Our air condition was broken and getting repaired on the last day. We didn‘t get a information about when the AC will get fixed. On our last day we talked with the Manager and she told us that it could‘t be that bad when we didn‘t want to change rooms. What a good customer service. Got breakfast for free. The Italian Girl on the reception was kind. But in general the hotel itself and the pool area is very nice and the room was clean.

The absolute best hotel I’ve been too. The staff is the most exceptional staff out of any hotel I’ve ever been to super friendly. The rooms are really nice and clean and the pool and Jacuzzi are really fun experiences. I would definitely recommend booking a car or ATB or bike to get around the island as there is some great restaurants down the street from the hotel

Our Mykonos holiday was much more better with this beautiful hotel and its staff. Our room was really clean and swimming in the pool was fun in spite of the strong wind. Although we had a little problem with hotels.com about the reservation, dear Petroula Asim, manager, helped so much. Receptionist Yanissa was really sincere and cute and answered every question we asked. Thank you for this great vacation and hospitality.

Great hotel, with clean modern rooms and an amazing pool. It’s around 3km from Mykonos and in the daytime you can walk and night time you will need a taxi. The breakfast was absolutely amazing as well, I would recommend for €10!

Too far away from anything. It says the town is a 8 mins by car at 30 euros one way and you can’t walk due to the busy road with no path!

Beautiful new modern apartments, just 11 rooms so very small complex and super new and clean, the receptionist was really welcoming.I just felt very isolated here, the descriptions said around 30 minutes walk to most things, its actually around 45 minutes, walking on a unpaved busy road. Ubers/taxi are very expensive around 30 euros for 10 minute ride! The description says bicycles are available on site but they don’t have them and no bus stops nearby, the receptionist didn’t know about any buses.Really not much of a vibe here, no bar, music just traffic noise and expensive ubers to go anywhere.

Rude receptionist, no information given regarding facilities. No gym availability due to limit of 5 people at the same time, but this was just because the personal trainer was training someone. Room was dirty and with marks on all the surfaces and chips on the furniture with stains on the carpets. Reported problems to the supervisor but nothing done about it. The shuttle bus it says that runs to the airport is only available in the day so it was €20 each way to the hotel from the airport. Wouldn’t ever stay here again.
