This was my first time in El Salvador and my first stay at Palo Verde Sustainable Hotel. One word, amazing! The place is small but very personalized. The food was delicious every time! You are a walkway from the beach, and the waves are beautiful! This hotel has the type of beach for surfing and strong waves. You can certainly swim, but be cautious. Each room is slightly different, but just as gorgeous as the last. They do offer tourist attractions. All the staff was sweet, pleasant, and fun to talk to! They go out of their way to ensure you are enjoying your stay. I am counting down the days until I can go here again.

Fantastic staff, very helpful!! The hotel was extremely clean the pool was always clean and properly taken care off, the food was very good. My dislike was the air conditioning made noise after running for a while after telling the front desk no one knew how to fix it, the hotel it’s small so you can hear everything. I do recommend this place do to cleanliness and staff and location we enjoyed the beach.

I had the most wonderful stay, hotel has everything you need, clean, stuff is wonderful, restaurant is amazing, comfortable bed and pillows, great water pressure, hot water (!), on site yoga and surf lessons. Walkable, easy on site parking, 24/7 security. AC and fan in a room. Strong WiFi everywhere!

The property looks great and the room was nice and clean, however we were not informed that the unit behind us was undergoing construction starting really early in the morning and we were woken up to very loud construction noise and couldn’t rest. The restaurant has a nice view, decent food, but very poor and slow service which has never been my experience any time i have visited El Salvador. If they improve their service I’m sure it will be a great stay.

Stayed here for a few nights with my sister and friend and all of us had such a great stay! My friend got the massage and loved it a lot! The service was great, location and we loved the restaurant onsite! Moises was our server a few times and provided such great service! Will definitely be staying here again when in El Salvador again!

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I had an ocean front view room on the ground floor. Rooms are spacious very clean and the people are so friendly. The food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious. I recommend renting a car if you staying for more than 2 days and plan on going places, it’s cheaper that way. Everything is at least a hour away and getting a Uber or taxi is not cheap since everything is far

Everything was fine. I do Like how they give every room a day bed. That’s super dope. I like wash clothes for showering but I got there late and my room didn’t have any. Also there is a lot of construction going on and it can be noisy but that’s expected when there is up and coming buildings.

This was an amazing hotel with such great potential. The food and staff were great and the rooms for the most part was modern. However, we had a hiccup during our stay which resulted in leaving two days early. I won’t get into the details of the situation but the property owner handled the issue very quickly, professionally and sincerely. Nevertheless, we still left early. Few recommendations for the staff and an FYI for future visitors, specifically young females: 1. Currently, front desk staff leaves at 8:00 PM. This is extremely early. Recommend having someone onsite 24/7 or at least until 1:00 AM. 2. Install an indoor latch lock in all of the rooms for safety 3. Not as urgent as the others, but possibly add a mini fridge in the rooms. If you’ll be using UBER, note that they are extremely limited and don’t come to this hotel for pickup. Drop off only. Property is not near the main tourist area. I would still return to this hotel in the future given they updated their safety precautions.

If you want a great experience on Bitcoin Beach stay at Palo Verde. Good to very good food, super nice rooms and play areas (pool, bar, etc) and shows a bit of rustic charm. Really happy I chose to stay here, would do it again in a heartbeat

Beautiful property, clean and comfortable room with beautiful infinity pool. Awesome place to enjoy resort only. Cons: far from any descent place, rocky beach by the hotel. Kitchen closes at 8 pm and pool and bar close at 9 pm. Limited time to enjoy the amenities and not much to do around.

Very nice exclusive boutique hotel, very nice staff and awesome service and food, not much around to enjoy but no need as the hotel has it all. I truly relaxed and has a great experience. Beautiful place and pool, all staff really nice and friendly. Restaurant is awesome, our sever Manuel the one I remember was superb and his food suggestion were great to desserts options and very accommodating and always attentive to our needs, food always good no need to go to eat outside, literally tried it all and all was 5 stars quality food, my hat off to all and cooks, and chef’s. Will come back with family next time.

We arrived a bit early for check in and were permitted to use the services until we could check in. There is constant construction happening both inside and next to the hot, which meant that a large part of the services were unusable and the ones that were you had to endure the noise of power tools and hammering. This was NOT disclosed during booking and is not reflected in the price. We ended up choosing not to stay as it was really uncomfortable.
