Staff were excellent and very helpful. Only issue I had was a drain smell from the bathroom. Staff did spray air freshener, but it came back a few times.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, it is small boutique hotel, but provides very good service from the receptionists to the kitchen staff. Many thanks to Ahmed for his excellent service and effort he provided us with sorting out a matter. A great find in Downtown Cairo.

The Hotel has an excellent location to walk around and to go to any place. The service is excellent, they all are very nice people, they are kind and assist tourists as possible.
The only thing I didn´t like is the old beds, and little space in the bathroom to put personal cleaning stuff.

The other day, I stayed alone for 2 nights. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Cairo.
The hotel employees are very responsive and have no problems. However, the equipment is old and a little out of proportion to the price.

I stayed fewer nights than booked. Had to pay upfront and was told I would be credited any money back if I checked out early. I verbally communicated with the hotel staff multiple times I would be checking out early. I sent the hotel four emails requesting a refund. No response from the hotel. Had to dispute the cost with the credit card company. Pain in the butt.

We arrived at the hotel, and they told us that they did not have available the type of room that we booked. They suggested us to have an inside room with no windows or go to another hotel from them. We take the inside room, but they still charged the original price for a normal room.
Hotel look new, but rooms look old, bathroom smells terrible, and shower throw out a lot of water to the bathroom floor. Also, beds are the most uncomfortable beds that I have had in my life, and you can feel all the springs.
I will not come back to this hotel, and I cannot recommend it.

Had a great stay at Cairo Capital Hotel. The staff were amazing. No request was too much. Breakfast everyday was to a good standard. Central location, walking distance to shops and a few museums. We booked all of our activities through the hotel and we felt safe and looked after. The drivers were friendly and on time. Great value for money and had a great experience.

Great staff, good breakfast, they made breakfast for us outside of their usual times as we had two early starts.
Room was very noisy and the beds were not the most comfortable!

The staff of the hotel were so friendly and helpful, and helped us to book a tour and gave advice on things to see. We loved staying right downtown and being able to walk easily, shop and go to restaurants.

We (family of 3) stayed for 7 days over one month, and the staff were excellent in providing advice on what to do. They also were very generous in keeping our extra luggage for the one month period, as we came and went as we travelled around Egypt. The included breakfast was excellent and always prepared with care. Again, a safe place to stay with staff that are dedicated to your comfort.

Wonderful place to stay in the center of Cairo. The hotel was on an alley that was closed to traffic, between two major busy streets. So there were plenty of shops and restaurants within a short walking distance on the two busy streets, but unexpectedly quiet at night (at least compared to other places in center Cairo). The room was very clean. People at the reception were very friendly, useful and never pushy. They helped us arrange cruises on river Nile and transportation around town for much lower prices than elsewhere. Overall an awesome experience for a much lower cost than I was used to.

Hotel is not honest with guest. When you book at this hotel and arrive to get your room, the hotel will send you to another walk-in hotel not hotel location and give you bad room, many times overbooking.

Front desk and staff were always friendly and accommodating.
The hotel needs a serious upgrade. The stairwell is dark and dirty. The lobby furniture is worn and stained. The room is scuffed and the bathroom leaks from every location. Rooms are noisy from the street. The breakfast is prepared by one overwhelmed lady. But everyone was cheerful. Location was great.
