I only got 3 pods for a 4-day stay (please consider dropping off more as well as daily housekeeping). The built-in, lighted closet and large TV, as well as large standing shower and sink, were appreciated features as well. The only areas of improvement I'd suggest are double-checking the appearance of linens and soaps placed in rooms prior to guests' stays. Several of the towels were clean but stained, and my soap had strange stains on the cover (had not been used but would not feel comfortable using it due to mystery stains...). The daily housekeeping policy was not disclosed to me at check-in, but nobody stopped by to drop off more espresso, or swap out linens/towels/make bed like other hotels over the four days. While on a packed-schedule business trip, it would be ideal to have those taken care of without having to run down to the desk or call and request. That being said, the area feels extremely safe compared to other hotels locally and was still a 5-star experience overall. I'll be staying at Cambria exclusively from now on.
