Storage space is a bit small for the room, the bed is comfortable and lighting have four mode for choice which is interesting. The kitchen is pretty small. Bathroom is fine and clean esp. non-peak hour. It’s a pretty good hostel as my experienced.

These "pods" are a quirky, but actually pretty cool concept. I love that they were clean, welcoming, friendly, good amenities, but also with privacy. I was impressed with how cozy and comfortable the pods were, as well as how well the sound insulation worked.
I would definitely stay again for a short trip.
4.4
We stayed on a room (4 people) and it was really cozy with the lights you could customise and the speakers in the room. However, the bunk beds were a bit too high and the stairs were extremely uncomfortable to use.
The common area at the entrance was lovely and social. Would recommend again.
4.4
Comfortable bed, easy to check in and out, quiet (Monday night but busy season), shared bathrooms were clean, good wifi, lots of restaurants near location
4.4
Nice value for price. Difficult to stay but good to have a goodnight sleep. Might be claustrophobic for some people. General area, dining, kitchen and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Great support staff.
4.4
I highly recommend CityHub. It was clean, relaxed and comfortable.
4.4
Super convenient and clean. Didn’t mind the communal bathrooms, they were always clean and felt private! Was a unique experience but totally worth it for the price.
4.4
CityHub exceeded our expectations! Although small, the room was truly comfortable- the bed was soft and I probably had the best sleep there. It was also surprising how quiet it was. The bathrooms were always clean, and I loved how we had access to the lockers even after check out. Bike rental was quick and easy. Complimentary umbrellas for the rain. I would definitely stay at CityHub again.

STAY HERE IT IS ACTUALLY SO NICE
4.4
The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, the room (or pod as we liked to call it) has a really comfy bed, bigger than we thought. Not that much standing place but we werenr expecting that anyway. The shared bathrooms were really nice and clean!
4.4
Definitely would stay here again, I loved this unique experience and we walked or rode bikes to everywhere we needed to be. The hotel was quiet and everyone was respectful. We stayed in the 3 block.

This was my first time in a “pod” style hotel. It really was a great experience. The sleeping was extremely comfortable and quiet. If you have large luggage it might be tight. The large shared bathroom was never too crowded despite the hotel appearing quite full. The reception area was very comfortable with automated coffee, beer/wine etc and though I didn’t use it a small kitchen area. Another great feature were the lockers that worked until midnight on your checkout day. Worked perfectly for my late departure. Also great location to the old city (15 minute walk) and 8 minutes to the train. Staff were always present and helpful.
4.4
Very clean, great spaces and comfortable beds! The only issue we had was to get ahold of the staff you need a phone to call/text. WhatsApp would be a great alternative for people who don’t have cell phone coverage (tourists like us using wifi)
Walking distant to the train, Tivoli and lots of shops.
4.4
It was a very unique place to stay for us. I was a little leary about such a small place, but it was a great place to sleep and we saved money by using the microwave to cook food which we purchased at the nearby supermarket. The staff and guests were great. A great value
4.4
A bit far away from touristy places, noisy - you can hear people walking by in the hallway
4.4
Absolutely fantastic stay at the City Hub! The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The Hub was comfortable and quiet. Staff did a fantastic job of keeping the common areas as well as the showers and sauna clean. Kitchen facilities worked great and very central location to main sights in Copenhagen!
4.4
This is an amazing concept for a hotel! When I was looking at accommodation options in Copenhagen months in advance of my trip, it became apparent that there very limited options for reasonably priced, good quality hotels in convenient areas of Copenhagen, and CityHub turned out to be a fantastic option for all of those aspects! I could tell that a lot of thought went into the design of this hotel - things like the outstanding soundproofing in the hubs, big, comfy beds, the beautiful common bathrooms which even provide hand lotion beside each soap dispenser, lockers to store luggage if arriving before check-in time, the common areas with an excellent selection of beverages in the vending machines. I'll definitely stay at CityHub if I'm visiting Copenhagen again! Just a thought - if CityHub would be interested in opening locations in Canada, it would be amazing to have CityHubs in Toronto and Vancouver! There are also very limited options for affordable hotels in those cities.

Cool spot as a base for exploring Copenhagen.
4.4
First stay in a Cityhub. Would definitely stay again.
4.4
Fantastic stay. Clean and comfortable pod. Easy check-in/check-out experience. A nice self-serve bar and great location. Will definitely return if we come back to Copenhagen!
4.4
The pods were small, but very quiet for sleeping EXCEPT for a 1am fire alarm caused by someone smoking weed in the hallway. That was the only negative issue as the rest of my stay was clean and enjoyable.
4.4
I want a refund for the night with the fire alarm in middle of morning - couldn't fall back to sleep and ended up wasting a day I was supposed to be touring. Charge my room night to the people smoking inside a no smoking hotel
4.4
Great location and cool vibe hostel. Hub accommodation is different and best for a short stay. Aircon only inside.
4.4
For the price is was awesome! The sauna is the cherry on top. Staff was awesome and friendly!
4.4
This was my first pod hotel experience, and it was easily one of the cleanest, quietest hotels I've stayed in -- in spite of music playing 24/7 and a busy common area, I heard nothing. Had a small issue checking in, but other than that, if I'm ever in Copenhagen again, I'm staying at CityHub.

We stayed in a family room, with 2 sets of bunk beds and private bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great.
The reception/hang out area is excellent. It is open 24 hours and the staff are so helpful and nice. My son spent a lot of time there doing some uni work and my daughter loved the chill out space and watching Mama Mia!!
The free lockers are also great, we arrived early at 10:30am. We were able to chill out for a bit, sort our bags and then leave them in secure lockers before heading out to explore.
There are some excellent take out places nearby they offer discounts to people staying at the hotel, you can bring your food back to the hang out area and eat there. They have reasonably priced coffee and drinks that are bought easily using your wristband.
We did have some issues with wristbands stopping working but the staff were very quick to help and resolve problems so no harm done!
Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on our next visit!

It was fine. Found it to be not suitable for business trip, as some noise at night must be expected. For holiday, average.
4.4
Good property in a very walkable part of Copenhagen. As an older traveler I was looking for something budget friendly, but still with so privacy. Cityhub fit the bill. Easy access to transportation. Grocery stores and restaurants all around. And the staff was very friendly. The vibe was more low key than other hostels - there was no partying going on that I saw. Lots of families and older travelers like myself. The common spaces were always clean. Only downside was the mattresses. Seems like the $89 ikea ones that had maybe seen better days. I made it work, but be aware if you have back issues like myself. WiFi was fine for working. There was a lack of decent seating in the main area. That cod be improved. Would have been nice to work outside of my hub more. Overall it was a good stay. I would recommend if you are looking for a budget option in Copenhagen.
4.4
We would be glad to come and stay there again
4.4
Value for money is ok considering the prices of Copenhagen but it's a capsule hotel with no bathroom in the "room". Definitely not for claustrophobic and I wish the listing on hotels was much clearer. Having said that it's comfortable for what it is, suitable for young budget travellers, definitely not for business travellers
4.4
Well this is a backpacker hotel or hostel wherever you want to call, but they also have private rooms (capsule) the experience sleeping inside one was … new?
It felt great overall; staff is extremely friendly and the idea of having a bracelet that gives you access to everything is very innovative.
Cashless hotel, everything goest towards your check out bill and is “paid” in advance by the bracelet y are provided with at the check in.
Best part: how clean and well equipped the washrooms we’re considering the amount of people sharing.
Sauna available (unisex), lobby has plenty of space, wifi is very fast.
This was my second time there. I would consider next time.
10 min walkable distance from the nearest subway station
4.4
We stayed in a private 4 bed room. It was clean, had room for all of our stuff and was quiet even though it was the very first room by the door everyone walks by. The vibe was clear to hang out in the lobby with all the seating and serve yourself drinks and quiet relaxation in the back. Only thing that was odd was the window with opaque glass from the bathroom to the bedroom. You couldn't see through it, but definitely could see body outlines. I have no idea why they designed it that way, but took away some of the bathroom privacy. Also, bunk are suuuuper high, so can't be afraid of heights!
4.4
Economical but still has some nice perks like the beer taps at the Hangout and the saunas.
4.4
Perfect and affordable accommodation in a very nice area of Copenhagen. Super clean bathrooms! The stop for the bus to/from the train station is just a few meters away from the front door.
4.4
The property is very clean and cozy, but a little far from the attractions. The hosts are very nice and can give good advices about what to do in the city.
4.4
The hostel is really cool, and the self-serve bar in the common area was a lot of fun. The pods are about as comfortable as you'd expect, and crawling in and out of them would probably get annoying after a couple of days. For a short stay it was perfect.
4.4
A very nice hotel. Easy to find, check in seemless and staff on hand to help out. Comfy bed. Good price. Cant fault it!
4.4
Great experience!! Friendly staff and awesome environment
totally worth it and definetly our choice if we visit again Copenhagen

First time me and my bf lived in a place like this and we loved it! This was very clean, modern and perfect budget friendly accommodation for a short stay in Copenhagen!

Great place to stay for solo traveler! Felt very safe!
