We got there and checked in got to our room. Which was reserved and paid for a multiple bed room and received a king bed with a pull out couch. I went back to the front desk to show them what I reserved and she said that’s all they had and could give me extra linens for the pull out couch. Then she said they only have 7 of those rooms and inventory doesn’t show correct on this website. Didn’t argue any further because it was late and we were tired from getting there so late. Breakfast wasn’t the best but staff was very nice and friendly!

Very nice hotel, a quick drive from the Space and Rocket Center, with shopping and dining a walkable - or a very short drive away. Great breakfasts every day, except they tended to run out of silverware for some reason. No signs saying that we must ask for our room to be tidied so possibily they were short staffed this weekend, and we had to ask for clean towels. Overall, we'd go back because we enjoyed our stay,

The service was great from the front desk and management. It was not very clean room and had an odor. We had to be moved to año room as the toilet did flush after one use and there was no shower gel in the dispenser in the shower. The patio area was dirty as well. We were underwhelmed and expected more from a Hyatt brand. The breakfast was very nice.

Broken tiles in foyer and elevator, generally dirty and no housekeeping. We asked for towels and they said that we had to come down to front desk to get them. We went down and they only had hand towels. We stayed here a couple years ago and it was nice. Now it is dirty and unpleasant

Room and location was very nice only complaint the sink in the kitchenette was clogged room 403 and the cast feature in the tv didn’t work I’m a tech savvy person tried on two cell phones and iPad non would stay connected or stream so it’s about time to update to smart tvs

The location was convenient, the room was nice, however the streaming service did not work and when we called the front desk, they said that they couldn't do anything and that it was likely broken, but there was nothing they could do. This wasn't the first rude interaction we had with the front desk. The attendant seemed more interested in reading her book than helping customers. The one good thing that I will say is that the breakfast was very good. This is the 3rd year I've taken my son to space camp and I know that he'll be going again next year. I would NOT book this hotel again because of how rude the staff was.

We arrived to the hotel (at 1am) after a 3 time delayed flight. Upon arrival, the front desk associate (I don't think I received his name) was just as pleasant as he could be. He gave us information about our visit and Huntsville in general, as well as wear to purchase essentials and clothing because our suitcases were on another flight! What a trip! But it was great to stay at such a clean hotel with a welcoming staff!

Fine hotel, but the service staff was the worst I have experienced of any hotel. Lazy, absent, ineffective. The staff did not take their jobs seriously and were on their phones or laptops away from the front desk. Check in was impossible, any guest services were ineffective because the front desk didn’t do their jobs and pass on requests. Worst service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The manager needs to fire the entire front desk staff.

We had a great stay! We were in town for UAH graduation. We had multiple rooms for family members. We picked this hotel based on price, locations and the convenience of having walkable restaurants right across the street in the Bridge Street Mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was garbage piled up outside in the containers including doggie disposal. Under staffed. Breakfast was not served on time and everything was cold and not prepared properly. Carpets and floors wet dirty. Yogurt was in a bowl and not in individual containers. Very unsanitary. For the money it was surely not up to Hyatt standards. Poorly run

Elevators and common areas need to be cleaned. It could be an excellent property instead of very good. Elevators have smudges and handprints top to bottom so this should be a top priority in my opinion. Other than this it’s a top notch property

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in 18 months. This was my first time being dissatisfied. We booked a queen suite. When we arrived, the condition of the suite looked nothing like what we were accustomed to for the previous stays at this same hotel. The carpet was dirty, and the two queen beds material frame was dirty. The couch looked worn. Never in our previous stays had we seen this. We were shocked to see this and immediately requested another room but they did not have any other queen rooms or queen suites. My husband told the desk clerk how the room looked and she said all the rooms looked like that. We have stayed there twice before, and the rooms were clean and nice. The previous rooms did not look like this queen suite . If they had looked like that, we would not have returned.The lobby area was nice, as usual. Breakfast was okay. The suite was disappointing. With the price we paid, we expected better but was highly disappointed in the queen suite. It looked like a dirty cheap low budget room.

I really enjoyed the property but I was charged twice for my stay and the money has yet to return to my account. I was offered Hyatt points for the mistake which I was grateful for but it’s now been 6 days being charged an extra 3 nights. Other than that, it was walking distance from lots of fun places, shopping and food.
