I was very happy with my room, the staff was nice. And it is in the center of everything.

Overall was good but the room didn't have enough isolation from noise in the aisle.
PERFECT LOCATION.
Good for short stays

Location was excellent. The room did not have a refrigerator or a safe. The rest of the facilities were good in this good size room with a balcony. The Hotel is located, attached to, a brothel. There were always two or three prostitutes right outside the front door. They would make eye contact with you but did not make you feel too uncomfortable.

This property is in the heart of Madrid yet it is not clean at all and we noticed bed bugs as soon as we laid in bed. There were also some bugs in the bathroom and the sheets had not been changed. There were hairs and small dust from probably the previous stays.

This hotel really exceeded our expectations. We mostly booked it because it is right next to the Gran Via metro stop, but we ended up loving it not only for the convenience, but also the comfort. The room was the perfect size, and it had everything we needed for our stay (although there was no mini fridge, we simply kept some leftovers on the enclosed balcony overnight, which worked well). The staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable, and there was a water fountain in the hallway to refill our water bottle. I would highly recommend this accommodation!

The property is centrally located, clean, and I loved my terrace. Future visitors, know that there is now an elevator. A previous review stated that there was no elevator, so I kept thinking that I was in the wrong place. Great price and very comfortable bed.

I like the area, it was fairly quiet, close to everything - the metro, gran via is just right there. Everything is walkable. The staff was so friendly. Apparently, I left my stuffs in my room, I called the manager, and she found it. So I came to pick it up few days after that, everything was there. I was thankful for the honesty of the staff there. I recommend this hotel.
Thanks!

this is a budget hotel that takes up one floor of a very old building right off the Gran Via/Puerto de sol. Nothing fancy here, but the bed was comfortable and folks were nice. Our room was large, but our windows opened to an air shaft and made us feel shut in. Other rooms have balconies that open to the street, but they are small. If you were ever a backpacker, this place will feel very familiar and homey. Not for anybody looking for upscale. I liked it.

Good position for walking and sightseeing anywhere in the city center.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room.
But extremely noisy and extremely small, very difficult to navigate. The call girls/prostitution on the street near the entrance may put some people off.
We paid an exorbitant price for a this scarse room. Check your dates and price options carefully for steep ups and downs in general before booking a hotel in Madrid. And well in advance to your stay in busier seasons

I really liked everything about this place. It was clean, convenient, the AC worked perfectly, my bed was comfortable, my room was very cozy. The balcony was not that big but I didn't mind as I spent most of the time walking. Great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location a few steps away from Gran Via metro station! Easy to find, and super nice service. My room was very clean and comfortable. There was no noise from the street, but the only minus was no soundproofing to other rooms or the reception just next to my room.

The room was super small.
The toilet was clean but made noise and it doesn’t flash well. The shower water flow was weak.
The towels felt over used not fun to use.
