The Pop up bar was the absolute best, the room was very comfortable and clean

Really BAD hard water problem. Plan to stand in the bathroom for a lot of extra time washing whatever because soap does not come off. Other than that this is a really nice hotel. Hard water is a very annoying problem.

Always outstanding stay at Omni Lakes. That is why we are returning customers.

Beautiful and clean hotel! Unfortunately there is a $125 pet fee which was not disclosed on the Hotels.com app. If we had known we would have stayed elsewhere. Ouch!

Did not like that , in-spite of do not disturb sign on the door the room service knocked to get in the room way to early on the check out day when the hotel itself advertised check out was @11:00 am …. Plus’s we had not yet checked out … ???

The Omni Viking Lakes Hotel was wonderful in almost every respect. We enjoyed our clean, quiet, comfortable room. We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant, where both the food and service were fabulous. We took a nice evening walk around the little lake. The lobby and outdoor seating areas are relaxing and spacious. There were only two less than satisfactory aspects of our stay. First, you need to pay extra to get wireless access. This is a bummer in an age when even McDonal's has free wireless access. Second, the coffee at the Caribou Coffee bar was terrible; it tasked almost like water, even when we ordered the "bold." So, over 2 mornings, we spend $16 for 4 medium coffees and were bummed out to start our day lame coffee. The problem is not the brand of coffee; I like Caribou. So, the problem is in how they brew it - badly!

Wonderful place. Breakfast sucked. Limited menu, not overly good, terrible service and I could definitely help you whip them in shape. Great view and amenities are amazing.

We love staying here because it feels luxurious for an affordable price for a staycation getaway. Only wish that the Ember and Ice was available throughout the week for breakfast and evening drinks!

It’s a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed walking around on the path and grounds. Views were pretty and outdoor patio bar was so nice. Staff was very helpful and kind. We were disappointed at the cost of everything though. Nothing was included (wifi, breakfast) and the prices were very high.

This hotel was great. Very comfortable beds, clean aesthetic. Food and service at Ember and Ice were fantastic. Can't say enough about the cauliflower shwarma!

We were stuck in Minneapolis overnight due to the Friday Windows update issue. Our plane was 2 1/2 hours late getting there and we missed our next flight. This was one of a few hotels with a room left. In our panic to get a room we did not see the hotel does NOT have an airport shuttle. That would be a wonderful additional service to have. Unfortunately the airline lost one of our car seats so we had to take our two small children one uber trip at a time to the hotel, so each had a trip with the car seat.

The stay was very good. The staff was excellent.
The only disappointment was the SPA, the SPA was the MAIN reason we chose the hotel! We found out that the spa was not fully staffed! My friend wanted her feet worked on and tgey had no one available!
Also. My fault, I should have checked if your hotel had a whirlpool tub, my friend lives these tubs. Very surprised a hotel of your stature didn’t have one.
I could have stayed at a very nice hotel in MSP for a lot less money . We will not be back.

Very nice hotel with a big gym and nice swimming pool. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and I enjoyed staying there. Only negative thing were the restaurants, noisy and pricy.
10.0 / 10.0
The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable, which is conducive to rest. The customer service staff is enthusiastic and positive. There are many choices of delicious food. I will come back again only because the surrounding environment is under construction, which causes inconvenience in access.

Did not get the 2 queen beds promised despite booking months in advance. Had to sleep on rollaway. Bars closed at 11:00. Food in lobby market was terrible.

The stay here was beyond exceptional with a very quiet and luxurious room!!! One concern I had was that the hot tub and sauna were excluded from regular access unless a spa package was purchased. This does not take away from how beautiful my stay was at all but other hotels do have access to those amenities and my feedback is to maybe include a package for just use of the hot tub and spa amenities. Thank you so much!!

Stayed here while on a layover. Great hotel. Staff was so friendly and even had coffee ready for me when I left for a VERY early flight. Room was comfortable. I stayed alone and felt safe and secure. The restaurant was great and very lively.

We had a little hassle checking in, was told.they would charge $200 but they were trying to charge $600+. For the price if the hotel I was left less than impressed with the overall experience. We travel a lot in the summer and probably wont be giving the Omni a second try.

Wonderful stay and going to book again! Had a welcome gift for my child as well as a gift of bagged mixed nuts and bottled water delivered after arrival. Hotel also provided drink tickets as well for wine, beer, coffee or soda.

Overall, my stay here is always great! I went to the spa this time and it was wonderful. The room service was great - food is always delicious! The hallways are quiet and I always get a good nights sleep! The one bad thing this stay was the 2nd night, someone was smoking in their room and I could smell it in mine. I wish people were more courteous of others. Overall though, great service and a beautiful hotel!

Omni Lakes continues to be one of the best hotels in the cities. Located far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Lovely hotel. Only request would be to add actual coffee cups and not paper cups in the room. You had such nice water glasses that the coffee cups would be a nice addition.
