This is a beautiful hotel. Jenny welcomed us with lots of information about the hotel and the area surrounding it. Sinfonía del Remus have the friendliest and best trained staff you'll come across. We had an early start and they organised an excellent take away breakfast for our journey.

Everything was really good, especially the kindness of the staff as well as the consideration of late-checkout. I was even able to take a shower after checking out so I could go to the airport with the fresh condition. I would definitely consider to be staying here again if I coming to Hanoi in the future.

This hotel is very stylish and in the perfect location (by a temple/ by the lake/near bars and restaurant/ a walking distance to the Cathedral/ the President residence and the temple of litterarure). All staff including Jennie our main host couldn't be any more attentive and helpful. Our bedroom was amazing even though we didn't have any view. The skybar is in itself worth a visit and a drink at night. We thoroughly recommend this place.

This was a WONDERFUL stay. The welcome was incredible, I felt like I was staying at a 5 star hotel. The room was beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful, very clean. The staff particularly helped me with my visa (I had been in Japan and they helped expedite it). Communication with the hotel was excellent ahead of my trip to do this—they also helped to arrange a car to the airport. This was an excellent hotel, location on the lake is great, nice rooftop bar, very nice rooms with AC that works exactly how I like it to (get the room nice and cold) - I can’t say enough nice things and would 100% book here again. Amazing value for the money but please don’t change a thing!

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic!!!! The level of hospitality we received from Mien, Jen, and Brian during our stay at La Sinfonia del Rey was outstanding. They were always keen to know how our stay in Hanoi was going as well as kept up with our plans as we went on tours to Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay. They took great care in ensuring we enjoyed every aspect of our vacation, even so far as offering a breakfast-to-go option when they learned our flight back was early in the morning, before the breakfast buffet could begin. We will return to Hanoi and La Sinfonia del Rey will be our only choice as a place to stay.

My 5day business stay here has been an excellent one... Ms Rose and her front desk team has been warm and obliging.... always acknowledging me by name and possess good knowledge on hanoi culture and offer good advice on navigating and seeing the city .... kudos to the team for always listening and responding promptly to my request to allow my stay here an enjoying one... room is quaint and beautifully decored... breakfast offerring is varied and delightful.... ala carte menu for dinner at the Rhythm resturant offers local delight done in a modern aesthetic appeal with flavor... location of hotel is geographically situated just in front of hoam kiem lake and the hustle and bustle of french quarter..... will come back again... thank you la sinfonia del rey for the warm hanoian hospitality

The staff at La Sinfonia made our stay exepional! They can’t do enough for you and always with a smile .. felt they were very approachable. They helped us organise and as I was in my own before my daughter joined me I felt safe and looked after. Breakfast amazing! The staff of this hotel is one of the most professional and attentive that I have ever experienced. Every comfort is provided. The people working here are so well trained and seem so naturally thoughtful that it is a pleasure to stay at this facility. I had a bit of physical distress and they immediately came forward with ginger tea and it was not just one person. The room was comfortable and every option that we needed was addressed. The service at this hotel is over the top friendly and helpful. We loved the look and feel of this place. Even though the room was in the smaller side, it had everything you need and was enough for us. We absolutely loved the experience of being here with the amazing staff. The rooftop patio was lovely too! They even offer you a shower later even though you’ve checked out when you come back and pick up your bags. Book this place! The location is the best, especially on the weekend when it’s a pedestrian only area. But really, it’s the people here that make this a 10/10!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Jennifer was the guest relations person who greeted us and provided assistance throughout our stay. She was very attentive and provided useful information and recommendations for activities. The hotel restaurant was classy and had excellent food. There was even live music during dinner. Overall, the hotel provided a great experience for me and my husband.

We really enjoyed our staying at La Sinfonía de Rey. The service was amazing, every member of the staff was very nice and looking to help us in every sigle way. There were two special members who were absolutely great : Rose from the lobby area and Benny from the restaurant ! The food was really good, the location is perfect and the beds are very comfortable.
