the water from shower spreaded to the bathroom and living room it was terrible. never again in this spot.
not recomended

It was so horrible I checked out after one night and I had a week booked. The pool is the neighbors pool. You have to cross a public street or a public parking basement in bathing suits. It was disgustingly dirty, no air conditioning even though it was a requirement in my search on Hotels.com. So was the pool and that the neighbor has a pool is not relevant at all.
I tried to respectfully to find compromises with the hotel and hotels.com. None were met and I’ll now fight them through lawyers and my bank. It was unacceptable, and I’ll never use Grano or hotels.coms services again. I’ve been a silvermember customer of Hotels.com for over 10 years, without problems, but that ends now. The trust has been broken.
I have pictures and video of the dirty hotel and the route to the pool, but I’m not allowed to upload.

We booked a two-bedroom apartment. Very good for a family with two kids. Big outdoor terrace! Excellent location with lots of restaurants and shops all around. Most tourist attractions within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Very good place to stay for a visit to Gdansk. Quiet rooms despite the central location.

We had a lovely stay, the hotel is situated at the heart of Gdańsk and is very easy to get to.
The only minus is that we had an air conditioner but we couldn’t use it and that there is no cleaning. Some nights where also very noisy

We recently stayed at Grano Hotels in Gdansk, and our experience was largely positive. The hotel is fantastically located in the Old Town, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city’s historic sites. Our apartment was very fresh and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and modern place to relax.
One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s SPA, which was delightful to use and added a touch of luxury to our visit. However, we were a bit confused about the breakfast arrangement. We initially thought that a buffet was included with our booking, but it turned out that only one dish was included. Despite this minor confusion, our overall experience at Grano Hotels was very enjoyable, and we would recommend it to others visiting Gdansk.

The Breakfast could be better. There should have been an opportunity to pick What you wanted on the plate.

Wonderful stay, no conditioner and no humid hot day it was hard to enjoy. Parking was secure and property offered good anemities. Pool was awesome! But kids couldnt stay past 8 and they didnt like that.

First, the communication didn’t went well since I couldn’t reach them with the contact number Hotels.com provided all the time.
Succeeded to contact them one out of seven times on average.
No a/c (even public space) and no housekeeping during stay. And everything will be charged for example, extra towel, housekeeping even extra dishwasher tablett and toilet paper. Only one fan was provided and asked second fan for cooling and they provided second one on the last day of the stay.
Spa and breakfast are not located in the same building.
I was actually misguided by the review of their hotel but experience in resident apartment is way different so you should differentiate their two different accommodations.
4.6
They should make it clear that the apartments are one block away from the hotel so you need to take a short walk to ammenities.
The apartments are not at all as nice as the hotel. Wished this was made clear and I would have nooked the hotel
Also they should not charge for towels at the pool considering the price

I have stayed in Gdansk several time and this Apart hotel I highly recommended.
My apartment had everything you could wish for and was like brand new. Location was excellent, the city centre and tourist sites are in easy walking distance.
The only thing I would add is a safe. Not because the site was not well managed and had good security but because I am used to having a safe in my room on my travels so I missed it.

Nice apartment in a great location. The room was quiet and the bed confortable. The staff was very friendly.

OK appartment and central. Bad that we could get the two rooms next to each other eventhough we planned and booked many months before. We were a group of friends that was splitted on floor 1 and floor 5. Not good. No phone service to the reception and only 2 toilet paper-rolls on 4 persons.
The standard was good but no AC and it was quite hot. The pool was like a playground for kids so we could use it (8 women, 35 years old).
Over all it was good - but it could be better :)

Nice, clean and good location for easy access to all the tourist sights.

The apartments are in good conditions and close to old town - other than that the noise and no response from reception when contact them are very poor… noise in apartment with loud piano from noon to evening kills the mood - I moved 1 day before cause I can’t stand the noise, complain to hotel were either responded

Very central, clean and good value for the money. Apartment with everything. Local grocery store that have what you need to make breakfast. The SPA area is under the reception, a small walk from the apartments. The SPA has a small hot tub and pool, with a steam room and sauna, and all of them are quite nice to use. Relaxing atmosphere. We did not try the SPA services, breakfast or restaurant. Would go here again next time with friends or family.

Excellent apartment for two very central. Stayed five nights breakfast was superb with a great choice.

Top Appartment in der City!

Our flight arrived very late and we were still met with a very warm welcome at reception. The apartment itself was spotless and of a very good finish. The location is great too. My only (small) gripe would be I asked for a cot but there wasn’t one set up.
4.6
Fantastic location in the heart of the Gdansk Old Town, very modern building, extremely clean apartments and facilities ,staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and use in the future

Lovely apartment, and friendly staff. The spa and pool were excellent. The breakfasts were really nice, different to Western Europe cuisine, but okay. Loved Gdansk, and recommend the location and the apartments.

This was a last minute booking for us to go to Gdańsk. Opted for the Grano Apartments due to the fact there was the Spa. 43 zlty in a taxi from Gdańsk airport and the reception is 24/7 which worked perfectly for our flight which arrived late. Point to note be sure that you inform the taxi driver of the correct Grano Apartments specifying that it’s the “old town” apartments you want. I made the error of just saying Grano Apartments and the taxi driver dropped us at the wrong apartments. The friendly staff at the initial drop off put us straight and after a short walk we arrived at the main Grano hotel where we were greeted by very friendly staff who checked us in and pointed out all the usual information you expect at hotel check in. The apartment is just around the corner from the hot with its own entrance door 2 lifts available. We opened the door and were greeted with a very smart modern open plan apartment. We were a family of 3 so mum and dad had the double bedroom and junior had the sofa bed in the open plan lounge area. Plenty bedding and towels available. The apartment has everything you need and it was clean tidy and very well decorated. I can’t fault the Grano Apartments Old Town Gdańsk is any way. It’s very central plenty convenience shops very near by. All in all we have a very pleasant and comfortable stay here and we wouldn’t hesitate to use this accommodation again. 10/10 from us. The spa pool which is located inside the main hotel which we had the use of was al

Was a very nice quiet place for a 12 night stay with my fiancé, only complaints would be the lack of air conditioning and only having soap in the shower when shampoo was advertised
4.6
The staff was so helpful! They were able to store our luggage when we arrived early, so we could go explore right away. Also, they helped secure transportation to and from the airport. My family also loved the spa area!

Excellent location. Everything walkable within 5 minutes and beautiful apartment. Wonderful stay and would visit again.

Greay value near ecerything that was needed

The apartments are perfect in regards location very close to the old town. They are very clean and modern and have all amenities you require including an iron, small hairdryer, Netflix and sachets of coffee and tea. Staff are polite and friendly and a big plus for us is that it’s 24/7! You check in at the hotel next door to the apartment block. Only recommendation would be to order a 2 bed if there’s more than 3 of you (adults) as the sofa bed was a small double and barely fit my teenagers on it. Otherwise lovely stay and would recommend having the breakfast option! Don’t deviate from the menu though as they don’t seem to allow changes.

Fantastic hotel with a really nice spa. The apartment that we rented felt brand new. Friendly staff and close to city centre. Thank you for making our stay in Gdansk great!

Perfect location right in the city center with walking distance to everything. Clean apartment. Would stay there again!

Blown away by this property. Had everything you needed. From the swimming pool to the small play area for children it had everything! The location was perfect for going out and about in Gdansk. Could not recommend this property enough! Husband and wife with a 2 year old child.

Lovely apartment in a great location.
BUT - very noisy. No fans or air conditioning. Had to have windows open and all you could hear day & night was the main road.
No extras - no dish cloth, dish washer tablets, salt/pepper, shower gel, hair wash etc.

Fantastic apartment with a kitchen.

Busy street. Cars driving all night.

Fantastic location

We stayed in unit 12 of Grano Apartments for 4 nights. Location is perfect. Just 3 mins walk to Dlugi Targ and 3 mins walk from Tram stop.
It's clean and organized, big TV and can cook. We managed to leave our baggage in the reception after check-out and have a stroll outside for few hours before heading to airport. Sauna and swimming pool are really good places for relaxation after a long day outside. There is children's playing section in the corner next to the reception which is nice and my toddler enjoyed it.
My only complain is that the apartment is not sound proof meaning you can hear all the noise from outside (cars, people talking and shouting in the moddle of the night).
4.6
Spacious, clean and well equipped room in a good location.
4.6
Overall a very good and nice hotel. The location is fabulous if you want to live near the old town - which was very beautiful. Staff friendly and helpful.
We lived in the apartment part of the hotel and the only thing that was bad was the breakfast. We thought it would be a standard traditional hotel breakfast (like you get if you live in the rooms) but we had to go to a separate restaurant where we got to choose from a menu. The food was really not good and the service was very slow. The first day we got our food but not our drinks and when we reminded them - they brought us the coffee that had been standing on the bench waiting for them to bring to us - so cold coffee and warm oreange juice and no excuse.
4.6
The apartments were faultless. Just outside the centre which made them quiet but the very short walk into the centre takes you over a main bridge and it's a lovely walk. 8 minutes and you'll be sat at any number of cafes, restaurants or bars soaking up this beautiful city.
Check in was at the hotel but easy. The apartment itself was perfect. Just what we needed. Super clean. We never cooked but you could but with so many cheap restaurants we didn't want to.
We're already planning our next trip.
