Room size is ok. Has hotel carpark but needs Yen 2200 per day. Breakfast is below average. Can walk to shopping centres easily.

The room is small but comfortable. There is a choice to use the washing machine and the dryer either with coins or via the app, this provided the convenience of using a credit card for payment. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The hotel location is near the subway, malls, Uniqlo and fast foods.

The pillowcase is yellow and some stains were found on the comforter. Dust accumulates on the air conditioner. The dust is visible, full and thick. Air purifier provided is better. The staff is kind but limited in english proficiency in communication. We requested to help book taxi to the airport. Finally, she didn't help us to make phone call to taxi when we are back.

The room is quite small with twins bed. Difficult to open two suitcases at the same time. I found a slipper under the bed which is visible so I doubt the cleanness of the room. BTW overall the hotel looks new and modern.

Very poor service, I required a pillow but they said no more available, the pillow is bad I can’t even sleep in two days, they don’t understand basic English, this is the worst Japan hotel service I never had before! But others is good like location and facilities!

The hotel location is good, close to subway and near by restaurants. I arrived early so the staff held my luggage. The checkin process was fast and easy. As of November 2022, guest needs to pay additional 200 yen per night stay. This additional cost is required by Fukuoka. The area is very safe to walk at night. There is a Family Mart next door to get goods. Unlike other hotel near by, they didn't offer free coffee. I didn't get the breakfast, so can't comment. I stayed in a single room with 2 beds. The room was modern looking. Although the bathroom was very clean, it has a moldy smell. So that's bad. Near the beds, there is only has 1 power outlet. There are additional power outlet near the door. For modern travelers, we carry a lot of chargers to charge our devices. Having 1 power outlet near the bed area is really inconvenient. I would think twice about staying here if I return.

家族で滞在しましたがフロントの対応も良く部屋は隣の音が全く聞こえ無くとても快適で格安の値段なのにとても綺麗でした。朝ご飯凄く美味しく品数豊富で今まで泊まった中で1番です。漫画も沢山有ります。最高でした。少し場所が分かりずらかったです。又利用したいです。

地下鉄空港線天神駅西1b出口至近で、中洲や赤坂、大濠公園へもアクセスが良く、太宰府以外は滞在中全て徒歩で回れた。太宰府へも西鉄福岡駅が近いのでとてもアクセスが良かった。備え付けの漫画を１度に10冊まで部屋に持ち込めるので、普段は全く読む機会のない漫画を読むことが出来、なかなか楽しい時間を過ごせた。

ロビーに漫画があるのがとても良かったので次に福岡に行く際も絶対に利用したいと思います。室内も衛生的で過ごしやすかったです。本の種類も多かったので概ね満足ですが少しマニアックなジャンルもあると嬉しいなと思いました。

交通は地下鉄のみ利用しましたが、非常にアクセスがしやすかったです。たまに窓の外側からか音が響いてくることはありましたが、隣室からの響きは気にはなりませんでした。

Great hotel, pretty convenient location, room was very new and clean. There was only 2 power outlets accessible in the entire room (one at the door near above the refrigerator and another near the window). Breakfast was good but a little disappointing after the 3 minute video hyped it up to be more than it was. Overall nice hotel

市内の中心部にあり、どこに行くにも好ロケーションでありながら、リーズナブルな料金で利用できる良いホテルです。リーズナブルな分余計なアメニティなどは部屋おきせずセルフサービスになっていますが、不便さは感じませんでした。また、期間限定で夕方からランチボックスに入るだけ無料の軽食サービスがあり、その場で食べでも部屋に持って帰ってもOK! でとてもお得感がありました。ビュッフェ形式で品数もそこそこあっただけでなく、黒カレーは熱々で本当に美味しかったです。天神で食事をしたあとの夜食でいただきました！格安ホテルは、レストランの代わりにコンビニが入っていたりしますが、ここはレストランが入っているのも気に入りました。それにすぐ隣にコンビニあるので心配はいりません。天神地区にある屋台までもすぐですよ！また、今回は利用しませんでしたがロビーにあるコミックスも5冊まで借りて部屋で読めたりもします！部屋は大きくはないですが快適で必要な備品がコンパクトにまとめられています。宿泊した部屋の日当たりが少し悪いのが若干気になりましたが、この価格とサービスなら許容範囲です。スタッフも皆さん親切で、次回も利用したいですし、福岡旅行を計画されている方にもぜひおすすめしたいホテルです。
