Mustaffa was the first person I noticed when walking in the door. We have stayed at this particular hotel three or four times over the last year and he has been the highlight of our trip every time! He remembers our names and always grace us with a smile his customer service is second to none! The rest of the staff at the hotel is amazing as well and we will continue to choose to stay at Aloft when we visit Mooresville.

We were on the first floor. The hall was very dark because there was a light out. When having breakfast, $ 7.00 stale cereal was available, but they were out of milk. Are you kidding me? The front desk gentleman was not friendly and never smiled. The floor rug, just passed the entrance was badly stained. If it’s supposed to look like that, to go along with the very weird design of the whole place, it’s not a good look. I won’t be back.

I live this place. As soon as you walk it has a great set up and a lovely dog named Spot. Spot was friendly with adults and the kids we actually had a chance to take him for a walk super fun. I hope he gets a good home. Also I love that you gave dogs a chance to find a family. I wish more hotels did that it always make you stand out.

Loved the bar onsite. After a bunch of hours on the road it was so nice to check in get settled, hang out in the lobby, drink a few cold ones, and play pool or a board game.

The customer service was excellent, very friendly atmosphere...the lobby area is a total hit, AWESOME! The bartender is "THE BEST", very charismatic, makes great drinks...this place is like a hidden gem, I will stay again!!!

The room was very small and uncomfortable, bathroom door with a lock and was not able to Close the door. Pillows were uncomfortable too soft and the room was never clean or made by the service team, towels were not clean or replaced during our stay.

Its always amazing! I will stay here everytime we come to mooresville! I love seeing the pups in the lobby and the staff is always on point. The bartenders are super friendly and I love the music. We personally enjoy the pool the most of all especially for the kids

Everything about this hotel was convenient and easy. From the check in to the parking. It is right off the highway and easy to get in and out of. The layout of the room was perfect for working remotely. I loved that they had a rescue dog you could walk or just pet if you wanted. It made me feel at home.

Great hotel if you love dogs or you are traveling with your dog! But know that the dogs sit on the couches in the lobby and no doubt in the beds. There will be barking at times…in our case, after midnight in our hallway. Parties late at night and loud groups of people kept us awake till after 2 am. A great hotel for young people and groups who want to have fun past midnight with their furry friends but not so good for this retired couple who wanted to sleep!

Every member of the staff we encountered over our 5 night stay was wonderful and pleasant! Our favorite part is the program they have with a local dog shelter in which they host a dog in their lobby that guests can walk, play with, snuggle with, and even have sleepovers with in hopes to find rescue dogs forever homes. This made our stay absolutely incredible and much better for us as we were missing our dogs and loved being able to give some love and support to a dog in need while we were there.

I loved the room aesthetics! The staff was friendly & helpful. My daughter got to walk a dog that was staying from a nearby shelter that was unique! My only real complaint is it was difficult to get hot water so I had several cool showers!
