Love the pool The breakfast is 5 stars The staff is superb, friendly, eager to help. Mostly, I felt very safe in the quartz hotel

The only bad thing was the air conditioner. It was way too hot in the room, it only cooled off during the night. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay there.

The carpet in my room was ripped and appeared dirty. The room was very dark. The blinds Wouldn't open to let in light. For the price I paid I wish I would have stayed elsewhere

We had one of those stays where everything went wrong and nothing worked but the staff stepped up and helped us out. The food is pretty good too.

We arrived at 3pm for check in. Once we arrived to our room the bell boy turn on the AC and stated it will cool down in 20min. We got ready and went down to the pool for a few hours. When we returned the AC unit was off and the room was very hot. I called the front desk and they sent someone to on the AC. It worked for a bit and it turned off again. Called the desk and repeated the same process another two times. Around midnight it happend AGAIN this time we told them to change our rooms or give us a refund for the stay. They advised that the entire 9th floor was having problems with the AC. They finally changed our room. I don't think we would stay here again. They could have preemptively changed our room since they new the entire floor was having problems.

There’s debris outside the windows and windows glass was also dirty. Restaurant food is delicious and staff and service was excelente.

Bathroom was dirty upon checking in, the windows were nasty from the room, AC was not working had to have staff come in, thermostat screen cracked and cut my finger, the water pipe broke and there was no water yesterday night. Staff was not helpful and gave attitude. Never again

Great hospitality and service.

It was a nice new hotel. I just didn't like that I can hear the music from downstairs and a baby crying all night that was next door I believe, but other than that I was comfortable. Also, I wish they had mentioned about the bariatric lunch they offer for free. I did not find out until I was checking out. Bummer!

We had amazing stay. It was not only clean but everyone very eager to make your our as welcoming as possible. It was very safe and nice to walk outside. The food that was included was delicious.

Had a great stay here for a quick medical trip! Staff was super helpful and kind. Lots of good drinks and food surrounding the hotel.

Great place to stay in. The surrounding areas, the restaurants and stores close by allowed us to relax more .

Everything at the hotel was great. The only thing I wished that was different was the pool to be warmer. The pool was super super cold.

Beautiful place and convenient location to medical facilities. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The bed was firm but comfortable. Pillows are thick and firm as well. The restaurant was tasty - we really enjoyed the Parmesan Chicken and Caprese Salad. Just a note that dining is leisurely so give yourself plenty of time - and try the chocolate chip pancakes! The fruit was also very fresh and tasty. The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. He made the morning trip to ITC Clinic brighter. Front desk staff was courteous as well. I had no issue with their customer service or amenities. I felt safe in this facility and the staff was great. The only issue was the environmental noise. Planes, trains and automobiles 24/7, which the hotel cannot control. It is located in a very busy area. The noise that the hotel can control was : the 8 am yoga class in the garden with the instructor on a loud speaker/ microphone was very jarring. Not how I wanted to wake up on a Saturday. Our room faced the pool so I heard the music and people till 10 pm every evening. i was there for recovery and it made rest challenging.

We loved our stay. Staff were very polite and attentive. We loved the care that the staff put into making us comfortable. Front desk is a bit weird (their vibes were off at first) but everybody else was amazing! We fell in love with the food as well, both breakfast and room service were excellent.

We were here for just a night for a family event and had a nice and relaxing time. The pool was wonderful and we felt safe staying here.

Rooms are very small but clean. Staff was excellent, very helpful and kind. Our son loved the pool. Will stay here again in future trips.
