10/10!
As a foreigner who has lived in the Eastern province for some time and was missing some of the amenities at my home country, this hotel was a taste of home. Compared to other hotels in country, even ones in Aberdeen in the same area around the same price, this one far exceeds them in every way.
AC is great. Showers are rainfall and amazing pressure and spotless. Hot water too!
Bed was large and clean. The room and hotel is actually inside, which if you live here, you know inside is a bit of a relative term but here there were no cracks and crevices — and that means no bugs or mosquitos and no need for mosquito nets. It’s actually inside inside. It feels like being transported to our home country for our stay.
Hotel restaurant was a bit pricey but great burgers and pasta. Room service for no additional fees.
Pool is great and cozy.
Breakfast is included and is buffet style with lattes and other coffees. Great food and good staff.
Hotel called us a taxi and told the driver where we needed to go and negotiated price for us so even a bit of travel around Freetown if you’re new here is possible at this hotel.
Inside a gated area with a guard at the gate so you are safe.
If you want something that feels like being transported to a different country: this is it!

Really friendly staff. Nice location. Tiny pool not able to do any laps as it is too small. Overpriced for what it is.

Incredible experience! The entire staff was amazing! We had a family of close to twenty people there for the Christmas holidays and everything was wonderful, from the hotel staff to the restaurant staff. I will always go back to Mamba Point and would recommend it to anyone going to SL!

It appears to be a nice hotel, the wifi wasn’t working well and the tv never started working despite them telling us it would be fixed right away. The restaurant is nice, we had some issues with the food but they understood and treated us well. Overall, it was an okay stay
