This was a very lovely stay! My husband and I were in town for the music festival, so our stay was six nights. There were nice little personal touches, like the TV would say "hello, Teona" and after cleaning our room (which was every other day unless requested), a little note would be left saying "we hope it has been cleaned to your satisfaction" with a signature from the person who took care of it that day. The bed was comfy, though the pillows were on the squishy side. Some more storage for clothes would have been nice since we were there for so long, but it was manageable. The bathroom was well lit, the shower roomy with decent pressure. The vent in our bathroom didn't work, and the room smelled a little mildew-y, probably because of the air conditioner, but we didn't bring it to anyone's attention since we really only slept and showered there. Breakfast was from 0630- 0930 during the week and 0600- 1000 on the weekends. There were waffles with plain and flavored batter. Scrambled eggs which tasted better than the usual box eggs you see at hotels/schools, though the same consistency. Some days there were sausages, other mini quiches. Then your had oatmeal + toppings, juices, coffee/tea, fresh fruit, bagels. We didn't use the pool or workout room (though it was mainly treadmills). There was a great view of Louisville when you looked out from the parking, and the staff was wonderfully at every interaction. I would stay again!

From check-in with Josh onward, our stay was smooth and comfortable and nice. Josh was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, hospitable, and efficient. That set the tone for our one-night stay. Very pleasant with a cool view from our very clean room overlooking Louisville to the east.

This was a beautiful hotel with a wonderful complimentary breakfast! We checked in late and out early due to a medical procedure following day. The beds were VERY COMFORTABLE!!! WISH we could have stayed longer to enjoy it!!! 24-hour coffee and gym!!! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!!! 10/10 recommend!

This was a very cool hotel in that it was up on a hill and you have a great view of the Ohio river and Louisville. Clean and comfortable, and great service. It is also kind of off by itself, so you feel very safe

Hotels.com didn't inform the chosen hotel of my reservation. Kudos to Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott 108 Daisy Summit, New Albany, IN 47150 for resolving a room for me after they cross referenced my Hotels.com original receipt. Had there not been a room available, I could have been OUT OF LUCK. Thank you Fairfield for helping me realize some 3rd party sources are questionable. Now a confirmed location only customer.

Clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the walls were thin, the people next door were banging and talking late into the night and we were there for our son’s sporting event and need to get up early the next morning.

My husband and I stayed here overnight coming back from the casino. Wonderful overnight stay!! The facility is easy to find, fairly new with modern furnishings and EXTREMELY clean. The staff were super friendly and eager to help at check-in and at breakfast. The bed was so comfy that we didn’t want to get out of it the next morning. The breakfast area is a clean, open space and has an abundance of table seating. Breakfast was a variety of cold cereals, hot oats with toppings, yogurts, assorted fruits, waffles, eggs & sausage. Plenty of HOT coffee! We will be staying here again and recommending to our friends and family.
