Enjoyed our stay at Sportsmans Lodge. The cabin was quaint. Service was friendly and very helpful.

Rooms are rustic restaurants food not bad seemed alittle unorganized
3.8
Way too expensive for the bare minimum. Not comfortable, but clean.

Everyone was very kind, i had a very nice time there. I loved sitting on my little porch, and watching the sun go down.
3.8
They were cabins and bare bones, but clean.
3.8
Very clean cabins, a gem of a find.
3.8
No frills stay. Adequate services. Historical. Attached restaurant. Thanks for the extra coffee.

Lovely cabin, comfy bed helpful staff

People were great and cabins were cute

Not what I expected at all. Receptionist was nice, but another would not help friend with Television and referred him to a 3 page document for instructions. Ceiling was low, bathroom and shower small, and just not worth the value. Most power outlets were over-loaded and probably a safety risk. Called Hotels.com to request a stay at another location, but was not accepted.

Older double cabin. Room extremely small. Good for 1 night. Breakfast high on carbs

Comfy and convenient

A good comfortable travel night.

Ck in was good! Our room had a broken bathroom door and it didn't close. It was only myself and my husband so i didn't make a fuss. First thing in the morning I tried to make coffee. We had a coffee pot but no coffee. I asked my husband to go to the desk and get coffee. The lady told hime they were all out! Next we went to have breakfast in the restaurant. After about 15 minutes a waitress approached us. We ordered, many items on the menu weren't available, but i ordered toast. 45 minutes later she came back to tell us that she lost our order and would we repeat it. We said cancel, we needed to be on the road. On our way out we walked through the bar and customers all had their breakfast. Someone approached us to ask how was your meal. We said, we never got it! She seemed upset and just shook her head. We won't be back.

The room was small, but clean. The restaurant waitress was very friendly and helpful; she calmed a screaming toddler and got her laughing.

The place is very basic. All OK, but small. I thought at $130 it was a bit high for what you got.

Check in was great & the staff we met were friendly. It was nicely located; grocery within walking distance. We did eat at on site restaurant; good food & plenty! Overall, it was a wonderful visit & we hated to leave!

The staff was not very friendly and seemed to be annoyed that we were there. The cabin smelled like smoke but was clean enough for 1 night. I probably wouldn't recommend.

Great stay as this cute little cabin! We were only there for one night and the space was all we needed. The bed was a little too soft and springy for me but that’s just a preference thing. Ennis is a very lovely little town with lots of character.

What we expected. Rustic and clean. Nice staff.

Sprotsmans Lodge moved us to a sister property McAllister Inn in Mc Allister, MT. It was fantastic. Beautiful views, had a patio with picnic table, table and chairs looking over a field with a lake and the mountains in the backgroud. Gorgeous view! Peaceful and quiet.
3.8
It had a restaurant and 2 bars with live music in one of them. Was nice and cool too
3.8
wasn't clean
3.8
Very rustic. Cabins outdated, flat pillows, not clean. Cabins near exit to bar and men were congregating on our front porch. Very disappointing for price.
3.8
I like coffee in the morning and the coffee maker was dirty dirty and the restaurant on the website said they opened at 6:30 but was closed.
3.8
Cramped and tight, everything from the parkind to the rooms to the bathrooms and showers. No staffing, office locked up a lot and restaurant not open for breakfast at 8am when we left.
3.8
Staff was incredible. Went “local” for dinner and drinks at the Casino Restaurant. Loved it. Great local color.
3.8
My favorite place to visit and stay. I love the Sportsman !!

We were celebrating our 64th anniversary and it was perfect for us. We enjoy western decor and settings so my wife was very pleased the choice to stay the Sportsmans. We would have appreciated a breakfast.
3.8
Room wasn't ready. No plug for hairdryer. Room so small you couldn't get your luggage in.
Terrible'nn
3.8
Quaint but very tiny and cramped. Staff didn't know about area and provided incorrect information about the dinner hours.
3.8
A key would not be provided to our room until 4. Our engagement started at 2 and ended at 12. When I ask to speak to the manager he sent a waitress. She finally procured a key for us. Not very helpful with providing a courtesy. We did not want to go to the room until midnight. They also added $50 to our bill for incidentals. This is nonsense since we were there 8 hours and there was nothing to purchase. I was told this was a new Montana law. Not true!!!
3.8
Cozy little cabin! Good heating! Good restaurant.

The young lady at the front desk needs to be friendly, she don’t like her job then she’s in the wrong place. The place was not as clean as it should be. The bed skirt was black with filth.
3.8
Great cabin feel & very accommodating staff! Great location & walkable area!
3.8
Best staff, friendly and helpful.
3.8
The cabin was nice but they messed up and gave it to someone else for my second night.
3.8
This place was quaint and more rustic than most, but very clean, warm and comfortable.

Went to check in and no reservation. Sent me to another property 7 miles down the road. Intended to stay in Ennis so we could walk around town. Went to check in to new property first room we were given already had occupants. Awkward. Second room turner we out well. Second time I’ve had this happen with Expedia. Never again. However the sportsman lodge staff and mccalister where we ended up were great.

Cute clean little cabin. Decor and beds are a bit dated but comfortable. Has a fridge, microwave, and tv.
