I had a fantastic 2 night stay at Aye Inn! It is in a great location for exploring Inverness & the surrounding area. I was very comfortable in my room, and found everything to be a great mix of traditional and modern. The owners have really taken care to not only decorate it with a very definite Scottish charm (& humor!) but have provided appreciated things such as a multi USB port, knowing travelers today often have more than one device. The breakfast was yummy! I appreciated the options offered & feel they would please many different tastes/needs. My one suggestion to the owners would be to provide a little explanation of the tv (a Smart TV). It took me a little time to figure out I had to turn on the tv at the set before the remote would work. But this was not really a big deal as the wifi was so good I could stream some shows on my iPad. Such a good stay. Highly recommended!!

We were surprised and delighted by this charming hotel. It exceeded our expectations. Amazing attention to detail & cozy Scottish decor made us feel so welcomed & comfortable. Pre-ordering breakfast made mornings efficient & it was delicious. Staff was friendly & helpful. There were lots of great shops & restaurants within walking distance. Check-in & check-out were very easy. We loved our stay here & wish we could have stayed longer.

The pods are amazing! Great and relaxing amazing airflow inside the pod. The very very best instruction guide book inside the room I loved the photos and descriptions in the welcome book to get you settled .

We recently stayed and had a great stay, room was lovely, clean with great facilities and only a 10 minute walk to the centre or Inverness. We were 4 friends and booked the family room we all felt the beds were very comfy and the breakfast was lovely. The staff that were serving breakfast were lovely, helpful and very friendly.

Very friendly and accomodating staff that couldn't do enough for us. Exceptional service, exceptional breakfast. Only issue for us was the twin beds were uncomfortable. We could feel the bed springs under the bedding. The comforter was very small/narrow, no wider than the twin beds. Disappointedly we did not have the opportunity to meet the hosts/owners even though they stated they were looking forward to it. Had we met them we would've directly voiced our disappointment with the beds/bedding.

Breakfast was absolutely top notch, place was really comfy and had character, short walk to the river and even though my room was small it was cozy and comfy and well designed. My only critiques were my mattress was uncomfortable , it seemed like it was either a second hand or just a well-used mattress. Also the 4pm check in time was a tad inconvenient

Overall our stay was great, staff were very helpful, room was clean, breakfast lovely, although a bit small. Parking was ok, but had to double park and was a bit worried about having to move my car, but didn’t need to in the end. We had a twin room and this was quite small with a small bathroom which was the only negative. Other than that I would recommend a stay here.

Highland coos aplenty! This place was adorable, with all of the theming in every room. My two friends and I had a three bed room, which was cozy enough for two nights. The included breakfast was great and the service in the dining room was always friendly. I wish we could have met the owners of the B&B. It was a completely contactless check in, which I'd never experienced before. Be aware that they will charge your credit card before your stay, unlike Hotels.com's usualy pay at the hotel directly policy.

This is the absolute cutest little B&B ever. The woman who greeted us when we arrived and at breakfast was so nice and gave us loads of suggestions on things to do since the flooding and rain put a damper on our original plans. We ended up having an amazing time in Inverness

For my 40th, my husband, myself, and our friend took a 2 week trip to Scotland. The Aye Stay was by far our favorite hotel we stayed at during our entire trip. The small hotel is located at the front of a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Inverness. We walked across one of the pedestrian suspension bridges to reach town. The area is beautiful, quiet, and convenient. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. Being able to pick your breakfast the night before and giving a dining time allowed for the food to be hit and fresh. The only slight negative would be the tiny bathroom, but it was more than serviceable for our needs. Will definitely be recommending to my Scottish relatives for their next Inverness visit!
