Lovely stay in this spacious historic property ideally located in central Dublin. Free car parking was a bonus.

This property is even better in person! We were very happy with everything! Thank you for a wonderful 2 night stay… 15 minute walk to temple bar area

This was probably the grandest place I have ever stayed in - the height of the ceilings and moldings were amazing! I was a little hesitant to book as I was not sure about the area/distance to major sights, but it was very walkable, not too far, and we felt very safe. No hesitations on suggesting this spot!

We had the most wonderful stay in this amazing apartment and it was so spacious for our family and very convenient to everywhere too. Highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning apartment.
Close to O'Connell street. Over 4 floors with no lift, so choose wisely for your mobility needs. Some apartments are easily accessible from car park and ground floor. Car park is secure and people on hand for check-in/out. As of mid July 2024, there is some building work going on at rear, but that doesn't seem to start until after 830 midweek.
Kitchen well supplied with crockery etc. Good WiFi.
If you are comfortable with north of the river, then this is excellent.
Beds comfy (sofa bed in living room not so much). Fresh linen and towels. Excellent shower.

Lovely, classic historic building on Henrietta Square very close to city center with many attractions, restaurants, live music, …. Host met us at the door, helped with parking, and showed us to our apartment.

The property was spacious and very clean. The only issue was the bathroom was small.

Really terrific accommodations and interesting area. History is very abundant on Henrietta Street.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely and historic hotel. Our only complaint was that we were on the very top floor which was a bit of hike with bags and no elevator. Beautifully appointed and immaculate. They did a great job renovating this space. We also highly recommend the tour at the building across the street which explains the history of the area. There is a flyer in the foyer. We also really appreciated the secure parking behind the hotel. Several nice restaurants and pubs within walking distance. A lovely stay for a group of 4 adults.

We stayed in the King room for 2 nights and we were absolutely impressed. At 8 am day of check in I messaged the property and they responded quickly and allowed us to store our luggage on the property before check in. Even gave us the keys.. incredible unit Huge ceiling. Giant kitchen and sitting room.
A family could live in this unit full time in luxury .. we will be back and recommend to everyone. Well done

The Suite, house and street its in is stunning, the entrance to the house is a bit of a wow moment.
The King Suite is huge, very well equipped and exceptionally clean. I always judge the cleanliness of a place by bathroom and if you feel comfortable to walk on floors without shoes, well the shoes came off immediately after long walks and the 2 bathrooms were modern and so clean.
We felt very comfortable and safe in the apartment and the beds were so comfy ive taken a note of the make of the brand in hope to replace mine at home to the same.
We loved the original features on the property like the sash windows and shutters.
The Liffey is just over 10 min away so aĺl central attractions arent far.
Its just a shame that planning over the last century hasnt been very sympathetic to the beautiful street for surrounding area but in saying that there are plenty of shops nearby for supplies.

On arriving at the property it was a very clean, beautifully presented and restored property, full of character and lots of amenities. Unfortunately what should have been a lovely stay was ruined by the excessive levels of noise caused by 2 groups of young guests staying in the apartments above and below us. I was forced to go to their door on two occasions, the last time being 4am in the morning.

Best place ever. The property is perfect: large, very clean, confortable, very good heating, beautiful decoration. Exactly the same as in the photos, and very well situated in a quiet area. They have done an excellent and respectful building recovery work.
Attention also excellent, always asking our enquiries quickly. They even left us a bottle of wine and a bottle of water, plus coffee capsules, sugar, etc ... (We're sorry but we weren't able to drink the wine, too much Guinness)
If we go back to Dublin, we will definitely choose it again

Henrietta Suites has been extremely well restored to conserve most of the original details. We stayed at the King suite and had the chance to meet Pat who was extremely nice, and gave us some background on this amazing building. Very evident that Pat and his team have put lots of effort in our unit as most of the furniture and wall arts are vintage with great taste to match the unit itself.
They also did a great job at adding luxurious and contemporary amenities including the washrooms, kitchen and the misting system in every room. The original shutters also amazed us at how they still work after all these years! Our stay at Henrietta Suites was one of the highlights during our trip in Ireland and we are truly happy to have the opportunity to stay at such a nicely restored historic building and would love to see more around Dublin! The only downside for us was that previous guests left burnt marks on the dining table which we hope future guests to appreciate this unique stay.

Stayed in the Kings Suite. The whole apartment was large, impressively renovated, clean and to a high standard. The beds were massive and really comfy. Nice to have a few bits provided on arrival - water, bottle of wine, tea and coffee - only thing missing was milk. Not too much of a hardship given there is a Spar shop on the corner of the street. Beautiful building. Just across the street from the museum 14 Henrietta Street. Felt a little guilty after our visit there as I would guess about 40+ would have occupied our apartment when it was a tenement!
A couple of things would have made it perfect. The mirrors were all far too high - very lovely, but not practical! The doors banged shut very loudly - perhaps consider soft closing doors or something to buffer the bangs - for other occupants as well as us. Addition of a tray and place mats / coasters would help in keeping the furniture nice - the dining table had awful marks from what we think must have been something hot placed directly on the table by previous occupants - such a shame.
The bathroom cabinets over the sinks are badly placed - found easily hit head in when washing and brushing teeth, if not very careful. WIFI was intermittent - frustrating.
Missed a welcome as there is no one on the premises to greet on arrival. It would be really nice if there was the facility to store baggage once checked out.
This is a fantastic way to stay in Dublin. It will definitely be our first choice when we return, no doubts,
