Ideal when you have a long layover between flights.

Very clean and quiet very friendly staff

I recently stayed at the Sleep 'n Fly Sleep Lounge, to catch a cat nap during an overnight layover. The space I ended up with was about the size of an Emirates Air business-class seat. It was comfortable enough to rest for about five hours before my next flight. As the booking stated, they did not provide a bathroom; thus, washing up and brushing my teeth in the public bathroom wearing my pajamas was a bit awkward. Given how busy the DXB airport is, even in the middle of the night, it helped to have a quiet place to rest, away from the hustle and bustle of the terminal. Both attendants, Alex and Robyn were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I was satisfied with my choice, for which I paid about $120. However, for a longer layover, you may want to consider some more comfortable choices, either at the airport or nearby.

Room was good and very quiet. Stayed there 10 hours. There is room for you to keep luggage and stuff.
3.4
It was very compact for 2 people but quiet and comfortable once lying down. The directions for finding it could have been a lot better eg follow the signs for "Connections" until you go through security and then find gate C13. It was a very long walk. Also, there are no bathrooms in the facility. You have to go out to the public toilets. Overall good but quite expensive for what it is.
3.4
Short stay due to long stop at airport. Room was fine for a short sleepover. A bit noisy but would recommend for a few hours if you wish to sleep
3.4
Quiet except for crying baby
3.4
A little expensive for the size and lack of washrooms but clean
3.4
It was hard to find the reception. It would be much easier if there were clear directions next to which gate the lounge is located
3.4
took 1.30 h to get to the pod landing in the same terminal. no shower facility available at the pod.
3.4
Nice

Slept like a log for 9 hours. Very happy.

Good

The pod was clean but cramped for the price charged. Also, currently Sleep n Fly in Dubai does not have its own communal bathrooms and showers like you find at Changi airport in Singapore. It should have them. I am not likely to use them again.

The place is a little hard to find, and to make matters more confusing, the reception is on another level, away from the rooms/cabins.
The rooms are VERY small, which is to be expected, but so are the comforters, which is weird and made our stay less comfortable.
Biggest minus by far though is that there are no toilets in the hotel, so you have to go all the way out into the airport and use the public restrooms. It’s a little uncomfortable brushing your teeth next to other passengers, but especially inconvenient if you have to use the toilet during the night (and as I am pregnant, I do).
We were also a little disappointed there did not seem to be any shower options available.
Other than that, the room/cabin was fine — it has what you need, but no more than that. And it’s very clean.

The stay was poor. Directions to accommodation Also poor. We couldn't believe there was no toilet or wash facilities on suite. We had to wash and ablute in what can only be called public toilets. The only positive is it was air-conditioned and quiet. I would Equate this stay to a Very poor glamping experience. We used a well earned free night after ten hotels.com stays that only covered half the price and sadly regret the whole experience. I can only hope hotels .com never market this again. If they do I will have to consider our association with their site .from their site.

The door lock was troublesome

What a great idea. We were exhausted when we arrived at the Dubai airport. We had a 12 hour layover and this sleep and fly cabin was just what we needed. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was right in the middle of a very busy airport. It was clean, quiet, and very easy to find. The restrooms were very close by and clean. Good experience. We felt rested when we boarded our 15 hour flight. I highly recommend.

There were mosquitoes and the staff was not helpful

It's very difficult to find this sleep and fly lounge. Walked for more almost an hour inside the Airport even after taking the train to C Gates. There is no sign. It's hidden next to a bathroom and a prayer room for female. Had to ask an Airport staff at the end when exhausted searching for it. Still found it hard to locate even after the direction for an Airport staff. For a few hours of sleep, it's a good place but no washroom or shower facilities. I was told by the receptionist that I have to walk a few minutes to go to a lounge, probably Marhaba lounge and pay them for a shower. Later after leaving the sleep and fly lounge, got to know from an Airport staff that there are free showers available too. Found it at the end near Gate B14 and B19 at Terminal 3 but they don't have towels. I wasn't carrying any, so again couldn't take shower but I know now for the next time what all to expect. Before this one, I stayed in Aerotel hotel in Singapore Changi Airport Airside. They have good bathrooms with shower facility for a very little bit of higher price. I won't mind paying a little extra for that comfort and this sleep and fly lounge was missing that badly.

The staff was very disrespectful and rude. I had to call expedia for assistance. Still resulted in me not being able to check in. They refuse to give me a refund, credit or just transfer me to another place to rest. I lost money and spent over 12 house in airport.
Not the way to treat anyone.
3.4
too small room even though you could not turn over
3.4
The advertisement is false
The rate is three hours slots although it says one night
It is absolute rip off and absolute false advertisement
Do not fall for it
I had to keep paying every two hours to be able to stay for the advertised one night
It is a trap
3.4
The location is not well advertised. There needs to be more signs , directions on the location within the airport
3.4
Never again
3.4
Convenient but too small

I was on a very long layover at Dubai so I booked a double room at Sleep & Fly for 10 hours. I was surprised that I enjoyed my stay as I read mixed reviews from other travelers on this premise. The staff was very nice, and the area was quiet and clean. I was able to stretch my legs and had a good night sleep. I woke up refreshed and ready for my connecting.
3.4
In a pinch a great place to stay for a quick rest
3.4
I was charged for a whole six hours when they have a 2 hourly rate on site. I was only able to stay 2 hours - I think it was a complete rip off!
3.4
Place is hard to find, hidden behind the wall - not enough signage. Managed to get a few hours of sleep. No toilet and no shower room in the facility Gate C, but there is a toilet nearby and shower is available at extra charge in other facility. Room is not sound proof, make sure to have a good noise cancelling headphone although they provide an ear plug if required.
3.4
Convenient for a couple of hours sleep rather than an uncomfortable airport chair. Juat be awate these are just sleep pods and aren't very big, I'm 6ft and couldn't lay down straight, tge bed is also very hard. They also dont have toilet or wash facilities and you have to use the airport toilets.

No shower or toilet in the rooms that are located in sector c! Also it it's not mentioned on hotels site
3.4
There are no restroom, water, or any type of service. The place is nearly impossible to find and the staff is useless.
3.4
The facility had exactly what wanted/needed.
3.4
My stay at sleep N Fly was very nice affordable and comfortable only negative comment if you need to use the bathroom you had to get dressed and leave the facility
3.4
Very smooth check in
3.4
Great for short rest during transit flight
3.4
A great way to recharge during a long layover. I got a solid 6 hours of undisturbed sleep that helped me to bounce back to my normal sleep/wake schedule when I returned home. A real must for business travelers.
3.4
No shower, no toilets
