It is a great hotel. We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. Location is excellent, great breakfast, very nice rooms. The most important and difference with other hotels is the personal attention by the Manager. She is exceptionally nice and attentive, has all the tips and recommendations and for many places she walks with you (short walk) to show you or recommend the places. Really enjoyed being at this boutique hotel!!!!

We had a great evening at Casa Scaligeri. The location is excellent for a short stay in Sirmione with everything walkable. The room was excellent - very quiet (despite being in a very busy area) and with all amenities. Of particular note was the great help we received with recommendations on what to do and where to eat and general helpfulness to facilitate an early check out with breakfast ready to go. Highly recommended to visit.

We had a remarkable stay here, beyond the week appointed excellent accommodations at the best physical location in Sirmione (just past the castle, after where you can't really drive anymore anyway! Made for a much shorter walk with luggage than others who stayed further down the peninsula), the service and integration of private transportation (from train station private vans, to navigating time tables for the ferry station!) and recommendations and staff calling restaurants to make reservations for us was above and beyond (Tanina is AMAZING and I still can't believe she doesn't own the hotel, she took such pride and ownership over providing an exceptional experience!). As an American and gay couple discovering Lake Garda for the first time, we felt very, very welcomed. Thank you so much for the memorable, and truly remarkable, stay!

My husband and I had an amazing stay here. The concierge gave us spot on advice and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The location was ideal for sightseeing and getting the best gelato. The breakfast was also phenomenal. Highly recommend!!

This resort area is a bit inaccessible - that's where the SERVICE comes in. Tanina has the ability to make you feel like you are staying with your family. The communication is just right - every question is anticipated and answered almost before you know to ask! How do we visit other towns on Lake Garda? Where can we find the best gelato? What about a restaurant for a romantic dinner? We want to explore on foot - what path do you recommend. Tanina has you covered, like a mama but with the utmost respect. We ate great food, discovered Bardolino and did some shopping, saw the historical sights and even caught a local church choir practicing through a street-level open window! If you stay at this property, you will literally have no worries. A fabulous breakfast around the corner is included daily. Tanina will give you a map and the inside scoop on everything. Our only suggestion for improvement is to do the repairs for the damages caused by a previous guest in suite 202 and to dispense with the chemical "air fresheners" which are toxic. The air God has created is superior!

This hotel was phenomenal! From the moment we arrived we felt extremely welcomed by the front desk staff. Parking off site was easy and the shuttle in was quick and easy. The room was wonderfully air conditioned and modern but in a very old building (I think 1500s). Walking distance to countless restaurants - but take the staff’s recommendation because we didn’t one night and it was a dud. Breakfast was unbelievably good and the service was outstanding. The free beach chairs down at Jamaica Beach were a nice touch. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!! Don’t hesitate to book!

We had an amazing 2-night stay during our honeymoon. The hotel is centrally located in Sirmione, and the car shuttle from the parking lot was incredibly convenient. The rooms are modern, clean, and very spacious. We received amazing service and were so appreciative of the restaurant recommendations, as well as how to space out our itinerary items. Highly recommend!

As our first time in Sirmione we had an absolutely fabulous time! Lake Garda is highly recommended over Lake Como and Hotel Scaligeri was top notch! The concierge walked us to every restaurant to make sure we had the best service. Room was quaint, clean and quiet. Shooing, boat rides and food are all right outside the door. I’d highly recommend this hotel to friends and would stay there again longer for sure.

The hotel is a small nice lovley hotel. The room was very clean with comfort beds. The staff was extreamly helpful and gave us restaurang recommendations. The breakfast was excellent and we got lots of service like free parking, drinks from the minibar etc. I can really recommend this hotel.

Our receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful and gave us recommendations for lunch and dinner. She was also able to book reservations for us which was so great. The room was ready for us earlier than the stated check-in and there was plenty of complimentary items for us to use.

What a gem! Plus the area around the place is astonishingly gorgeous and interesting. It sits on a peninsula (actually an island at the end of the peninsula) which you get to be crossing the bridge over water to the castle complex! Great hosts as well.

It is a beautiful boutique hotel, well located and after a nice 15 min walking they have private access to chairs at the beach. It is important to know that if you are driving it could be complicated to find the parking and if you don’t want to walk with your bags, you have to let them know in advance the time for arriving and leaving. But you will enjoy this place !

Casa Scaligeri is right in the middle of the heart of lovely Sirmione, near the castle and port for boat rides. The helpful woman at the front desk (Tanina?). Took care of all our needs. She had great recommendations and gave good instructions on how to park and get the shuttle to the hotel.

Wonderful stay. Tanina was super helpful and informative. First class service. The room was clean and updated. Centrally located in Sirmione for a walk to anywhere. A minute walk to the lake ferry to visit any other stop along the lake. The complimentary breakfast at their restaurant was fabulous. Our room was above the walkway arch so be prepared for some noise well into the evening which was not a problem after midnight. Property is not car friendly and does not have parking nearby but taxi drop off is not a problem since the they have their own transport van. We would highly recommend Casa Scaligeri

This little hotel in the old, historic district of Sirmione has very well designed, modern rooms. There is a delicious breakfast served in their restaurant a stone’s throw away. Tanina, the lovely concierge, goes out of her way to show you where to go for anything you might want whether it is the best gelato, bruschetta or handmade pasta. She organized our boat trip on the lake and made sure that we had everything we wanted. We had to make an early departure and she organized the hotel van to get us back to the parking lot. The air conditioning system is obviously top drawer and could be finely tuned. This is not always the case with European hotels, especially early in the season. It was one of the many things we appreciated about this very well run establishment.

A lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of Sirmione old town. The service was amazing. The manageress was extremely helpful, going far above and beyond our expectations. We've stayed at hundreds of hotels but as far as service goes, this was amongst the very best. A jewel! Highly recommended.

It was wonderful! We were warmly welcomed and given recommendations for things to do and places to go, as well as a reservation made for dinner. The lady who was on the front desk was absolutely amazing and SO good at her job! A wonderful hotel, would definitely stay again!

If you are looking for a great hotel experience in Sirmione, this is the place to stay! It's a hidden gem that punches way above their weight class. I've never had a hotel experience like this before. Our host went out of her way in helping us with restaurant and tour recommendations. The included breakfast was top notch and overwhelming in its quantity and quality. Service was very attentive and I felt like a regular even though I was only there for a few days.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! The owner was beyond accommodating after a mix up with an Expedia booking and went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Right in the heart of downtown Sirmione but very modern and clean rooms. If you’re looking for a hotel in this beautiful town, look no further.
