This hotel is maintained in excellent condition. Pleasant helpful staff. Free laundry with nice equipment.

I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites and was really impressed by the spacious and well-equipped suite. The staff were incredibly friendly and made my stay enjoyable, while the complimentary breakfast provided a great start to each day. I would definitely stay there again.

Very Good experience

The overall property was appealing. I noticed on the bed table nearest the bathroom, that it had not been cleaned as rings from a glass that had been there had not been cleaned. I also noticed a piece of paper towel garbage in the garbage can below the counter top in the kitchen. So didn't come in with a feeling that the room was meticulously and efficiently cleaned before our arrival. And just a personal preference, I did not like that there was no door to separate the sink area from the rest of the room.

The hotel is a newer property in Carson City and the condition of the building & grounds reflect that. The desk is staffed 24/7 and the staff is very pleasant and eager to make guest accommodations. However, that’s where my 5-star rating for this hotel dropped to 4-star. I booked a 13 night stay from the end of July -August 2024. After the first week I made a request for full housekeeping & was told by the front desk that not until my 9th day would I be receiving that. It never happened the whole 2 weeks I stayed (told it’s due to staffing issues). Sure, I received towels upon request, but not even a bedding change,vacuum or trash removal during that time. Unacceptable. The complimentary full breakfast was just okay. Powdered scrambled eggs, toasters not suitable for the size of bread, bagels & waffles offered. People had to tear their bread in half to toast it. Cold cereal dispensers clogged frequently & were unusable. I suggest individual yogurts, fewer sugary cereals, fresh eggs & hospitality sized toasting appliances. That alone would go a long way to impressing guests.

I like the front desk manager, who is super helpful and professional! We went to many Staybridge Suites in many cities. This one is the worst to provide breakfast, even it showed from 7:30 to 10:30. There is no fruit and I asked them but they told me no more when it is only 9am. Lot of stuff shortages and no more providing even asked. Other facilities never had this issue. The facility showed me that all the rooms are fully booked. So why did not you prepare more food for more people, which you had already know?! Well, other conditions are fine as average.

The experience was very nice, the hotel was clean an quite an affordable. 😊

Hotel was great; nice sized room & comfortable bed. Breakfast we were told until 1030, but by 10 there was no further food put out. Not even milk for cereal. Staff irritated when I asked for coffee cream. Don’t say breakfast is until 1030 if it’s really 10. Lots of people standing around looking for food.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The complimentay breakfast on the first day was a terrible experience. They didn't have enough plates and bowls out. They didn't refill the food as they were low on staff. Folks were waiting for someone to put them out to start eating. The manager was quite nice and received my feedback the next day. Overall a bit disappointed as the overall quality of things was lower. Just a heads up, even though the title says "tahoe area", it is a good 35 mins drive to get to Lake Tahoe.

It is nice and quiet property with breakfast included. We stay there for two nights. We usually were going places like Lake Tahoe and Carson Hot Springs. On the second evening we decided to stay at the hotel and enjoy their swimming pool and Jacuzzi but it was occupied with group of children from local organization. They had a party around the pool and hot tub. Hotel did not notify us about this so we could plan accordingly. It wasn't a big disappointment but we think hotel administration should notify their guests about changes like these.

Some stuff like breakfast wasn't very good and they run out so fast of food and dishes and stuff my tv never work but overall was fine all clean an cozy..friendly staff.

Great location with access to freeway and shopping.

Overall it was nice hotel but desk clerk was not really helpful when asked some questions on local dining. All the onsite snacks and drinks selection is horrible.

We only stayed here because of the outdoor pool. The pool was shut down for a day and half. We weren't compensated or offered any perks for the inconvenience! 3 kids middle of summer no pool, no fun!

We both are senior and had to stay under a family with kids. It was a bit harder to sleep

For the most part, i enjoyed our stay but there were a few things about the hotel that were really disappointing. The front desk attendee that checked us in was great. The hotel was pretty clean and modern. It looked good. My biggest complaints are that we reserved the room as a family of 6 and when we got tonour room, there were towels/washcloths for 2 and the pull out didnt have blankets or pillows. It was also in TERRIBLE shape. It was small with a thin mattress, terrible springs that you could feel intensely and at first, i thought it was broken. I managed to get it out after some maneuvering. When i mentioned the lack of linens, the front desk suggested i book 2 rooms next time (the room advertised as sleeping 6). The breakfast was decent food but it was severely understocked. We waited about 20 mins for silverware and plates to be restocked. Food disappeared within minutes of restocking. It just felt very understaffed. But the quality was decent for a continental breakfast.

The breakfast food choices are limited no special or anything. The hotel price range is too high.

The people who work here are professional and kind.

Would never stay at this location again

I was there for the first time with my family. We really enjoyed! close to the freeway, 3 minutes drive from the hot springs. Very friendly staff, the rooms are very clean, cozy and comfortable beds. There is breakfast in the morning, very convenient for residents. I think we will go back there again, we really liked it.

Room was very nice and clean when we arrived. Breakfast was very limited, and the food was usually dry and cold. Pool was closed but jacuzzi was very clean and warm
