Amazing stay! Great location. About 20 minutes from Downtown Savannah which is great. This hotel is located in the middle of a large shopping and dining area.

When I arrived the front desk area was dark and there was no body there. I rang the bell, nothing. I looked around and outside, no one to be found. I went in rang the bell, nothing. After several minutes, I rang the bell repeatedly, the young lady came out of the back room, frustrated saying she was working on an email.

First off, couldn’t get into hotel to check in without a key. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean but air conditioning didn’t work correctly. They should not advertise breakfast. When we went down. No coffee was made. No hot water for oatmeal. We just left.

At breakfast there were no coffee cups and the yogurt cabinet was locked. The front desk did not open it for me. The air conditioner was loud and disturbing. It woke me up many times during the night.

The breakfast was a disappointment - “Grab and Go” - hard boiled eggs, yogurt and granola bar. I specifically chose a place that included breakfast so I don’t have to drive the kids to another stop before getting on the road. Otherwise, everything was what is to be expected.

Everything about the room and service were good, unfortunately, some other people staying don’t know how to clean up after themselves outside. This is disheartening that they expect hotel employees to pick up their beer cans, some of which were stuck in a tree in the courtyard.

We normally stay at another property around the corner but price and reviews swayed me this time. Our front desk person was friendly and efficient but her uniform had holes in it. Bad first impression, company should provide shirts for staff. Check in was quick and we went to our room. We opened the door and the room reaked of bleach. The rom looked clean, the bathroom looked clean but the smell was headache producing. There are many nonscentrd products on the market, use one please. The room was good size with a small kitchen. The bed was comfy and we had a good night sleep. We checked out before breakfast but watch the coffee. It was so hot my tongue is still sore. All in all I might try it again but little details make a huge difference.

This is a no frills, well designed, clean hotel. We stay in Pooler one night several times a year. Would definitely return to this hotel. The rooms are not stocked with the usuals other than basics. The front desk, however, offers what you may need. They do not have a large breakfast bar. It's grab and go. I believe hotels like this can keep costs lower, avoid much waste as well as people not walking off with whatever's not nailed down.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The words Premier Suites are a bit of stretch. The rooms should have been supplied before hand with all the kitchen necessities. The ice machine on the first floor was not working and never got fixed while we were there (3 nights). For 2 quests in a room there should have been a couch or loveseat so sitting could be a comfortable experience. Also an extra chair so 2 people could sit at the table and eat.

We slept ok, but geared more for construction workers. Building needed a good cleaning. We walked in our room with hardwood floors and our shoes were sticking to the floor… made awful noise walking on it!! We will find another place to stay next time we are passing through.

The location of the hotel is good, however the hotel room lobby’s looks quite dirty.. the carpet looks stained and could take an upgrade. Our room’s AC wasn’t working with the outside temp of 88 degrees. The staff did try to help by checking the unit and offered a new room but it came at a cost of inconvenience. Liked plenty of parking and clean water and ice machine in the lobby.

Well that no one came to clean the rooms we were there for three days, they said after seven days they come in then I left a couple dresses in the closet and I called back three or four days later, and they were supposed to get back to me and nobody ever did.

This was a bare bones hotel but nice and clean. It had all the amities but you have to ask for them which we did and they provided them. It was a new approach I guess and it was ok.

Great location next to outlet mall, safe walk to return to hotel from outlet mall after dark. Room in good shape Clean and Comfortable. The person above me was noisy not the property's fault. Breakfast was subpar in comparison to other chains in the same price range.
