Perfect central location to explore downtown Leadville and surrounding beauty.

Fan and ledges were dusty

First time staying in a tiny house. My kids loved sleeping in the loft. Leadville is a cool little town with lots of shopping. Would stay here again.
4.3
Great
4.3
Just very cozy place. Amazing atmosphere and location
4.3
Lovely place to stay as I was getting ready to hike my annual fourteener! Great location and TinyHouse “Molly” was well appointed and just off the main drag through Leadville. Would definitely stay there again!
4.3
Hands down worst property in America. Place is dirty, disgusting and staff is unresponsive.
4.3
We liked it. Thought is was a bit pricey.
4.3
The place is a little dated and abused. But keep in mind Leadville is a hard climate. The bed is to hard because it sits on a plywood box that is also to high. The front porch steps are very narrow and when wet kind of slick. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay, it was very quiet and things were clean. I basically stayed in the bed and left. So no idea about the shower or cooking accommodations

It’s a great location close to town and great hikes vans we had the added bonus of it being Boon days in Leadville. All that said our first night there was a techno band at the bar across the street till 2 AM. Maybe this is just because of the festival. We reached out to see if we could get a late check out since it’s 10 am , and heard nothing in response. I was surprised to see there was no recycling in the unit. Lastly it was one of the few without an ac but probably not a big deal most of the year. This unit also requires climbing a ladder to the tight loft so not for everyone.
4.3
Very straightforward and easy check in process. Very cool neighborhood and clean tiny homes

With limited options in Leadville, we decided to give tiny house a try. Overall, it wasn't bad but the shower was nasty - other people's hair everywhere! Also, the curtains were basically just thin fabrics, so we can see outside throught them and vice versa.
4.3
Location is great. Cleanliness is just a lack of effort.
4.3
We were in the house for less than 12 hours but more than fulfilled our need for a quick overnight trip to the area. We appreciated having a bed on the first level and it was nice to have a kitchen with basic essentials to warm up a few things for breakfast. A great value for the money and we’d definitely choose to stay here again.
4.3
The service was terrible. We never received a text or email telling us our house number and password. We tried to contact the office workers four different times, but they didn’t respond and didn’t help at all. We had to wait over an hour in order in order to get into our house. In the end, we had to find a neighbor to help us.
4.3
This is a great place to stay, relax and experience the "tiny life". The house is well furnished with pans, cups and silverware.
4.3
All good, but still really mor or less a trailer/RV park.
4.3
If you don’t mind close quarters, this is a very great option in Leadville, where the hotel options are very limited. It’s extremely close to the downtown area which makes walking very easy from the housing. It sits very close to other residential housing, so sometimes noise was a factor and street parking the only option if you have more than one car.
4.3
Liked the regular refrigerator and freezer. Had all convenience of home. Well stocked. Did not feel safe using ladder to balcony.
4.3
Cute concept and very convenient to town. Great customer service and cleanliness. A bit difficult to get up to the bedrooms in Molly. The steps up to the lofted “bedroom” above the kitchen were uneven and had no railing. The ladder to the second lofted “bedroom” had no inclination making it very difficult to climb. All made me a bit nervous. And there is such limited headroom it’s not for claustrophobia prone folks.
4.3
Great location walking distance from restauranrs, bars and shops. The tiny houses are nicely decorated and very cozy. They are nicely equipped - dishes, pans, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, etc. Looking forward to our next stay.
4.3
The property overall was fine and we enjoyed our stay. Perfect location and close to all restaurants. However, the TV did not work and even after the maintenance guy came to check it, he still could not get it to work. So we had 2 1/2 days without TV. Not that big of a deal. However, there was no top sheet on the king mattress, so the maintenance guy brought us a new set of sheets, which were queen size, so that wasn’t ideal, but better than nothing. Also, the sheets smelled and the towels, really smelled bad as if they sat in the washer for over 24 hours and had that mildew type of a smell. Overall, we had a great time, but I wish we would’ve brought our linens.
4.3
An awesome place to stay if you want to be close to downtown. It was clean and comfortable, and I would definitely stay there again.
4.3
Area was okay, definitely lots of restaurants and bars around. The tiny home was a bit smaller than we expected but overall made it work. The “property manager” stopped by and we expressed that the AC was not working, he suggested we open the windows, walked out, and welcomed us to the town. Other than that everything else was pretty good, it was super helpful that the house had dishes and a hot plate.

no thanks

We had planned to stay 3 nights but cut short after 1 night. It was clear pets had previously stayed. Everything we took inside was covered with pet hair. We rebooked accommodations at another location. The staff were very nice and refunded us for 2 nights. It should be noted that unless you are comfortable climbing up big-step ladder to bed, this may not be the place for you. Great views of mountain, diminished by unkempt property.
4.3
It was nice. Close to downtown. Very walkable. Close to great hiking and biking trails.
The faucet handle needs to be fixed. Needs screw tightened. The handle falls off.
4.3
Pretty neat place but if you're not petite then it's the hard.

Preface by saying not my first tiny house experience, but the worst. Things you won’t find out until after you’ve booked and are committed:
Power is limited, you can not run the microwave or a heater at the same time as any other appliance.
Hot water is shared between all units so trying to shower between 8-10am, good luck getting hot.
Checkout is 10 am PROMPT.
You get two tiny pillows to go with your tiny house. Comfort is not sustainable apparently.
Two towels and nothing for the floor, which will flood every time you take a shower because the shower curtain does not expand to the full width of the shower.
The bar across the street does karaoke until 1 am on Friday and Saturday nights. You will hear it.
Those are the bad, the good is that you are getting a tiny home experience and the house seems well built, just absent any sense of comfort. Could be a wonderful experience with a few modifications from the hotel… on a weekday anyways.

The TV did not work or the apps on it the heater was broken we had to sleep with the door open to cool off the room it was dirty and you can feel the springs in the mattress this place did not awncer any of are called to fix tv or heat we emailed and now all the emails don't work and the o e that does say auto reply that she is on maternity leave we want a refund feel riped off

This property was easy to find very cute. Plenty of room and easy access. Received the code right before I arrived. It’s a place that we would stay again.
4.3
Tiny House Marvin was very clean and comfortable. It is perfect as a base of operations, but may be cramped if you have to spend a whole day. It is within walking distance of the main shopping area and many of the museums.
4.3
We booked Tiny House Lilly for a night and wow was it awesome. We got in as easy as can be. The home was clean, new garbages, new soap, new towels, new sheets, with all amenities/kitchen utilities. My girlfriend and I came from Wisconsin and will definitely be returning to CO. If we ever come through Leadville these tiny homes will be a must do again. Plenty of head space in the beds, plenty of space in the showers/bathroom/kitchen. It’s about a 2 minute walk to the main strip. If you are thinking of booking one of these, definitely book it!
4.3
Clean, safe, well stocked. Will definitely go again!
4.3
I enjoyed my stay at tiny homes. It was quaint, clean, safe, and a cool experience.
4.3
If you are taller than 5’5” I would absolutely not stay here. My husband & my feet touched the ceiling in the Aspen house from the bed. There was no extra bedding for futon, but the springs were shot on it anyway so it wouldn’t have been a better option. But the loft was ridiculously tiny, not equipped for adults. We could barely breathe. The fan in the bathroom was broken sounded like a motorcycle & it was a graveyard for bugs. We paid for two nights & left after one, so we could actually sleep elsewhere.
4.3
Will definitely stay again
4.3
Great Quiet place to stay for work!
4.3
The houses are named, and I loved that the Lilly house, where I stayed, was next to the Marshall house. Great location, except for being about 100 yards from a nightclub. I enjoyed my stay, and would stay there again.
4.3
Convenient to every thing we wanted to do.
