Great amenities in room (eg shaving and dental kits). Well maintained. Comfortable. Nice staff. Would recommend.
Only thing they could improve, change out the dates wall hair dryers :)
4.6
Clearer check in instructions in advance would be good.
Room was excellent, slightly noisy as it was roadside, so perhaps improving glazing to reduce din. Hair dryer was missing, listed on itinerary, but not found. Managed without.
Overall, pleasant stay and perfectly located.

Really nice hotel once I managed to get the intercom to work. Would have been nice to stay longer. Great location for Russell Sq tube
4.6
I was satisfied. The hotel is well maintained and very convenient to the nearby tube station.
4.6
No hotel notice on the outside of the building for guests on where to check in.
Elevator was confusing on which floor to reach reception.
Carpet was over smelly with freshener leading to guest rooms.
Constant street noise made sleeping through out the night difficult.
You are near a hospital which added to the street noise.
Bathroom high tub, was difficult to climb out of without any handrail support.
Ok neighbourhood. Near sights. But overall I did not enjoy my stay.

Rooms and beds were spacious. Furnishings new and good condition. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was fabulous with bus and underground just around the corner. Clean safe and a great place to stay, don’t hesitate book this hotel.

The staff was great!

A beautiful hotel at Russell Square. Our 5 night stay was excellent. Staff Redouine and Kenny were exceptional, welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a large, bright suite with a very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. We were able to have laundry done during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel as a base in London. Easy access to the Tube and bus stops within feet of the front door.

We really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely stay there again. The staff was very helpful and professional. The area was really nice, too.

Nice hotel and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately let down by poor breakfast

We had such a lovely stay. Great room, great location, would stay here again!
4.6
Very nice staff, prompt help if needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. I was impressed with the large bathroom and giant bathtub! My room wasn’t on the street side, it was very quiet.
4.6
The staff are wonderful. The "library" downstairs, with ample space for reading and having a glass of wine, is cozy and inviting.
4.6
Clean, quiet, safe hotel. Felt very comfortable. Good location.

Great hotel awesome location

Great boutique hotel in a fantastic location. Walking distance to major tube stations, soho, Covent garden, Oxford street, etc. there was an issue with my air conditioning and they put me in a different room immediately. Kind staff. Breakfast menu is limited but good!

We loved the location of Morton Hotel and its closeness to underground (subway). Staff is friendly and responsive. Thank you

We had a lovely experience. We particularly appreciated Kenny’s assistance. He went above and beyond to help when I hurt my foot, and was an excellent addition to out experience at the Morton.

We had a great stay at Morton hotel. The hotel staff was amazing and always very helpful and welcoming. Location is super good. Hotel was clean. We were there with little baby and had no problems with noise. It’s really close to the tube station.
4.6
The hotel itself is very nice, and the best thing is its convenient location near the Russel Square Station.
The coffee shop at the Kimpton next door is excellent, waking up and getting pastries from Fortitude bakery and a 24-hour Tesco in case you forget anything.
The hotel itself is very loud and you may need to bring a sound machine to block out noise from the other rooms/hallways.
4.6
The Morton Hotel is fantastic. The space is very nice: has an English charm with modern touches, clean and comfortable. The staff are wonderful. It is centrally located in one of the best areas in the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint hotel in the Bloomsbury part of town. Staff is accommodating and pleasant. The room very clean. Great bathroom, by the way. They offer a lite breakfast. Everything was delicious.

Quirky which was great

This is a very nice hotel, great location! Short walk to the underground and numerous bus stops. The British Museum is a short walk. There is a really nice park across the street with a small cafe. So close to everything, a number of pubs (Friend at Hand, The Swan) both good.
It is also within a 10 minute walk to a grocery store for those staying a little bit longer then a just week like we did. Even the train stations are a 15-20 minute walk. (St. Pancras, King’s Cross)
The room is comfortable , large enough and so is the bathroom. Only downside was the air conditioning was not very cool for the warmer days and nights.
The hotel has a great little bar sitting area for drinks. (Could have a few apps to oder or something) But the hotel’s staff were very friendly and helpful! Especially Aytul, she was very helpful and made lots of great suggestions on what to do and see.
We would definitely recommend this hotel!

We really appreciated the help of the staff, especially Aytl. .She was especially helpful and even walked outside to point out the tube station, etc.. Kem was also very helpful at the reception desk. Enjoyed having breakfast on site. Love the location right across from the park Russell Square. The only negative was that the lift was not working. It is hard for us to do steps. The porter was very helpful and taking up our bags and bringing them back down as we were ready to leave.
4.6
The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent!
Lumu, Aytul and Kenny are some of the nicest staff of any hotel I've ever stayed at!
Would definitely stay there again.

Easily one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at in London! Even compared with some really fancy places (which this is not). First: checked all the boxes: Clean=everywhere, bed=comfortable. water=hot. But while the rooms are small, they are well appointed: shower is comfortable "rainshower" head, toiletries were excellent. Room was quiet both from other guests and the outside. Staff was exceptional: super helpful and very kind. Had a wonderful breakfast and a "high tea" that left us totally sated and at peace with the world. Furniture is basic, antique-y but all functional. ONly negatives: there was a green light that was way too bright at night (not sure it's something to complain about, it was part of the fire-detection system) and the iron leaked. Very minor! This is our go-to place now and will recommend it to anyone!

Our flight arrived early in the morning and the hotel allowed us early check in which was a big plus. The hotel staff were helpful and responded quickly. Convenient location, the Underground is just around the corner. The building was a bit dated. Over all, we had a good stay at the hotel.
4.6
The hotel was great the only reason we have marked it down is that the elevator wasn’t working when we were there and we wanted a room with a view so it was quite a few steps to get up and down.

Large rooms. Near british museum

This was a perfect hotel for our several nights in London. The 1-bedroom unit was roomy & well furnished. The service from reception staff was excellent. They also serviced the food & beverage area & were excellent concierges for arranging cabs, giving directions & instructing on tube & train operations. The location is also great-restaurants & essential stores right next door.

A little far from central areas. Metro not easy from this location to city center.
Large comfortable suite with sitting area and little kitchenette.

Staff was attentive and helpful in all regards.
Enjoyed the library ambience for bfast.
Would stay again & recommend property to others!
