There was no one working there. Couldn’t get toilet paper that had run out. No one at the front desk? Minimal service concept. Very cold and sterile. Metal and concrete. Would not recommend

The view was great. But I wish there was a full body mirror and better shower.

The room itself was gorgeous and had a great view. But everything outside the room felt a little rundown. There was a huge meeting/kitchen space for guests, but it didn’t even have a coffee maker. Just a jar of instant coffee next to a microwave. They use some kind of concierge-less check in with an app. It’s convenient, but that means the only staff member is the bartender. He was phenomenal but overworked. I guess just lower expectations and think of it as a hotel with Air BnB service (not much).

I stayed in the Bluebird suite facing west and adjacent to the community kitchen and outdoor patio. The room was clean and the sunset was beautiful. It was nice to be able to smoke on the patio. It was a weekday so it was also quiet.
3.8
Thin walls, room felt like a cubicle, and definitely was expecting something nicer. Asked to use a microwave to heat food and was directed to a gas station. Asked for a fork and directed to order on the app.

Blue Bird room was fabulous!
3.8
Very modern and cool property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Lounge area is very spacious with a beautiful view on the balcony. Everyone was very welcoming and so nice. Fort Worth people are friendlier than Dallas people for sure.
3.8
Retro look but walls are very thin and we could hear what was going on in rooms around us. So we presumed they could also hear us.
3.8
community balcony was nice and large
great location

When we arrived the room we book was dirty and not clean. Spoke with manager thye put us in nother toom much smaller. Unfortunately we could hear the conversation that wss being had in the room beside us. That was when we informed the manage due to the inconvenience and putting us in a room that was no where near the room we wanted. Also it advertised tha the original room had a balcony. There was no balcony access in room and it was a common balcony. To many other things to list. Manager said he would issue us a refund.

There was no concierge only bartender could help you parking is 27$ a day for PARKING LOT no cover no nothing just robbery

We had the best stay in the Bluebird Suite! It felt like we were sleeping an art museum at sunset it was so beautiful! We stayed on a Friday night and ran into no one other than a kind staff member. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Absolutely incredible view and walking distance to so many awesome dining and night life spots. Would stay again!

I was supposed to get free parking but got a ticket

You feel like you are sleeping in an echo chamber. It is so incredibly loud. Walls are paper thin and you hear people walking and talking on the streets because the building has incredibly poor insulation and the glasses are single-layered to where it blocks no sound at all.
3.8
A great boutique hotel! A huge bang for the buck. We got quite a bit of "room" for the dollar. We will definitely return.
3.8
Bed, bathroom ammenties and room amenities could be much better. Not impressed.
3.8
Definitely a downtown feeling with building crammed together.
3.8
Very contemporary decor. A little noisy. Bed gave me a backache.
Parking was included...but not. We scheduled for two days but you must register for parking each day you stay there separately. We missed that on the second day and were greeted by a $68 ticket the morning we checked out.
3.8
Great accommodations. Quite easy to get to. Fast check in and good bed.
3.8
Interesting concept but we lived it! Rooms are huge and accommodating. Great location near medical facilities and lots of restaurants
3.8
Shower head didn’t work or does not work properly.
3.8
Miserable night in a beautiful room.
Pros - comfortable bed
Cons -
*Self service hotel that can only be accessed through an app.
*No one on site to help with check in.
*Room is accessed through an app. If you lose or misplace your phone you cannot get into the room.ssssssssssssss
*The door did not close easily which I found out when the property manager came into my room without knocking to tell me that the door was not closed.
*Last night the person in the next room was talking so loud it woke me up at 2AM. She went on until 3A. No one to call and complain to because there is no one there.

RN needed close accommodations to the hospital on a snow day…room too futuristic and not comfortable at all. Felt as cold as the air outside. Also NO EMPLOYEES in sight, restaurant closed, luckily some eating options close by.
3.8
Information about self check in & no front desk should be included in description on hotels.com. Bathroom was not clean, person that provided assistance seemed bothered as soon as we walked in. Light in the room kept turning on most of the night

Shelton was the best thing about the property. He was so friendly, helpful and responsive. Couldn't have asked for better service. I would have appreciated being better informed about how the property would work, such as access, on a Sunday when the bar was closed.
3.8
Very friendly staff, the bar has great vibes, overall good aesthetics

Great modern hotel.

Customer service was impeccable!

Love this place

No chair in the room to sit on so had to use the bed to eat our meal on. Thin walls could hear the next room over conversation. If you like sterile room with no personality it’s perfect. Liked the easy check in and no keys all through app. Parking was not easy to find due to the neighboring businesses.

The guy dow stars was nice but before coming to the hotel I call like 10 times and nobody answered. Poor customer attention. The hotel is okay. But I thought that it is going to be better, but no that bad. Doesn’t have window is more like a jail.
3.8
Could not figure out how to use the TV. So I needed to know my Google password to sign-in?? Come on. That was my major beef. It did appear that my neighbor gained access as I could hear their TV at 1am.
The common room and outdoor balcony were the best part of the space (the TV out there was working!). I also appreciated the free parking right at the front door VERY much. Also thought it odd that they offer a single tampon in the bathroom -- I've never seen that in any hotel anywhere. Also the single use toothpaste, but no toothbrush. And a pencil, but no writing pad -- so strange -- were they missing some things? Otherwise, the hotel was very nice, love the industrial design and original art in the room. Also loved that there was someone there to open the front door for me and show me to the elevator. I stayed on a Monday night so the rate was super excellent.

If you want to just show and book a room from a person, this is not for you. It is a staffless hotel and even calling the phone number listed,I never was able to speak with someone. The motel was clean but walls are paper thin!

Clean.... All electronic was a bit confusing...

Arrived on a quite cold night for texas! Room was so cold. There isn't actual staff they just give you codes to get in. Heat was set on 72 but it was reading 68. i was not going to stay in the room if the heat didn't work. I was offered to switch rooms or get a refund. I decided to just get a refund. Followed up the following week since still no refund. Followed up today and he finally processed the refund after being soooo freaking rude! I absolutley do not recommend based not only on customer service but honestly the room was pretty bad. And the lobby was gross
3.8
Lack of present hotel staff was different

Very modern hotel. Lovely floor to ceiling glass overlooking the city. The only thing they need to improve is the climate control. Way to warm with the afternoon sun & cool in the mornings. Would not cool or heat as needed.

I really wanted to enjoy this place but the pictures online were a little misleading. The parking lot was pretty trashed, stains and chip crumbs on the carpet in the elevator foyer, the common area was not stocked with drinks and snacks like the web description stated.
Our biggest issues was feeling comfortable in the room. The first room we were put into didn’t have a working heater and there was plenty of fiddling with the thermostat and some back and forth with the oncall staff. Just a huge annoyance to be cold and not get to enjoy the stay. The second room we were put in the HVAC system was set to cool and reading at 68 degrees when we walked in. My wife was cold and I was tired of messing with the thermostat and texting back and forth with staff so we left to find warmth. When we returned the heat finally was working but it was late then and we just sleep.
I feel the experience was no better than a Motel 6 at twice the cost. Things I’d suggest get fixed,
1. Get a porter to keep a clean parking lot and lobby
2. Have the thermostat set on automatic and a set temp of 71 or so.

Conveniently located near West Magnolia bars, restaurants and night life. Very easy self-checkin
