Everything is good!
The service, the room, the location, the breakfast and the food in the restaurant are very testy. The staff is very nice and friendly. Highly recommended and we will back again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful time during our 4-night stay. The rooms were impressively clean and featured a modern design that added to our comfort and convenience. Every detail seemed thoughtfully arranged, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
The breakfast offered a good variety, with something to suit most tastes. Whether you preferred light and healthy options or heartier fare, there was plenty to choose from.
While our overall experience with the staff was fine, we felt that a warmer and more welcoming attitude could have made our stay even better. A touch of friendliness would have enhanced the sense of hospitality.

Best hotel I've stayed in Gdansk. Lovely rooms, great air conditioning, great breakfast, excellent service, lovely spa and pool. Everything on point. Sooo close everything.

This hotel is brand new, located a 3 min walk to the Old Town. The hotel is very modern, nice and comfortable, and the crew was very nice and helpful.
The spa is also nice, with a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam sauna. The spa is very popular, and quite noisy.
Buses and trams are just 3 mins walk from the hotel, so it's easy to get around in the city.
We really enjoyed our stay and will go back here as soon as possible.

The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with an extensive range of items. The pool was rather small and overly crowded. The location of this hotel was very convenient, perfect walking distance to the city center.

Very nice design hotel and great breakfast. However the spa is small and extremely loud, somewhat disappointing.

Bedroom and shower room were a great size. It had a small balcony which was really good, as I like sitting out in a warm evening (all balconies look into a building courtyard so no view if anyone wanted one). Bed very comfortable. The hotel had a fantastic spa, although we used it after 8pm as this is adult time as it was very busy with kids before this. Everything is walkable from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for a night and booked a Massage me and my wife, the Spa was very busy, the massage was good but not great, hotel is nice, it felt more like a 3.5 stars, not quite luxurious but it is brand new.
Our superior room was spacious, with an open view, decor e was interesting with multiple texture and colours. Bed was not very comfortable, at least for a 4 star hotel, room was clean, front desk staff where junior and helpfull but not very gracious with customers.

Super Hotel in toller Lage.

The hotel receptionist's unfriendly attitude made our check-in experience less than welcoming. Additionally, the $47 AUD car park fee for one night seemed excessively high. While the hotel offers reasonable value for money, we would not choose to stay here again in the future.

Reception staff was miserable and disrespectful.
Room was too hot - air con ineffective.
Front of hotel rooms suffer from traffic noise - you will hear every siren etc, and there are many during the night.
Housekeeping was excellent, spotless clean.

The property is conveniently located next to the main city highway yet is exceptionally quiet. It is at the edge of the old town - an easy walk everywhere.
The best part was the spa experience (though crowded on weekends) and the cleanliness of the hotel. Only disappointment was parking situation. Upon arrival, the front desk guy said that their parking was full and there was no Valet option. He informed us that if we parked on the street, we risked to get a parking violation ticket, though there were no NO PARKING signs. On the last day of our stay hotel parking became available, but it was difficult to find a parking spot under the building. A 30 euro price per night was rather steep when there was a free dirt lot parking in front of the hotel (though always overflowing) and other hotels in the area offer a 10 euro parking. Our room had no view (we saw a building across a tiny street) but it had a balcony and as the building across the street waa empty, it felt private and it was quiet.
Two elevators were always too busy for a huge building and rather difficult to use. Otherwise it was a wonderful and relaxing stay in a modern, very clean, conveniently located hotel with a relaxing spa.

So weird that a four star hotel doesn’t have conditioner and lotion…. And that no slippers are provided in the spa.

Stay away from this hotel, it is managed by mobster Pawel Zarembski who should not be in the hospitality or service industry, instead he should be in jail. It is very sad that Pawel Zarembski is racketeering in this beautiful hotel. We checked in on march 16th and our reservation was for 2 nights. I already paid for it via expedia. I checked in and a nice front desk agent checked me in. She was very nice and even helped me get to my room. We liked our stay and we decided to extend our stay for another two nights. Once again, we paid it via expedia. Nobody asked for any credit card or payment. Our second reservation was from 18th to 20th. We met Pawel on 19th march around afternoon. I came downstairs and tried to get new cards for room and spa towels from him, he refused and he did not even listen to what I was trying to say. I was trying to explain to him that I extended our stay and we need new cards. He started yelling and refusing me. Then I was like how am I going to go to my room if my card is expired. Finally, he decided to ask for my room number after 5 minutes of arguing. I honestly did not know what his problem was. All I wanted was to get new cards, but he chose to yell and refuse me. Even other guests were staring at him. I commented on him saying "this is not good hospitality". He responded like "Do you want me to kick you out? I can also call the police, actually I don't need that, I will kick you out with no problem, watch out." His comment was very alarming fo
