The hotel was great. Breakfast was phenomenal! Everything was very updated and accommodating. My kids loved the pool. Wish I had time to use the exercise room as it was impressive!

Pillows were “soggy” and very flat. Bed was extremely hard and difficult to sleep on. For $400 for this 1 night I stayed I more than likely would have been happier with a sleeping bag and a tree. Staff was friendly and they tried but Marriott needs to give this hotel some money to fix a few things. The rooms deffiently need new bedding all around. Mattresses and pillows. Worst night of sleep I have had in a hotel. Red roofs get better reviews from me… outrageous costs for what was offered. This should have been $100

The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was out of pillows when we needed some for our pull-out couch, but the beds had two per person so we were able to share with the person on the couch.
When we needed ice for an inured ankle, the front desk staff were so kind to give us enough ice for an entire football team.
Breakfast was delicious and typical of most hotels we've stayed at.
We read online that the airport shuttle was easy to use...but there wasn't a shuttle at all. I would have stayed somewhere else with a shuttle and saved the $30 uber charge.

I think the only thing that I was very disappointed in was the fact that there was no housekeeping during my stay. I feel your customers should know if you’re not doing housekeeping every day in your hotel rooms. I was not told about this when I checked in on Friday, there was nothing in my room that alluded to the fact that there would be no housekeeping during Saturday, and there was nothing when I made my reservation. So, I came back to my room Saturday night, after a long day away, and my room was not clean. When I went down to the front desk to inquire about this, I was told housekeeping is done only every other day. With my stay, I was there Friday and Saturday night. So, housekeeping was going to come in on Sunday morning, but that was not during my stay.

Overall enjoyed the stay. Really liked that you needed to scan your key to use the elevator, nice measure of security. Parking was easy and fairly inexpensive. My one and only remark would be to perhaps make the breakfast area more open so that people are less congested when getting food for breakfast.

It was a pretty hotel and the beds are pretty comfortable. Everything is very clean and modern. I just think that how they make it seen on the pictures on the website is way more "richer" and the pool looks nothing like the picture

We had a great stay here. Rooms were comfortable and clean. My only complaint would be the carpet in the rooms but that is more of a personal preference. The free breakfast in the morning is stellar. Great choices and lots of variety. We did not get a chance to see the pool. The hotel itself is not very walkable to other places. We were in walking distance to Chelsea Street bar and Burger King

The staff was so great and the property is updated and clean. There is limited parking in the entire town, which is nothing unusual for a city of this size. The breakfast is standard hotel fare and more than adequate. The pool was nice for our 4 year old, but older kids would probably not be impressed. I would definitely recommend as an option to save money and have easy access to downtown Boston.

Halls needed vacuumed and our room was not cleaned on schedule every other day. We had to go for towels and toilet paper at the front desk. Staff was not on top of filling water container in lobby. We had to ask them to fill it three times. It was very hot and humid. Beds were not that comfortable. Ice machines were broken on 2nd floor. One of the elevators was not working. No hot tub and small pool for size of hotel. Breakfast was good.

The hotel charged 100 incidental fee which previously was $20 last year and unexpected and I specifically chose this hotel to be able to use the amenities such as the pool and was not able to use it on the day of check in because of some of the business activities I had to handle. I asked to use the pool upon check out which most hotels always on there because of the inconvenience of not being able to use it the day before and was told by Joanna manager on duty that I could not because I was checking out and that I could no longer have access to amenities which was very disheartening considering that I had chosen this hotel to use the pool and it was very hot outside upon check out. I never had this experience and I do not feel that their customer service was on point unfortunately but it was a comfortable stay that I will say.
