The receptionist, Michelle, was very helpful, cheerful, friendly and very professional. I arrived a little early and she did everything she could to accommodate me with a room. As an employer I know how difficult it is to find good employees, Michelle is one of those. She represents your business very nicely. She’s a keeper for sure.

They charged double!!! I reserved for my friend couple to stay. According to lobby front worker, she will cancel my reservation and give me a credit. Then she charged to my friend’s credit card.We just realized there are double charges, one to my Amex credit card and the other one to my friend’ credit card. We’re very upset about this and strongly asking for refund.

This was an amazing stay for my family of 5. The 2 queen beds with a pull out sofa made our stay enjoyable without having to purchase a 2nd room. The full suze refrigerator and and microwave saved us on eating out every meal as well as the excellent breakfast choices included with the stay.

There was a issue with my reservation from my reschedule from changes from to February, once everything was straightened out and I went back to the hotel the attendant said the card Expedia gave them had expired and asked to wait in the lobby, we waited in the lobby for 40 minutes then I asked her had everything been straightened out, she went back to the desk and came back with ours keys and said it wasn’t our fault and if she needed additional information she would call. We preceded to our room and everything has been fine

This hotel called me an hour prior to when I checked in to tell me they were over booked and ask if I still wanted the type of room I’d booked. When we did check in the room type was correct, but the smoke alarm was beeping and the bathroom was not fully clean. The guests staying above us ran, like elephants, non stop all night and all day and slammed the doors to the rooms and halls all night long. Employees either couldn’t or wouldn’t do anything about it. Don’t stay here. It’s newer but not cleaned well and employees don’t care.

I loved the location. This place is very clean and very nice. If you stay here make sure your room is in the top floor. If anyone is above the sound like a herd of cows.

We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, we enjoyed the outdoor firepit, and the breakfast was good. The only negative was the coffee tasted like water. I would stay there again.

This was one of the best properties we have stayed at. The room was super clean, staff was very friendly, and the area had all you could need. Definitely going to stay here again. The breakfast was the only thing that needs help. Not many options and it’s definitely a pre-heat breakfast, not fresh. I hardy ever eat hotel breakfast anyway so wasn’t a big deal for me. However, They did have oatmeal which is my go to.

Great area. Near Mall of Georgia with lots of restaurant choices. Overall room was clean. Small amount of mold around shower. Roaches (about 3-4) found around the sofa. To be fair, maybe they hitchhiked into room with our bags from Lake Lanier because we didn’t see them till the second day. Surprised to see roaches in a hotel that was otherwise well maintained and clean. Breakfast was terrible.

Was in town for the weekend with family from different states and had selected rooms side by side on the Honors app but when I checked in was told that room was not available. How does that room go from being available for me to select while checking in the day before to “I’m sorry but it’s not available” It really put a damper on an otherwise fabulous stay as we weren’t even on the same floor. The facility and staff exceeded our expectations … I just wish the app was more reliable
