Very nice stay. Very quiet and clean. Excellent service. Nice shower. Easy parking. 5 stars.
A few minor annoyances. There's no sign showing where to enter. Me and a couple of other guests went in the wrong door and were lost.
The shower handle was very loose.
Parking should be free since the hotel isn't downtown.
Overall, excellent stay!

Our son plays football for Wash U and this is a great place to stay right on campus. Free parking on the weekend and the service and rooms are top notch. Close to anything you would want to go to. Can tailgate and then just walk to the hotel.

Everything was perfect, but the location is the best if you are visiting your kid in WashU.

Beautiful newly renovated rooms, very quiet. Comfy beds, great shower. A pantry stocked with water and Nespresso coffee was a very nice touch. Great stay!

Lovely place! Would recommend and would return.

We had a very comfortable stay. Although the room given at check in had a mishap with the air conditioning, they sent someone to check it out and then he came back with keys to a new room since it would take awhile to fix. Very courteous staff and the parking was definitely a convenient option and easy to get in and out of with a large SUV.

This place was perfect for our trip to Washington U!

If you like super clean and friendly staff- this is the place for you. If you like a really cold room- this is not the place for you. The AC was on 68 but didn't feel 68 and I couldn't get it to go any lower.

The hotel is on a university campus which was a surprise to us, but I honestly didn’t map to it to see the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were small so sharing a bed with our kids was a little bit uncomfortable, however I’m sure the hotel was not meant for families. You have to drop off your belongings then find a parking spot in the parking garage. We were only staying 1 night so that wasn’t a big problem. Overall it was a good stay for the night.

Wonderful facility in a perfect location… especially if you have business with WashU

No better place to stay if you are visiting the school.

It’s a hotel but almost like a dorm connected to Washington university, it’s really for their conventions and should not be open to rent public as they don’t even have parking during the day. You have to pay a meter

Great place to stay. Right on campus. Skip the breakfast.

Staff was not friendly at check in, very rude. Then they gave us the wrong room...pd for a king and was given 2 queens. Had to go down and get the right room and again the staff acted very inconvenienced. Morning staff was very friendly so maybe just a few bad seeds in the group.

Staff were gracious but the one restaurant was very noisy. It’s important to remember this hotel hosts guests who attend business courses and they tend to get rowdy.

This is in the middle of the Washington University campus. I imagine rooms are available only a few weeks per year, when campus activities are low and the school doesn't need to house guests. It's a wealthy campus, and this facility reflects that. Parking is in the deck across the street and is free on weekends. There are numerous dining options on Delmar, a pleasant half mile walk to the north. Forest Park is adjacent to the campus. I'd happily stay here again.

We arrived late. We were given best care from the night manager.

Very convenient to where our student was staying and walkable to restaurants. The campus is beautiful and makes for a great walk!

Great modern rooms on a beautiful campus. Very little within walking distance and the hotel doesn’t have much for amenities, so if you don’t have a car, Uber is the option for getting to groceries, restaurants, etc.

The room was very attractive, nice woodwork. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

It was in the business school that my son was admitted to and we visited for a final meeting with faculty and students. Very convenient!
Also the rooms and bathrooms were SO MUCH nicer than 2/2023, when we stayed here last time.

Loved that it is on campus, upscale, well maintained property.
