This is a beautiful little boutique hotel in the centre of old town Chiang Mai there are literally dozens of great restaurants, temples and great spas within a few minutes walk
The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful
We loved our stay here!

The service here is warm and welcoming. I enjoyed my three days exploring and this was a good Old Town base location. I would stay here again.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The rooms are beautifully designed, combining elegant decor with high-end amenities, and they were spotlessly clean. The comfortable beds and peaceful ambiance made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city.
The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Chiang Mai's famous temples, night markets, and local restaurants. Despite being so central, the property maintains a tranquil atmosphere, providing a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Close to shopping and restaurants. Super safe since its by a school. Not sure how they keep the hotel so clean but its spotless. So many massage places. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We were given a room upgrade at our arrival without requesting it. Very good location to visit the temples in old town.

It was a small room and somehow really elegant. And of course the staff was just so pleasant

The room was very pretty and spacious. The pool was nice, and it was fun to be able to order drinks and food at the pool. The restaurant had a nice happy hour, and the location was very good.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's located in an old town, which is very convenient. All of the staff members are friendly and hospitable. Returning to the hotel always made me feel great because the staff always greeted me with big smiles. I highly recommend this hotel. If I can visit again, I will definitely stay here. The price is also a good bargain.

Great location for tour pickup and night markets. Clean hotel. Friendly staff.

Gorgeous hotel with an amazing staff. There’s a little construction happening outside their front lobby which had zero effect on our stay.
Rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was remarkable.
Would stay again and highly recommend!

It was awesome…
The only thing was that the pool was cooled… which made it hard to get into…

We recently stayed at the T Heritage hotel in Chiang Mai for 5 nights. The king suite room was spacious and well appointed. Large modern bathroom was clean, bed was very comfortable. The location was close enough to walk to all sites within the Old City walls. Lots of dining options, massage and typical shops close by. We felt very safe walking around day or night. We did not eat on site but chose to try the neighborhood restaurants instead. Check in and check out was simple and efficient. Neighborhood noise at night was a non issue. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved this property! The room was big, comfy bed, and fantastic shower!! Nice balcony too. The hotel is next door to a massage place - really great to pop by there, if not there are restaurants down the street and a 7/11 is less than a 5min walk away. We loved the location!! The only downside is the hotel currently has construction going on outside - not their fault - they did a great job telling us, but the noise was a bit of a pain. Also there is a monastery across the street and the monks ding a gong every morning at 5am and do some chants. If you're a light sleeper, it may annoy you. We didn't mind it but wanted to mention as it may be a dealbreaker for you. Overall, we loved the property & our room so much!!! We will be back!

Location inside the walls was great making everything very walkable.
The swimming pool was a great reward after a day of exploring.

The staff was really helpful. They assisted in giving information and booking, that saved us a lot of time, especially we arrived late in the evening and didn't quite know the thai language.

Great old world vs modern technology ambiance. Clean and the staff was very attentive. Comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. The only complaint was the sound of the poo pump running all day and night.

This was my second time staying at T Heritage in the executive room. This room type is spacious with shower and a tub and has beautiful decor. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The hotel is only a 5-minute walk to the Sunday night market. Highly recommended for this room type and I would stay here again.

The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance from EVETYTHING, Scooter rentals are 7 minute walk from the hotel, Massages everywhere, food options right around the corner.. however it is the staff and management that makes this hotel amazing.
The hotel is Clean, well organized and professional, it shows with the attention to the details. the rooms are well kept, the AC is cold and water pressure is fantastic,

After some logistical ups and downs, my mom and I were so relieved to find T Heritage Hotel. It was such a beautiful, welcoming oasis! The staff were extremely kind and helpful, the restaurant food was very good (especially the spicy seared tuna appetizer and sugar-free mango smoothie), and the room was bright and beautiful in a modern Thai style. The bed was amazing too - firm and even, but with a slightly softer topper - combined with the blackout curtains, it was the best night’s sleep we’ve had in Thailand. I only wish we’d stayed here for our whole vacation!

This hotel had the most comfortable bed we had slept on during our trip to S.E. Asia. Every morning we started with a great fresh breakfast. It is an easy walk to temples (one under our bedroom balcony!). It was an easy walk to shopping, markets, restaurant's. (i think first day we walked in a large random block (around a 2 mile walk) Lots of great local shops and art stores (not to mention eating choices), with a bit of a drive you can get to elephant sanctuary's, mountain top pagodas waterfalls and day hikes. Bottom line great place, access to everything, some by tuk tuk others by foot. (it was around 150 baht ($5) for a tuk tuk trip to the night market) Any bigger trips use a drive or via car or bus. (or motorcycle/scooter) if you feel adventurous..
Bottom line this is a very comfortable hotel with easy access to anything you would want to do around chanig mai.
