This hotel is right next to beautiful new homes. There is a market next door within walking distance. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite, professional and nice.

Great spot and very clean and friendly.

I have stayed there before, always nice, staff is friendly and the room is clean. My only issue was the bsthroom floor and especially the shower floor once they got wet, they were very slippery. The shower should have some kind of skip resistant flooring because once cleaned with detergent it was slippery, i almost fell twice in the shower.

Hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly. No complaints. This is a great stop on the way to the DC area.

I was booked for a handicap room even though I did not book that. The front desk worker fixed it. Otherwise, all was smooth.

Amazing! Very serene and clean. Has lots of things right by it (same complex)- gas station, grocery store, fast food chains and a liquor store ;) The breakfast is GREAT and the staff is very helpful.

Beautiful scenery

Awesome Holiday Inn! Staff was great and accommodating after riding the C&O Trail. Very clean hotel! Only downside is very limited dining options near the hotel.

Hotel was great. 10-12 minutes away from Harper's Ferry. On a Sunday morning it was an hour drive into DC. Staff was kind, room was a decent size and clean. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if I was in the area. Breakfast was fairly standard for a free hotel breakfast. That's about the only improvement I would suggest.

The staff was terrific. Breakfast fresh made & delicious. Pancakes made before my eyes. Would def go back when in the area.

I would have given them a perfect rating but the lady that was in charge of the breakfast yelled at my wife because she asked if there was any bacon other than her the staff was wonderful.

Place seems to be well kept. There was a lot of hair on the floor under the sink but overall room was clean, maintained and comfortable.

Very clean property that is located in a good location with proximity to Vineyards, Harper’s ferry and restaurants. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom was also very clean. Front desk staff were friendly who immediately accommodated our early check-in request. We went to Breaux Vineyard and in the evening went to a nearby Mexican restaurant Adele’s Texmex. Absolutely loved the veggie fajitas and chimichangas. Food was fresh, healthy and very tasty! Today we plan to go on a hike at Harper’s ferry! Would definitely book this hotel again!

When I booked this hotel, I thought it was 15 minutes from Harpers Ferry, but my GPS said otherwise. In a mild panic, I called to try and determine if I had accidentally booked the wrong hotel. I am pleased to say that if I had spoken to probably anyone else I might have canceled right then. Your hotel is extremely fortunate to have Sue as an evening hostess. She not only was able to reassure me that I had not booked the wrong hotel, but there was road construction which accounted for the rerouting delay. Then she went above and beyond to assist me with an early check in and arranged for a first floor room. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and checking in was a breeze. We asked about a local restaurant for dinner and again the Mexican restaurant she recommended was fantastic and the food yummy. When we returned each evening we were warmly greeted and we chatted about what to see and do the following day. We will definitely return, this hotel is convenient to many of the historical venues located in close proximity. Sue was definitely one of highlights of our trip.
