Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were immediately struck by its breathtaking beauty. Though we arrived earlier than expected and had to wait in the lobby, the hospitality we received was nothing short of extraordinary. We were presented with a cart featuring exquisitely arranged special water and chocolates, an elegant touch that set the tone for our stay. Antonella, the food and restaurant manager, was simply outstanding. Her meticulous attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel incredibly special. She graciously took the time to guide us through the wine room, sharing her expertise, and arranged for us to have dinner on the rooftop, where we were treated to a stunning panoramic view. The entire experience was unforgettable.

Great location. Pretty much 10-15min walk from any attraction or activity meeting point. The area is very nice loaded with shops, restaurants, bars, etc The hotel itself is elegant and quiet. The breakfast area is beautiful but doesn’t compare the the views from the rooftop terrace in the afternoon with amazing views of the Duomo. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the inside bar makes great cocktails and has a nice wine list and snacks. Will definitely stay here again and matches the experience we’ve had at other NH properties in Europe

This hotel is amazing. The communal sitting lounges are gorgeous and the view from the roof for cocktails was beautiful. It feels very luxurious and I know my standards are high. Our room was big, updated, quiet, comfortable. The service was superior. The breakfast buffet is very good. Way above average. The hotel is close to everything and in a very good location. This is my second stay here and I will definitely be back.

The front desk staff were not helpful and were rude. I do not speak Italian and they would not speak to me in English. I checked out after being in the room for only 15 minutes. The room was very old and everything was extremely dated. The air conditioning was not working and the bed was not comfortable. When I went to the desk to check out the staff suddenly knew how to speak English. I was then offered a different room even though I was told there was nothing else available when I checked in. Would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel’s location is within minutes to historical places in Florence. The room was dark and did not have a view. The room service menu was very limited. There is no elevator to rooms. They don’t allow guests to borrow an iron from housekeeping and there is a separate ironing room which was very strange for a five star hotel! They charged a water from mini bar upon checking out which I didn’t drink so definitely check your invoice when you are checking out. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Fantastic staff and facilities. Do NOT take a room on Floor 5. VERY noisy at night. The 6 floor terrace is above and the movement of chairs and equipment makes a lot of noise. Almost impossible to sleep. Otherwise a fine hotel.

Excellent bespoke service. We went on a tour and the staff collected our washing from a local laundromat. Even more impressive was we didn't even remember the exact location as we'd left our collection ticket in the room but with an email description they found it! Overall brilliant service, lovely rooms and a fantastic rooftop bar with 360 views over old town. Highly recommend

Best of the best. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom and toilet huge, with two doors providing a complete privacy. During the stay I had a conference call so I had to use a business room. The concierge helped me ALOT with 100% kindness and support. I loved this place.

Nh Collection Firenze Palazzo Gaddi is a superb hotel close to both the train station and duomo on a safe and quiet side street. The lobby and lounge area were welcoming and festively decorated, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, spacious, beautifully designed, and I had a wonderful view of the duomo (I received an upgrade on check-in!). As with all Nh hotels, the buffet breakfast offered a lot of options which, as a vegetarian, I really appreciate. The bonus of this hotel is the rooftop terrace with its view of the duomo and all of Florence! I’m a big fan of Nh hotels and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Florence.
