You get what you pay for.

The beach was filthy, numerous beggars and merchants tried to sell what ever whenever you set foot outside. The property is run down. The front desk is surly and overbearing. When checking out you will be charged for every bar of soap, sugar packet, shampoo, toilet paper. This unannounced set of charges was the price of a room for the night. You can do far better.

Great hotel Clean spacious good staff

It was great to have spent vacation to this place! Recommend for people out there looking for a worthwhile vacation to enjoy with family and friends!

The property is dated however nice like a Holiday Inn stay. The Customer Service is wonderful.

This is a first-rate hotel with excellent views, decent fare, a good staff etc., but the beach is filthy.

A big red flag for the Central Park Reef Resort. The staff was terrible, not working, not helping nor answering our questions about accomodations, or our issues with the hotel. I wanted to work, but the WIFI was working poorly. Nothing has been done to fix this issue, and I am still waiting the manager to contact me. (at this time I already left the hotel, thank you) We tried the restaurant by the pool: (which is not as good/big as on the photo displayed) It ended up being one of my worst experiences in term of hospitality. The fruit platter wasn't available, alright just a bad start... Ordered the smoothie which ended up being just an ice cream mixed with ice and milk... Not mentionning the sugar content. Ordered the chef salad, it took 30 minutes to serve us a refridged salad with dried chicken and unfresh seafood. Sorry I will pass on this one too, I prefer not to be sick during my little holidays. The Caesar salad was just composed of 50% lettuce, 1% powdered garlic, a handful of croutons, and the rest of awfull signature sauce... Stictly avoid their overpriced and bad restaurants ! Finaly it was hard to sleep, 5am dogs barking downstairs, of course no staff worked on it. 9am we had the chance to be woke up by an hysterical karaoke singer from the hotel. Our departure wasn't even better, tried to offer us a overexpensive taxi to Olongapo station. A very big 0 from the beginning to the end of our stay. Won't come again.

Excellent overall service!

Very nice hotel with a nice beach

It's nice but. We stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite, which was the second highest suite option. It was nice, the jacuzzi was very nice, the shower had a rain shower head, the sink counter was marble. It had a mini bar, a king size bed, and a 60" TV. That said, it has definitely seen better days. The imitation wood floor was warped and corroded in areas around the edge. The areas that aren't so visible were worn, the bed was a bit too firm for our taste, and the walls outside on the balcony were cracked and faded. Unfortunately the upstairs restaurant was terrible, the service was pretty good. But, that was the end of the positive. The good was lackluster, the potatoes looked cracked and the whole dish was microwaved. We ate most of it, but we did not want to go back. The "milkshake" was weird and more like a slushy instead of a shake, it was just weird. The worst part, though, was they would only accept cash. Seriously?!?!? A RESORT only accepts cash??? It was quiet however,

Food was very good - nice flavors and well prepared - lovely view of ocean - but confusing elevator system of call buttons - also no air conditioning or fan in elevator during sunny days made for very uncomfortable elevator rides - but overall very good and we would return - thank you !

The property is the best resort hotel you will find in subic. Clean and comfortable rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. I have no complaints about the property, bur the beach itself isnt something to marcel at. The surrounding area is dirty, full of trash and there's a canal that runs from one of the public areas and empties into the beach itself, making you wonder whether the beach is even safe to swim in. There's annoying vendors everywhere that wont take no for an answer and the local folks don't seem to care about the trash and the environment they live in. Its a pity the local government doesn't give a damn about it but that's expected from Philippine politicians who are well known for corruption and theft of public funds

Hotel is in a great location. The restaurant serves good food. Both swimming pools are nice with great views. Management wants to charge for everything, slippers, bath robe, etc.

This is a good 4-star hotel with friendly staff and clean facilities. The food is good as well and the pools are great.

Everything good but they need sort the opening of the pool on the roof for a earlier time. Pay a lot of money to stay here
