I have a great time ! Ten location of the hotel was excellent. The service is outstanding. I have had a help from Beatrice from front desk with a restaurant indication - she booked it for me and called the chef of the restaurant that was her friend . This is something out of the box ! Thanks

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. They had great recommendations for places to see and eat. Mini-bar with snacks was the best we have seen. Lots of history and in walking distance of waterfront.

We had a very good stay at the Capital. Service was friendly and it is an old, cool hotel. We liked the restaurant and the old furniture. Would be good if an alternative to plastic drinking water bottles could be found.

I highly recommend The Capital Hotel in Little Rock! This beautiful, historic hotel was completed in 1877, and appears to have been lovingly cared for ever since! With all its gorgeous design elements, we were captivated by all this hotel had to offer. Centrally located in the River Market area, we were able to walk to many restaurants and shops. The staff at The Capital Hotel were also outstanding! They even laid out our slippers for us in the evening. But one of our favorite features of the hotel was the charming balcony on the second floor, known as Little Rock’s Front Porch! We enjoyed our coffee, and then later cocktails on LR’s Front Porch! If you find yourself in Little Rock, don’t miss out on this delightful gem!

Best night of sleep I’ve had at any hotel. The bed, linens and quietness of the rooms all came to this get her to provide me with the single best night of sleep I’ve ever had. The Rick history of the hotel, the beauty of the interior from halls, to restaurants to lobbies,
Elevators and rooms was exceptional. And every single person on staff was beyond kind. I want to come back!

Lovely restored hotel with gorgeous lobby, 2 great restaurants and impeccable service. Truly a fabulous place to stay in the middle of everything. Angela at the front desk even allowed me to visit the possibly haunted room 438. Such a lovely place that is my go to in Little Rock. TV technology a little inconsistent and frequently went on the fritz. The tv app options were LIMITED nee Spotify, prime or youtubetv but if you are seeing the sights you won't care.

Nice area. Great little dining spots and bars within walking distance.
Hotel is doing some renovations. Woke to a very large crane being set up outside our room window which was used to drop off building materials on the roof/floor right above us causing thundering noises shaking the room and rattling the ceiling lights. Not sure why they would put any guests in that room given how early in the morning they started delivering materials.

Beautiful lobby and mezzanine. Getting to the gym was confusing and you had to go outside to another building. No fridge in the room.

Beautiful place to stay or visit. Room was a bit small for the price and my sink had a leak underneath.

This is a lovely, historic hotel with rich history. It is a clearly a favorite of locals especially during the holidays due to its soaring, gorgeous real tree in the lobby to its busy restaurants. Staff is very accommodating.

This hotel is very magical during the Christmas holiday. Everyone was very nice and made you feel welcomed.
3.0 / 10.0
Exterior and common spaces were very well done. Fantastic Christmas decorations. Room was a big let down. Sparse, no amenities, not even a coffee maker. Bed was ok, nothing special. Carpet and curtains seemed worn and out of date. Overall vibe was that this hotel has seen better days.
My biggest issue was the service. My daughter and I were not allowed into the breakfast service because they were “full.” There wasn’t even an attempt to apologize or make it up to us. The valet team seemed harried and were curt, almost rude. Reception was not particularly friendly. All in all, pretty disappointing considering the reputation of this hotel. Next time in LR we’ll definitely choose another property in the area.
