Nice hotel with a great location. We were there to check out the Christmas Market and the walk was short. Underground parking was a plus (extra fee), but spots are limited. The front desk person was very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was a little old and dried out. Great location in the city centre

Clean hotel in the centre of Aachen.

Difficult to check in as B&B is moving to self checkin an it requires reservation number from their system and on confirmation only Hotels.com was given, besides great place to visit the old city.

Luggage storage free prior to check-in allowed a great time walking around the sights as I took the morning train

A great place to stay in Aachen.

This hotel was clean, functional, no real complaints. I didn't love the "check in with a machine" process - it just felt so impersonal. But there were staff available to meet needs. Overall a fine hotel, decent stay.

The staff are superb
For me, the hotel was hard to find. Bare bones amenities. Good hotel for the price.

Was pleasantly surprised - for a budget friendly hotel this place was more than good. The room was large for our family of 4. Beds comfortable and outside noise with windows open was limited. Parking was available for 15 euros but was very hard to find at back of hotel - and involved an elevator for car.
Great restaurants around - highly recommend the Japanese across the lights

Staff were inappropriate, rude and creepy.
Guests were deranged, rude, and taunting.
Locals in the area made threats of violence casually. Gaybashing.
The homeless person sleeping in the entryway was the icing on the cake.

Friendly staff, perfect location, clean room - although very small. It would have been convenient to have a couple of glasses inside the room. The hotel has no parking, but has a special price arrangement for a parking near by.

Front desk was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Our room was neat and clean. Unfortunately our son’s bed (lower bunk in room 405) made a cracking noise every minute or so (whether he moved or not) and keep all of us awake most of the night. We still have no idea what made the noise. We stayed only one night.

Property was very convenient for visiting the Aachen Cathedral. Hotel was clean, except that I did find two roaches in my room. Also, the evening check-in staff wasn't very friendly. Seemed annoyed at questions. However, there was one staff member, a tall, thin, young man with black hair, who was very helpful in answering questions about the hotel and locale.

There were a few people who were just hanging around the door area near the hotel smoking and watching tourists drift in and out. A couple times they would walk towards a person and bump into them and then apologize. They did this a lot. I also accidentally left a bag with souvenirs in the hotel room. It was never found or seen again.

Great hotel in the center of Aachen. Lots of shops within walking distance means there are lots of restaurant options at all times of the day.
Be aware of the offsite parking (about 2mins walk from the hotel). It's 10 Euros per day with the hotel discount applied.

Clean, quiet, and a comfortable bed, a small room with just what is needed for a good night's sleep and good breakfast in the morning, that's it.

The staff was amazing and helped us procure a taxi to get around. They were very professional and also helped write a german happy birthday to my son. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Very good for a budget hotel, but disappointed not to find a kettle in the rooms. The vending machine products were not an enjoyable substitute. Location very good for city centre, helpful staff.

B&B hotel was a great basic base for exploring the city of Aachen. The rooms were tidy, clean and the beds very comfy. The hotel was based in a great area as well making it easy to come back to. The hotel itself however didn't have anywhere to store luggage prior to check-in so we had to leave our luggage at the train station which was quite inconvenient to walk back to. There was also only one lift for the whole hotel, so it took a long time to get to your room. Finally, the hotel suggested to use the self-check-in as we entered, and when we did it tried to charge us when we had already paid for the room. When we went to check-in at the desk instead, we were again asked to pay, all was quickly resolved as we could show that we had already paid however it was quite an annoying check-in process and if we were less savvy or tired from travelling, we could have accidentally paid twice.

Normal size room, walkable from everything, Wish they could mention before arrival where should we park.

B&B Hotel Aachen was really central, close to the old town so easy to explore the area. There were lots of bars and restaurants within easy reach, and although there was no direct hotel parking, the hotel has a link with a local car park and offers a good discount.

Express (implied) check out, 7 minutes walk from Rathaus and supermarket; door entry code. Room was overall pretty quiet.

This property is close to the center of the town. Very easy to go everywhere either by walking or bus. We enjoyed the open farmers market at the nearby plaza on Thursday very much.

The hotel was nice and the staff were excellent. My only gripe is that the walls and ceilings were so thin that I could hear everything and everybody around me. As a light sleeper, I lost a LOT of sleep on the trip because the person above me paced back and forth throughout the night and the woman beside me came to her room late in then evening and slammed her door.

Simple practical hotel. Loved the no keycard concept. Comfy bed but pillows werent great. Extra special heads up to the check-in guy who was super efficient and very easy on the eye.
