I did not enjoy my stay. Originally, I was travelling with my youngest sister (17 years old). My middle sister surprised us on this trip. I tried to get a bigger room but they were fully booked online and it was too late to cancel. The three of us ended up sharing one bed and room which we prepared for since I was unable to upgrade. What surprised me was the host charged me an additional 120 euros plus the city tax with no extra amenities (not even a cot). This was the only hotel that gave us a hard time on our 12 day trip across Italy (Sorrento, Florence and Rome). Our other stays were very accommodating and allowed us to upgrade or just charged us the additional city tax. In addition, the bathroom shower was clogged our whole trip and the wifi barely worked. The location is okay, it’s a little hard to find but it’s located about 15 min to the centre and train station. I wouldn’t recommend this stay, no one is there to help you but they are watching you. Upon check out there is not a secure location to leave your bags if you need like other hotels. Honestly, the had horrible customer service.

Enjoyed my stay here. One thing to note that I missed when I booked is that the pool is not part of the building. It’s across at another hotel which you have to book in advance. If I had known that ahead of time I could have booked it during my stay but unfortunately wasn’t able to as it was booked solid for the days I was there.

All i have to say is 5 star all around. Perfect accommodation and host. Modern unit with all the amenities. Balcony is awesome to relax on after a day of beach, boating or walking around. Bed super comfortable. Perfect kitchenette. Host/property manger top notch, very responsive, and very detailed on all the instructions. I recommend and will be back!!!!

Stayed for 4 nights in June and we had an amazing time in Sorrento thanks to this beautiful hotel. Check-in was easy and fast just like our check-out. The room was very clean and the small kitchen was super convenient.. The location of the hotel is also great, easy to walk to the main train station. Would recommend for your next stay in Sorrento!

The apartment was excellent just 15 min walk from the train/bus station and just 5-6min from the heart of Sorrento. The bed was large and comfortable, shower hot and the kitchenette was great for preparing breakfastI wouldn’t hesitate recommending this apartment to anyone visiting Sorrento.

Nice, clean apartment, walking distance to bars restaurants and the train station. We stayed for 7 nights using the apartmnet as a base to explore the Amalfi coast, only downside is the balcony is over looked so not very private but all in all great value for money for waht we used the apartment for.

Extremely hard to find. There are multiple items in the description that are false or misleading. There is no luggage storage, no breakfast, sketchy elevator, no pool and no front desk. My boyfriend and I have allergies and they were acting up the entire stay, there is some scent throughout the whole building. The room looks like the pictures and it’s nice there is a kitchen. But it’s not a hotel, more like an air-b&b.

The location was great - we could easily walk to the city center within minutes. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable and prevented all of us from getting a good night's sleep. We asked for some mattress pads to provide some cushion from the springs and extreme firmness, but nothing was provided. Also, be warned there is no shower. There is a jet tub with a shower nozzle, but you have to sit in the tub and hold the nozzle above you if you want to shower - it is less than ideal after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

Room was a great size, even had a really nice balcony with furniture. Check in and out process was explained well. Somewhat hard to find as the hotel looks more like an apartment building and you have to walk through a parking lot to get to the entrance. Overall great location absolutely would stay again. Probably my favourite hotel we stayed at in our entire Italy trip!

Bathroom and ac don’t work. The “owner” doesn’t live close so if there’s an issue after 1130am - you have to wait until the next business day between 730-1130am as their is no front desk. You’re limited to 6 total towels - which they change every 3 days. Bad

We stayed here in April 2023. The location and apartment were very good. The business district is just a few blocks away. The apartment has a nice simple kitchen with a coffee machine, a large bathroom and a balcony. It was fairly easy to find using the email directions. I would add to the directions that the guesthouse sign is across the street (Via Parsano) from a laundromat, a wine by the liter store, a small grocery store and a school. And just before the street where the Hotel Leone is located. Self check-in was a series of passwords and buzzer. We would stay here again if we go to Sorrento.

The location was amazing, it was very convenient to the city center and all transportation. Felt very safe. There was mold around the tub and it did not drain well. The coffee maker and dishes were also dirty as well.

[9/15, 8:00 PM] Lurdiana Bohorquez: The experience we had today with this lodging is HORRIBLE, first, IT IS NOT A HOTEL, it is an old and dirty building that rents a room, nobody answers or attends to calls or messages, they gave instructions on Whatssap to obtain the keys and be able to enter and At no time was I able to obtain them, I called the WhatsApp number for more than 30 minutes and they never answered. In the end, I decided to leave and find another hotel and file a claim with the owner of the "Suite" with no hope of getting my money back.

Apartment is exceptionally clean, has decent AC, and larger bathroom. Has nice balcony to relax too. Kitchen is tiny but has most of the basics to reheat food and make some basics. Balcony overlooks a pool but it is for another hotel I think. There is a self check in process that requires a bit of extra attention with different codes, keys, elevators for entry the first time with instructions but then gets easier after to keep track. Overall, it was a great apartment for price and location.

Great apartment located really nice in an quiet area just outside the busy city center of Sorrentos old town area. The main shopping street is just 3-5 minutes walk away. About the apartment: what you see is what you get. Feels like a nice hotelroom but is more like an apartment with a fine simple kitchen and a good balcony. The bed is really nice and the shower as well. There is cleaning service every single day.

We found the rooms very clean, tidy and in great order. They were nicely decorated, airy and well managed. The property was ideally situated close to the railway station and to the centre of Sorrento. Having this as our base added to the enjoyment of our holiday. And leaving us some coffee was an added considerate touch. We'd have no hesitation staying there aagain or recommending it to our friends.

This hotel is located in a residential area which for us was great! There is a small market that we used and a laundry service close by. The room was spacious and so was the shower. Great bed and pillows. I would stay recommend and stay here again!

* Well located just a few minutes walk from the main street, Corso Italia and the city center. Around 10 minutes walk from the train station. * The room is nicely decorated and spacious. There's a kitchen corner with good coffee machine. The bathroom is also nice, but the toiletries could be better to match the level of niceness and quality of the room. Toiletries provided are in small sachets, not easy to use the soap and shampoo and not eco-friendly. Perhaps consider soap dispensers at the sink and in the shower? * There's a washing machine in the hallway which is convenient and useful for long trip. I noticed later that it's allowed to be used between 9:00-19:00 which is usually the time that people are outside exploring and wouldn't spend time doing laundry (when you are visiting/travelling). Yes, we should keep the noise down at night to not bother the neighbors, but wouldn't the limit at 22:00 be more reasonable?
