This was a very bad stay. I arrived at 11AM and the room was not available until 4PM!!! Very poor performance from the staff!
Breakfast was really bad and the room was not pleasant with black walls and very dark.
And!!! DONT park intheir garage!! Extremely narrow and only one way out and no way to turn your car around. Who the h-ll designed that garage???

Parking in the centre of Aarhus is worth a lot - rather tight space to get in and out if you have a larger car. Brilliant view of town hall and surrounding streets from corner balcony on upper floors. An easy stroll to the main sights and lots of restaurants

the staff is nice and helpful, we like the table tennis table there!

Pretty cool little hotel with some unusual (in a good way) approach.
Friendly staff, nice room good breakfast. Parking a larger car might be a challenge for an inexperienced driver.

The staff helped me upgrade my room so I had a bathtub to soak my foot since I have an injured foot.

Convenient, clean, good breakfast. Exactly as described.

No charm in the hotel, seemed like a concrete wannabe cool place with some gaming areas. But felt it is more an old hotel with some cheap design features to make it look hip. But room was unpersonal and lacked charm and furniture, lightning was terrible, no minibar, no amenities, no room service, I might as well lived in a cheaper hotel because the value for money was not there.

The hotel is perfectly nice, not in especially good condition but not completely destroyed either. Room was comfortable and clean. Parking was an extra 295kr per night, which seemed expensive. Like so many hotels these days, the bedroom was continuously lit at night by the air conditioning units permanently lit backlight. I guess these days this has become some kind of insurance measure but it’s not good if you like to sleep in darkness. Overall, the place was fine but I am pretty confident that you could find an equally good hotel for considerably less money in Aarhus. The staff were great but I don’t think they’ll be enough to lure me back again at the current price.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are really no frills but clean and spacious. Had one facing the street which was a little louder but manageable. Walls are soundproof.
Breakfast was very good, they had a gluten-free section with a different toaster separated to prevent cross-contamination which I loved. Was very yummie.
If you arrive by car, don’t use their super narrow hotel underground parking garage unless you want to leave with scratches and bumps. I drove a small SUV and it was IMPOSSIBLE to get to P2 (which staff and lots of colours on the walls confirmed). There are other ground-level options nearby.

This is a comfortable and quiet hotel. Took a while for the heat to kick in, but after 12 hours, it did. : ) The Christmas market is right across the street, and the museum is also close. You will want to visit this museum! It also has a cafe where you can relax. Hotel has a nice breakfast area and open area where you can meet up and relax.

The hotel was extremely clean, lobby was modern and chic. The staff were all amazing! I didn’t get his name but The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was very nice, he took his time to give us information regarding the hotel and answered all our questions! Laura made our hotel bar experience memorable by being a great bartender and such a kind host! She took her time answering all questions and giving us great activity recommendations making our stay so much more enjoyable and eventful!
Kat was very kind as well, giving us recommendations, and answering all of our reservation questions including catching the bus back to the airport which was so helpful or I’d be so lost! The housekeeping was wonderful! The details of the hotel were were magnificent, from the rooms small red heart chocolates upon arrival, to the water choices at the bar, and the biscuits at the front desk to show it’s the details that tie it all together!
The hospitality this staff showed us has been unmatched and has by far been the best hotel experience we’ve had, showing us so much kindness, and how Aarhus really lives up to “the city of smiles” saying, they were all around so welcoming! Thank you!

The hotel is lovely and the service is great! The location is very convenient to seeing the city for tourists. My only issue was our room was over a grocery store and for the two nights we stayed there, the store had deliveries done with very loud trucks. This is not the hotels fault, however upon arrival we were offered a room with a view of the city instead of our booked room which overlooked the atrium. If we had kept the atrium view we probably wouldn't have heard the trucks.

Lovely hotell, newly renovated, friendly staff. In the city of aarhus and you can walk anywhere.

We were told breakfast was included in the stay, when we checked in we had to pay extra for the breakfast, this should be made clear at time of booking. The room deco was truly ugly, vessel sink in bathroom limited space for travelers own toiletries. Coffee pot had no instructions, could not make Coffee. No cream for coffee at breakfast.

It was a nice room but very noisy until late at night as they had a party organized in the common area.

The front desk lady was super friendly and told us some of the spots that we can go visit and they're almost just walking distance away.
Spacious room, strong hair blow dryer, got a mini bar. You can also ask for slippers if needed.

Friendly and helpful staff. Prime location. 4 stars and not 5 simply because of the interior design aesthetic.

It is a very modern hotel on a perfect location. It is on walking distance of the train station as well as close to the city centrum. The room I had was very spacious and very clean.
On top of this, the crew is very friendly, young (in a positive way) and enthusiastic. It was a pleasure staying in the hotel.

We had 1 night stay here in a double room with a king sized bed, which was comfortable...as were the pillows. It had everything we needed: the room was spacious & clean, and the location central to everything. It was helpful that it had parking as well. The staff were friendly and helpful - a special shoutout to Luka. We would recommend this hotel. Loved the decor to this hotel with the red & black theme - it was nice for a change.

Lovely hotel, and the food at the restaurant was really, really good... not a complex menu, but what I had was excellent both nights after a long day's work.

We had book month ago and we booked a junior suite INCLUDING bathtub - we called 2 weeks before the stay to make sure there was a bath tub due to my hosbonds bag. When we arrivede no bathtub and no city view (only to an aldi store) - 3 hous after us our frinds arrived they get a bathtub (they havent asked for it)

Hotel has nice design, comfortable beds; very nice staff; but many features are not thought through properly: one small elevator for entire hotel; when taking the stairs instead one needs to manually switch on the light to not walk int he darf; cups too big for coffee machine at the room; soap and shampoo packages too big for place in shower; seating for breakfast in dark bar, while place near windows is use for billiard table. Unfortunately we also did not get the room we booked (room had no terrace although room description indicated so). Groundfloor of the hotel is a supermarket; but turning left you enter the shopping district with many bars and people sitting outside when the weather is nice, turning right there is ankle park and the art museum. So good location overall.
